I had only tried DP Dough once in Greeley and remember it being extremely greasy. However, I decided to give it another shot and the Colorado Springs location did not disappoint! My roommates and I ordered delivery through Yelp (convenient). It was still hot upon arrival and delivered early! The marinara sauce was a bit watery but overall, it was a very good comfort food meal. My roommates got the Roni Zoni and Buffer Zone and had no complaints!

I've had to start taking a new way home from work because of construction and I kept passing this place and wondering about it. I ended up ordering online and picking up and we are in love! First of all, this is the first place I have placed an order online for hot food and it was ready exactly on time so that gives them points for sure. And the food was packed well and still hot when we were ready to eat. My very favorite thing is the pepperoni rolls- they were perfect to me and are now my favorite in town (over Old Chicago's and Joey's). Delicious. The ordering of the calzones was easy and I love how specific you can be on their online menu and on their boxes. And our orders were correct (which shouldn't be remarkable but lately it is). My husband got the Combat Zone and thought the flavor was great and he'd get it again. I got their special (they have a featured calzone from the menu that is a dollar off) which was the chicken, bacon, mozzarella one and to was very good! They have a lot of sauce options but the marinara was good on the side and it was warm too. Their menu is fun with something for almost everyone. The tater tots were the only thing that was underwhelming- they got soggy quickly. Even the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie was tasty and I wish I had ordered more than one. Overall everything was yummy and it was something different to enjoy and we will be back!

    What I received

Order the garlic parm stixs and this is what I got. That's for some plain bread I guess...

Dough that is still stretchy after cooking twice.

It would be nice if they could get the order right and not have the calzone be completely soggy/cold when you get it

Looked like one slice could make a meal! I already had pizza twice this week so I got the burger. Two smash patties with cheese, pickles and a sauce. Really hit the spot. Waffle fries were good too. Very friendly and good looking staff. Yeah, I would go back, especially when I'm in the mood for a slice.

Finding the restaurant on Yelp was also a bit confusing because the name is somewhat misleading. Despite that, once we arrived, the restaurant made a great first impression. The space is nicely decorated and fully embraces the classic diner aesthetic. My friends and I ordered the Atomic Burger, wings, and Sully Fries. The burger was definitely the highlight of the meal. The patty was cooked well, juicy, and satisfying. The wings had a nice crispy texture and a flavorful sauce, though they were a bit on the smaller side. The Sully Fries were crispy and loaded with toppings, but the gravy and toppings made them overwhelmingly salty. We ended up wiping some of the toppings off just to better enjoy the fries themselves. The service was excellent. We were seated immediately, and our server was friendly, attentive, and happy to answer all of our questions about the menu. Overall, we had a great experience. While there was some initial confusion finding the place and missing out on the biscuits, the food, atmosphere, and service made it a worthwhile stop during our visit to Denver. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

This pizza place was literally two doors down, and I am so glad we stopped. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives, and I can honestly say this is probably the best pizza I've ever had in my life. The cheese alone deserves its own shoutout. The cheese pull when you lift a slice is unreal--I've never seen a pizza do that before. The flavor was absolutely perfect. And coming from someone who normally doesn't even like pizza sauce, I loved their sauce. Whatever marinara they use is seasoned perfectly--great flavor, not overpowering, and just the right amount. They didn't skimp on the cheese either (which I very much appreciate). Everything about this pizza just worked--the crust, the toppings, the sauce, the cheese--perfect balance all around. And here's the real test: it was still amazing the next day. I reheated it in the air fryer, and it tasted just as good. Every bite was enjoyable. Hands down, I would absolutely recommend this place. If you're anywhere near it, you need to try it. I'll definitely be back, and this spot just became a must-stop for me whenever I'm in the area.

*this is only for drinks*…read more I will say, I've been to Stellina in Northern Virginia and the food there was fantastic. But I haven't tried anything at this location. What I did try was the stellina spritz flight. So that's what I'll be reviewing! For $10 during HH, you can try 3 of Stellina's spritzes. The classic aperol, blackberry ginger, and lemon lime. All of which were so delicious and well balanced. And for $10, this is a great deal! I believe $12 usually. Now I like a classic aperol (they just call it the Stellina) spritz, but it's fun to try some different flavors! The second best is lemon lime and I'd say my third choice is blackberry ginger. But they're all good and you can't go wrong. So here's the thing--this place is more of a place and order and sit. Less of a restaurant with full service. I don't mind it! The patio was super nice and covered, but the sun still came through. On a nice day, I loved it. But we ordered and then it was all brought to our table pretty quick. Again, it's drinks so I don't know how fast the food comes, but everyone seemed content around us. I can't wait to come back for happy hour again and also just to enjoy the vibes and try their entrees and pizza.

I've heard people rave about this place for years and I'm so glad I finally got to try it! I git the pea and pancetta risotto (which the young woman packing up my good for me said is the best thing on the menu!) and the rigatoni with the tomato sauce and a meatball (polpetta and mozzarella is the name). Both were really yummy- my husband and I shared them. The homemade pasta really made a difference- it was so good! I found the chew of the pasta absolutely perfect. The flavor of the pasta dish was mild but delicious. The risotto was flavorful (maybe a little too salty) and very comforting. The portions looked a little small for the price but it's high quality food and we were both fully satisfied. They have a happy hour special for buy one get one small scoops of their homemade gelato (yay!) and that was delicious too. I got the mint stracciatella and my husband had the pistachio- both were top notch. The restaurant didn't seem to have air conditioning and was very very warm. I would have been grumpy if I was dining in. They do have some outside picnic tables and maybe a back patio too. It's super super cute and seemed very popular and a great place to meet people for dinner and drinks. The staff seemed to be working very hard. It took awhile to be served at the counter and I think they forgot to take my number to text me when my order would be ready so it felt a little confusing to know when my order would be ready and it ended up being about a half hour. There is free street parking! Overall I think this is a great quality place that I definitely want to return to!!
