Good food at reasonable prices. They brought back the lunch buffet. Only complaint was that it was NOT at all buy, but the server couldn't be bothered to check on us. Arrived at 11:20 pm for lunch buffet. The salad bar was just getting setup and there were no pizzas on the buffet line. We were seated and told that the pizzas were going into the ovens now. We received our drinks and waited for 15 minutes before the pizzas arrived on the buffet. The pasta and marinera sauce arrived about 10 min later. Three of the pizzas were raw uncooked dough. The pasta was burnt to the bottom of the pan. Will not be returning. read more

Almost back to original retro! They also have a lunch and dinner pizza and salad bar most nights. Just a few restorations to the lights, windows, a couple of arcade games, and bring back the red cups and you'd think you were back in the 1980s again. We took our little grand to the lunch buffet the other day so he could experience it like we did. We were not disappointed. The selection of pizza was very good and all was brought out piping hot and thoroughly cooked. The salad bar was almost exactly like the old buffets of days gone by... lettuce, cheese, croutons, ect. Had a rlly good experience and luisa the server was 10/10 top notch service. Me and my buddies went in for the lunch buffet and they was finna close bc we came in at like 2 (we thot it closed at 3) but luisa let us stay and buss on the pizza and salad bar. It was delicious. Very fast and attentive service and she made sure we ain't choking like she lit rally filled up our waters every 5 min sksks. The foods was delicious and I rlly loved it sm. Multiple orders have been incorrect and when I called back in, the manager Ron has offered to place a credit on my account. Twice he supposedly forgot. Then I had the other manager, Lacey call me a liar in front of customers because of this. Lacey you work at a pizza place that doesn't give a shit about you. Don't treat others like shit because your job is shit. Pizza Hut is a BILLION dollar company, but you felt the need to call a customer a liar because a manager couldn't do his job. You don't need to start fights over a $20 credit. On top of that, the short older round women, with dark hair, working the front was just hanging up on calls coming in because they were too busy. read more

Hello, I'm not much to complain about customer service. However my interaction with Luisa via mobile phone was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I was able to confirm an entire order however it sounded like she didn't want to do her job over the phone by speaking with much attitude and wanted me to go to the website in which I cannot do because of my location. She then stepped away from the phone because she had to do "something" in which I understand it can get busy but she ended up hanging up the phone. I called again and asked if I could speak to a manager and she stated if she could use my number which she read and I said that is fine. She had asked me if I was the person who ordered and stated my order and then I said no because I felt like if I said yes she would hang up. She then started to say I can't hear you multiple times and then hung up the phone. If we can get the phone fixed or if the phone isn't an obvious issue, then remedial action should take place. I have been waiting on the manager to contact me for almost an hour now and I feel like she won't tell the manager as a result to my complaint here. I then contacted little Cesar's and they were on top of their game and had my order delivered within 25m. read more

I am beyond frustrated. The last three orders I've gotten have been wrong. Tonight after having the wrong order delivered to the house, I called the number on the receipt to be sent to a call center. The call center cold transferred me to talk to the store. 30 minutes later... I'm still on hold waiting to talk to the store and I have two wrong pizzas. I think I may end up just driving to a different Pizza Hut at this point. They don't care, they don't want to make it right, and they surly don't manage to get it right the first time. read more

I ordered delivery this past Friday (didn't leave a tip online bc I was gonna give them cash) I got the knock on my door my pizza was on the ground an the driver hauled ass didn't even see the fucker. Two days go by and the amount is fixed on my account bc they added a tip for themselves. I called the store was put on hold for 30 mins before I hung up. They don't give a rats ass about customers a the food wasn't even baked all the way. Papa John's over here does the same thing that's why I ordered Pizza Hut so it wouldn't happen again and it did. The person working the counter was really helpful and kind. The pizza was so disappointing though. I am not sure if it is that specific location or if Pizza hut changed their pan pizza. It is not the same, that is for sure. I haven't had Pizza Hut in forever so I wouldn't know if it is a new thing or not. Hence the 3 stars. We frequent our neighborhood Pizza Hut here with hardly a complaint. We ordered a meal tonight and we were quite impressed. They have a new Cajun dry rub for their chicken and they've hit the spot with it. The Garlic Knots were epic and the thin crust pizza at this particular location never disappoints us! Those new appetizers are putting them in competition with some local eats. We ordered the Brownie and ended up receiving their cookie instead. A quick phone call garnered us a friendly apology and an offer for a redelivery or credit. This is how it is with them. If there's ever a significant delay or issue with the order they make a personal call to let me know. They're rarely more than a couple of minutes outside their online delivery window, and very professional about it if they are. read more

I ordered a pizza to go and to just make sure it wasn't under the lights I went in early to pick it up, The store was busy so I picked it up and brought it home. MISTAKE I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED WHEN I ARRIVED. The pizza was under the lights, for how long I don't know. The pizza olives looked like little black dots, the crust was dry and card board like. I haven't reviewed this store in a while but what the hell is going on? I order every two or three weeks because it is convenient but this is getting ridiculous! The boneless wings are OK but the traditional have become fatty and flat out gross and the price is crazy! The toppings keep getting thinner and thinner! The last three pies looked like they have been cut by a small child! I had two that we had to pull out our pizza cutter and recut the whole pie! You couldn't pull a slice because it wasn't cut to the edge and the last one had quarter pie slices and tiny slices! We are trying our best to support local businesses (even though this is a chain) to help our community thrive but I could probably save some money by making my own from the Walmart across the street! I found out a long time ago it doesn't do any good to bitch directly to the store so here I am! I could hit up Domino's( but not as good), Marco's ( great pizza but expensive), Pappa John's (crappy service), Blackjack (always cold), Little Ceaser's (you get what you pay for and they don't deliver), or you guys. You notice I didn't mention Papa Murphy because if I wanted to bake my own I would be at said Walmart! Do us all a favor and bring back the Pizza Hut we all remember with great food, great service, and great quality!
