I love this place! I got very good service for getting a GELX manicure! My nails lasted 4 1/2 weeks, and three beach vacations where I was in the ocean for half the vacations! The nails are very good quality. The only downside though is that it took almost 2 hours for just a color GELX my nails didn't even have a design! It was worth it though for how long they lasted without chipping or a GELX falling off! The vibe inside the salon is also very nice and feels super luxurious! read more

I did a walk in at bliss nail salon since I live out of town. I went to Quincy as my nail technician. She was so friendly! I had no idea what I wanted to do, so I let her choose for me. She pinked a nude pink/ french tip combo. It looked amazing! She was quick and knew what she was doing. I told her I need to move to MB so she can do my nails for me! I got a neck massage as well. I came back 2 weeks after my first appointment once I returned from my trip and showed the pictures from my gel mani/pedi to the front desk staff. They immediately took me and offered to redo both my mani and pedi again for free. I appreciated their willingness and quickness to make it right. They did a cat eye gel like I had on my mani again and I'm posting the updates cause as you can see, it's nice and smooth across rather than bumpy. Thank you! It looks much better now. And my toes are also looking better too. I hope everything stays better this time, but the polish doesn't feel quite as thickly applied so I'm hopeful. We'll see! Love love love this new location! All staff was very hospitable and welcoming. I have visited other Bliss Nail locations but this is closest to me and sooo pretty! Elevated luxury is what this place is giving and I'm so happy with my service, I went in this morning for a gel pedicure and left very happy! Booking was fairly easy, you can book online or call them, I'm sure walk ins are welcome! Playlist was great, seats are comfy and they are working on a lounge area in the front. This location has great parking and is very easy to find. Would definitely recommend visiting this new location. I can't wait to come back! read more

Made an appointment online earlier in the week and I did have to make time changes due to my schedule changing. However, the day before I was meant to go in, I changed my time a final time with their online booking system. Their system said a time was open and available. Day of my appointment, I go in 10 mins before the given time and am told that no one would be available to assist me and asked me to come back in later. The excuse was "the system may say it's open, but it is not" and that is not a good excuse. The system needs to be fixed if that is the case. I was disappointed as I had heard good things about this salon. Their work looks great but this was enough for me to not look into their business again. read more

I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and mentioned at the beginning things I don't like and she made sure to remember and pay extra attention to that. She was careful with the shaping which I appreciate. Although they don't use acrylic they will still do a fill but will use a gel hybrid fill that's better for the environment, which shows this business cares. I quite like that if you go in for a mani and pedi they do both at the same time so it cuts down your time there. WORST nail experience I have ever had, truly. I've been here ~3 times in the past (and I was really excited when I first found this place). I haven't loved the constant upselling attempts from each technician for almost the entire duration of service every time I've come, but this time I would go so far as to say I felt bullied by the staff throughout my visit. I booked a regular manicure/pedicure as my nails have been ruined by gel/hard gel polish in the past. One technician started on my pedicure about 10-15 minutes after I arrived (on time) for my appointment, and it took about 30 minutes for someone else to get started on my manicure. My pedicure was pretty much completely done by the time they began on my hands. During my pedicure, the technician showed me a menu of different, more expensive pedicure options and when I politely declined and asked to simply get a regular pedicure, she questioned me and pushed for a more expensive option (+$20). Again I declined. She then asked if I wanted callous remover, paraffin wax treatment, etc, and when I politely declined those, she continued to go on about why I needed them. Keep in mind, a regular mani/pedi at this place is still $73 total (pre-tip). I feel that is already enough to pay when I'm getting the most basic service and regular polish, so to be constantly hounded to pay more is not an enjoyable experience. All of this I can usually chalk up to "being part of the nail salon experience" these days, however, the comments that were made to me by the technicians this time were completely unacceptable. My manicure technician rudely questioned my nail polish choice and why I didn't opt for a "quick-dry" polish that was priced $10 higher, and at the end of my pedicure service, my technician looked me right in the eyes and said word-for-word, "you don't make me much money." I was honestly stunned - I had never had these technicians before so this was not intended in a sarcastic/banter kind of way. When I responded with "what?" (out of pure shock) she repeated it 3 more times. I sat through the rest of my service feeling extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. I was planning to say something when checking out, but the person at the front desk came to the station to take my payment before my manicure service was done, so I felt cornered as I did not want to cause a scene in front of other patrons and ruin their experience. I have never had an experience like this in my life, and I feel extremely offended. The lack of professionalism and respect for their clientele is disheartening. Safe to say I will NEVER be coming back here. read more

Both Karen and Trish were super sweet and very patient with me since it was only my second time ever getting my nails done. They explained the differences in gels and gave me enough time to pick out the exact color I wanted on my nails. As well as the design I wanted to do. This was very important to me as my first experience getting my nails done ( at a different nail salon ) was the complete opposite. While I initially enjoyed my gel manicure and pedicure, my return visit for a gel removal was extremely disappointing. I requested a gel removal (fingers only) and a "quick/express" manicure. I was there for about 30 minutes total, and the gel removal alone took up nearly half the visit--and was done far too aggressively. The technician used the sanding tool harshly and actually removed layers of my nail, leaving a burning sensation and very sensitive spots. The manicure itself felt rushed (which I was okay with at the time since I didn't want a full service), but the results were unacceptable. There were still visible paint specks left on my nails, and the overall finish looked messy and unpolished. At checkout, I was charged $42 total- for a Classic Manicure (listed as a 30-minute service alone) plus gel removal. That was surprising, considering the manicure was rushed, poorly executed, and nowhere near the level of a full service. For $42, I expected much better care and attention to detail.
