I rate this place 0 stars I'm so sorry. Look how she left the sides of my nails. I'm used to having them CRISP THIN . A lot of them have bumps and look thick. Just unproportioned. ALSO I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was my first time here and I felt so uncomfortable... the pedicure was okay.

This nail salon is it. It's the one. I've been to many salons and none can top this one. They have a ton of techs here and they will find a way to fit you in when it's busy. They deal with some difficult customers. I saw one girl run off due to a long wait (wasn't long at all) and they ran after her to get her in. They don't play about their business! As for the nail job; bomb. My toes look amazing. My girl is named Kim and she was fabulous. Their chairs are comfortable, the set up is nice, 3 televisions, and they take their time with your nails. Any nail salon you go to, you'll see customers with little unfair complaints but these techs handle that part well. I'm grateful to have found this salon. I mean it when I say they do a really great job at the nails. All the nails I saw looked amazing. Lastly the technicians are a fun time. They care about their work and make sure you leave happy, satisfied, and looking good. All around sweet and friendly group of people.

I really enjoy coming to this salon. Making an appointment is a breeze, and honestly, walk-ins are just as easy. I get Gel-X manicures, and I love how they're always accommodating to whatever design I bring in from my Pinterest inspo. They also have a great selection of colors to choose from. The pedicures are equally high quality. The salon is always clean, professional, and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

First time here and had a very pleasant experience. Plenty of parking and was able to get a same day appointment. Greeted warmly as soon as I walked in even though they were clearly busy. Able to be seated for my pedicure and full acrylic set within my appointment time. Both nail technicians were so detailed and did my nails to perfection. Very impressed and will be back.

Absolutely the best!!! I love my nail tech Steven. He is amazing! That man truly knows what he's doing. His work is always on point, and I'm so grateful he came into my life because the Lord knew I needed a good nail tech who understands a sista, and Steven is that guy! And if you want the best pedicure ever, ask for Sammy. She is absolutely incredible and really knows how to take care of your feet. Thank you both for always holding it down and keeping me together! Thank you Toan for alwaya being so helpful and attentive when we walk in.

Thoroughly impressed with this nail spa and the calming/welcoming vibe it gives off! There were no awkward looks or stares from the employees nor the clients which is an added factor to a good review for me, personally. But it started with a call in which I think the owner answered (male), and I requested a Gel Pedicure which totaled up to $45. (Not bad in my pocket book, that's the average gel pedi price!) I visited on Monday (July 7th) almost close to closing time which is 7pm. I arrived around 6:05pm ish, then checked in and did have to wait a bit since there were other clients already getting serviced before me, but it wasn't for too long at all! I was serviced by Arin & omg is she the most sweetest, cutest & gentle handed woman ever! I have tiny little toenails & she took her TIME to make sure the extra nail polish that leaked over on my skin was cleaned up and all. I appreciate the small things like that since I'm a detail oriented person and have experienced nail shop horror stories in the past lol... above all, the customer service is top tier here, the service didn't take long & I told the owner that I will be back! Updating my review from 2 years ago. The owner made things right and I'm so glad I gave them another chance!! I've now gone dozens of times and have always had a great result. The place is clean and calm, and Sophia does my gel builder fill every 3 weeks. I have also seen Hannah, Sammi, Mia, Helen and many others who have always been super nice and exceptionally skilled. I live nearby, and walk to my appt, where I get to relax and watch incredible Vietnamese food videos that make me so hungry, while my nails are worked on. This past week I got a pedi with my mani and it was so nice to sit in the massage chair, get my toes and hands done, while I listened to an audio book. Thank you Toan, Sophia and everyone who works at D'Nails. I'll see you again in a couple weeks.

It was really busy when I went but not a very long wait at all, I was in and out in about 50 min including the wait. Superrrr cool and nice artist. Second time going here I could see myself being a regular. Good parking and bathroom available. I got medium length cat eye almond for 90$ plus 10 dollar tip. So 100.

I booked the earliest appointment (since I had class after) and I was seen at that exact time and finished an hour after! They are super quick and clean! Not to mention very friendly. The guy who did my nails is Steven. He is the best! He has his technique downnn! I would 100% recommend them to anyone reading this review as well as my friends and family! I've been going to Ryan for years and followed him from West LA. It's so hard to find a good acrylic nail tech that's always so consistent and does an amazing job. Everyone is also super friendly. I like the plaza too because there's plenty of parking now. Highly recommend! read more

Love this place! Have tried a few salons in the area and this one is by far the best. The techs are consistent, friendly, and good at what they do. I tried this nail salon today. I walked in for a regular manicure because no one seems to do those anymore. I'm happy that I decided to stop here. David performed my manicure services. I have not had a regular manicure this good in years. I will most definitely be coming back here. My cuticles aren't all cut up and the paint job is flawless. The staff here are super sweet. i came here about a year or 2 with a different owner it was an ok experience so i came today after a long time of not getting my nails done because i'm very picky on where to go and who to trust. I called ahead to see if they take walks in and they do (which is great for last minute). New owner Tim is incredible and everyone else there is as well, so friendly and welcoming!! They offered a beverage which is so nice! i showed Tim some nail inspo pic and he did not disappoint, he delivered, he did such an amazing job!!! also absolutely loved that he told me he would match a nude color that would compliment my skin tone! (have never had a nail tech do that) I will definitely be returning here soon! read more

I am so glad that I came in today. I got to meet the new staff and had a really relaxing experience. Not only was the staff very accommodating, they were knowledgeable, kind and thorough. My finger and toe nails look and feel so good. I got the 3/D combo service which included the usual stuff plus callus remover, exfoliating scrub, collagen treatment, 10 minute massage, and a paraffin wax treatment, to both your hands and feet! I've been looking for nail salon for a while now. The first time I went in they were very nice and welcoming. Sammi has been doing my nails ever since! She's very kind and artistic! She does the design on our (mine and my daughters) nails and if she doesn't like how the design looks or it's not just like the picture you show her she will keep trying until she gets it right. It won't take her long to get it right either. This is the 3rd time I've seen her and have been happy ever since. This is dip powder it makes my nails stronger than gel and my nails can last up to 3 weeks! Thank you again Sammy I'll be seeing you soon! read more

They just open a month ago with new owners and everything is new. Many different color choices Tim the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. Had a smile on there face the whole time They offered me something to drink and overall made me feel so comfortable and I had a great time getting to know them and I am glad they took over this business. I've been here a couple of times before and the management was terrible and so was the service. The previous time I came the girl doing my pedicure took her break in the middle of my service. Today I decided to give them a try again. I popped my head in and saw Raquel was available. I had seen her give a pedicure before and she gave exceptional service. I was excited to get her today. I started going here a couple months ago and I love it. Helen has done all my gel x sets and has nailed it every time. Also, she is pretty quick in my opinion and I know I am not a fan of sitting at a salon for too long. They play mainstream music in case you forget your headphones which helps the time pass. I'm very new to getting my nails done and Sammi was so nice and patient with me, answering all my questions and explaining the process and different types of nails. She took my old gel off which I was not very happy with because they looked too thick (not done at this place) and gave me a nice thin gel coating over my own nails with a cute oval shape and natural pink shade. I spent a solid 2hrs here (it didn't feel that long) and was charged $60 which I felt was a very good price for removal and a new set (again, I'm new to this so maybe it's not, but I thought it would be more). She told me the price upfront to ask if it was ok which I thought was nice and considerate. While my nails were soaking she also made time for one of her regulars that came in to get one of her nails fixed. She did this free of charge and it seemed like she had a lovely relationship with her regulars (another woman called on her from across the room to say hi). Overall lovely experience. Definitely coming back! read more

Update: I've been a loyal customer of this salon for years, driving over 45 minutes to their new location just to have my nails done by Helen. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Even though I booked appointments in advance, Ryan double-booked me both times. On my first recent visit, Helen was working with another customer when I arrived. I mentioned that I only had two hours, then Ryan, without apologizing, informed me that a gentleman I had never met would be doing my nails. I politely explained that I specifically booked Helen, as she has always done my nails, and that's the reason I make the long drive to this salon. Ryan became visibly frustrated and began aggressively removing my polish, damaging my natural nails in the process. Helen eventually finished my nails with the requested design, but she also failed to apologize for the double booking or inconvenience. Hoping this was a one-time issue, I decided to give the salon another chance, but my next visit was just as frustrating. Once again, they were overbooked, and Helen was working on someone else. Eventually Ryan and Helen removed my gel polish, but in doing so, they left my nails so thin and weak that they now feel paper-thin. My natural nails, which have always been strong enough to grow up to an inch without the need for hard gel or acrylic (I could even use them as tools, like removing potato eyes without breaking!), are now flimsy and fragile--something I've never experienced before. I'm incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care, especially after being such a loyal customer for so many years. Sadly, I don't see myself returning to this salon. It's heartbreaking to say goodbye, but the repeated disregard for my time and the damage done to my nails is simply unacceptable. read more

I got to give this a 5 star. My nail was unexpected look really nice. I would recommend Nini or Vicki would be someone you want to make an appointment here. I waited for 15 minutes because the girls were busy but I can't blame them. People like coming here. It was expected. Their price is reasonable. I went to another place for just a french tip nearby it was a stick on and it was $70 versus here for only $45. And their french tip is not a sticker they do real art. Here's how I would break down this place: Customer Service: 5 They are always super friendly! This is a family owned salon and they are all very humble and kind people. As soon as I arrive they greet me and ask me what I am there for and they always give me an estimated wait time. Mom (the older woman) is always very gentle when she's working on my pedicure and she always checks in with me to make sure she's not hurting me. I always get my manicures done with the guy and he's always super nice even when I ask him for his opinion on which color would look best ( I'm superrr indecisive lol). The only minor critique I would have is based mainly on their inconsistent hours, if you plan on coming early in morning I would suggest calling the day before to ask what time they'll be opening the following day. Cleanliness : 3.2 Again, this place is definitely not the fanciest. They do not have spa chairs and pedicures are done in foot tubs. I do always see them switching and cleaning tools which is very important. Overall, I would say that they are clean and consistent when it comes to hygiene but they are in desperate need of an upgrade. Quality: 4.5 Pedicures are always perfectly done. I love coming here for pedicures because she knows how to cut my nails without hurting me and really does a nice job of leaving my nails looking and feeling cute, clean, and even. Manicures are soooo bomb here, my nails always last for a whole month and I've never had a problem with any of them falling off. I absolutely hate bumpy/lumpy or bubbly/fat looking nails and I can always count on my manicurist leaving my nails looking smooth, sharp and exactly the shape that I asked for. I get my nails done by the guy but I've noticed that the woman who also does manicures also has a lot of clients who specifically request her. The only downside to their work is that they do not have a lot of choices in color when it comes to bottle nail polishes. They do have a lot of choices when it comes to gel polish so I definitely recommend getting gel. Price: 5 I pay only $35 for an acrylic full set gel manicure. Pedicures and fills are also very cheap ! This place is perfect for someone who has bills to pay but is still trying to lcute on a budget :) ! It has always been a miss at the other nail bars I have tried around Manhattan Beach and Hawthorne. Definitely will be coming back. Gel pedicure: she was so gentle & the color application was on point, not patchy & it was applied super close to my cuticles which I LOVE. Manicure: I have natural long nails but needed some base to strengthen & help my nails grow. Tim did a thin layer of acrylic on top of my natural nails + manicure + gel color. The color he chose was the exact match to my inspo photo. All was $75 without tips. I would love to try liquid hard gel next time I'm there if they have it instead of acrylic because I like super super natural thin nail bed. 10/10 overall because I know that Tim would understand my preferences better the more times I visit.

She is so sweet, very friendly and wants to make sure you are comfortable and okay with her work every step of the way. She even helped "fix" one of my real nails that was splitting by adding some acrylic to even it out - free of charge. I can't say enough how sweet Mina is. I will definitely come back again. She does her own art work and her designs look amazing. Since her shop is small, there is a chance she may not be able to take you right away. But if you can wait, it is well worth it. Try calling ahead to see if she has availability if you don't feel like waiting.

I can show him a picture or just give him an idea, and he brings it to life every time. His designs are always on point, and I get so many compliments on my nails! He's also very nice and funny, so my appointments are always a good time. I really like the atmosphere of the shop too. Everyone is welcoming, and I love that they offer you a cold bottle of water without you even having to ask. It's the little things that make a difference! Great service, beautiful nails, and I'm never sitting there all day! Definitely my go-to nail tech!
