I came in this past Monday morning because I had been looking for a place to go before work but it was becoming a little bit of a hassle. I bumped into this place and I came in, i loved it! The place is very clean, calm, and they had a lot of variety of colors as well. The customer service was also good because the nail tech was really nice and there was no waiting time. I did a Gel polish change in my hands and feet before going to work. I left very happy I got both services for $30 and it looked great. But I got a little disappointed that last night one nail chipped when it has only been 4-5 days since I got them done when gel usually lasts up to 2 weeks. read more

My friend told me about this place in high school (3 years ago) and said they did an amazing job on her acrylics. I'm very picky about my nails so I went with her recently to get a pedicure. The girl that I was with was so nice and sweet. She was gently yet firm during my massage. I can't remember her name but I will definitely go back to her for my pedicure! read more

Been coming here for years. Everyone is excellent. My gel manicure always lasts longer when I go here than anywhere else, often up to 3 full weeks. Pedicures are great too. They almost always take me right away. I think I waited on a Saturday for 10 minutes once. read more

Been coming here a couple years now, I always get my nails done with NA and am always satisfied I get gel nails and gel polish and pedicure, I come every two weeks but if I have to go 3 I can and haven't experienced any breaking or lifting I've even had to go a whole month from time to time and still had no problem, she does a great job! So disappointed, I get the only tech in the Salon that looks like he hates his job and doesn't want to be here, he used only the purple stone on the tips of my toes and softly on the balls of feet never cleaning the heals of my feet, but when I thought it was just me being me I asked the two other people with me and they said the same thing, having different technicians, if your not a regular don't bother coming here. I came in to get my nails done for my birthday this week and getting my nails done is the only thing I do for myself as a working mom and all I ever want to do is relax. I noticed right after getting my hands wrapped with cotton, acetone, tinfoil, and gloves to remove the previous dip on my hands that the acetone ate through everything and melted my phone case. I brought this to Na's attention (the owner) and she told me that it's my fault that happened and that I shouldn't have been on my phone. I told her this isn't the first time I've had my nails done and this has never happened to me ever and she said that it's not her responsibility to fix it. She also told me that my they're not responsible for anyones belongings. I told her that's absolutely ridiculous but I let it go. Hannah was the one who did my dip and pedicure. She only massaged one of my legs with the scrub gel and when I told her she only did one leg she said she did both (I'm sorry but I thought they were my legs), and they didn't have the color I wanted for my toes so I went with white. At this point I wanted it to be over. She started on my hands and took of the entire corner of my ring fingernail with the drill while taking off the old dip that I was forced to cut all my other nails shorter to match, which I felt I had no other choice to do because a chunk was missing from one nail. She also didn't listen to what color I wanted and she sliced my finger open with the nail file when she was filing the side of my nail. Not the first time I've left this place in pain either. This was a very disappointing experience and I won't be going back. read more

He has been doing my nails since about 2008-2009 and I've followed him to various salons. He has even perfected, "The Jeanine" and is the only person who can do a perfect French manicure. Not my usual nail spot but I was in the area and badly needed a pink fill for my pink & whites. It's a little hard to locate when using iPhone maps, but after walking east of Publix and around the karate spot I found it at the end of the plaza. The salon itself is nice, your typical mani/pedi layout and looks clean. They have their polishes organized by color and have plenty of gel/dip options. At first I felt the tech was rushing my job a bit, and if they hadn't turned out well I would've been annoyed, but they looked nice and the quicker the better for me in that instance. Since it wasn't my usual spot they didn't have the *exact* pink powder but she made sure it was as close as possible and when she was finishing up even asked me how I liked them, which was a nice touch because they rarely ever bother to ask if you're satisfied. Overall I had a nice experience, got a fill in 30 minutes, and paid less than I would've at my normal spot ($2, but still). If I'm in the area on nail day again I'll definitely go back. read more

Called salon to see if we could make appointment - told -"Just come on in" Arrived about 10 minutes later. Waited about 5 minutes - but this allowed us to pick colors. No big deal. Big deal when my girlfriends' pedi guy has an "appointment client" show up 15 min early for her appointment. He stops shortly after removing old polish to move to the "appointment client" - said someone else would take over - she was not happy but likes the guy that was going to take over so - ok. Then a female staff wants to resume on girlfriends nails - NO - TOO MUCH BS. Girlfriend says just forget it and she did without - owner was in area and heard the confusion and disappointment - yet did not address the issue. Overall place is not as clean as other salons. Not relaxing environment - "Ursela - from Under the Sea" was also a client and was talking very loud - we all know how that worked out. LOL Too many other salons to pick from - chose another please! read more
