Tried this place for tue first time, got the 11" mega with pepperoni, spinach, & sausage. (forgot to take photo) I'd say it was just ok. I requested extra crispy which the crust was but the cheese wasn't and it was falling off of the pizza. The taste was decent but not sure if worth getting again. read more

This location gave us food poisoning last night. Not only that but our pizzas were so poorly made. Half of my pizza didn't even have cheese on it. It was like they threw cheese from the other side of the kitchen and whatever landed on the pizza is what we got. For the premium that mod asks for and the crappy quality of food plus one of got sick from a Caesar Salad I would say avoid this place at all costs. Zora Neale Hurston In the names of both "research" and "curiosity", it was impossible to ignore that one of our Review Team Members dove into her dessert LONG before her pizza arrived. Additional data clearly needed to be acquired in an attempt to explain this phenomenon. Our initial hypothesis concluded that the laws of attraction didn't apply based solely upon the name of the dessert. "Mod No Name Cake" just isn't a head turner when you glimpse it on the posted signage. However, the taste does a nice job of compensating for the shortcomings of its name. I'm hopeful that if you skipped ahead and glanced at the pics that you reached the same conclusion that we did: in the name of Science we gotta see how this compares to it's likely forefather, the "Ding Dong!!!" A quick stop at the store on the way home and we acquired the raw materials necessary for this experiment. Although all of our lab participants reached consensus that additional research will be required before formally publishing our findings, our initial conclusions are that the "Mod No Name Cake" is the unanimous favorite of all test groups. The food was amazing and my kiddos loved watching their pizza being made. One worker seemed to be a bit annoyed that I asked to leave onions off my bbq chicken pizza because she didn't hear it before she jumped in but we did come in about an hour before close. Otherwise, service was great. Loved the environment and the view was beautiful. Picture perfect mountain scene. We didn't come while it was in use but really enjoy when restaurants have the glass garage doors that they open up in nicer weather. read more

My family and I came here for lunch and ordered the Cassian, Maddy, Dillon James, and the Italian Chop salad. The service was quick, and we enjoyed watching them assemble the ingredients for each of our pies. While we weren't big fans of the Cassian, the Maddy and Dillon James were simple yet delicious. Their pizzas have a clean, healthy taste. The customer service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is conveniently located in a large shopping center with plenty of parking. read more

BURNT PIZZA and no refund. The pizza was so burnt on the bottom that it wasn't palatable. The first half wasn't too bad, but it just got worse. Asked for at least a partial refund and the short female worker refused because part of it had been eaten. Kept saying that they were trained not to give refunds if any of the pizza was eaten. Clearly we weren't trying to scam them, the pizza was BURNT! Was told it was because the oven has hot spots. So clearly, burning half the pizza and serving it is fine. I haven't been here for years and surprisingly my husband hasn't had this too. Great pizza! You can modify it and add whatever toppings you'll like! Serve hot and fresh! Crispy crust and flavorful toppings. Love the pesto and roasted garlic. Mini greek salad was almost good for 2 people, very generous in servings. Cheesy garlic bread could use more garlic flavor but it is super cheesy wish I could've added roasted garlic! Ranch is a must to every pizza. Costumer service is great. We just finished up a movie and were wanting to grab some dinner to take back to the hotel. I had never been to a mod pizza before so was a little bit confused at first by their menu. My friend loves mod though and was super happy to go! I got a very large salad and was really happy. My friend got a small salad and a build your own personal size pizza. They had the pizza done SO quickly! We were so happy because we were both really tired. The staff was okay. They were young and not initially overly communicative. I guess that comes with the age of being a teenager though. Location was clean and easy to find. read more

The reviews made me think this was a good idea...it was not. We were traveling and didn't know the area. Maybe it would have been better if it wasn't take out? One of the 2 stars is because my 6 year old loved her pizza. The other one is because it wasn't truly awful once I used the hotel microwave to warm it up. The place looked clean and nice enough, so I didn't worry until I went to pay. I know prices are higher when you visit some places, so I expected it to be a little more pricey than where we live. THEY ARE JUST DISGUSTING! The girls and some boys have their long hair loose on top of the food and they don't care. They don't care about what you are asking for they are just throwing toppings on the pizza as they please. I asked for mushrooms, but they didn't added any. Instead I got a lot of onions which I am allergic to. When I called this to her attention, she got so closed to my pizza that she laid all her long and loose hair on my pizza. Very fun to watch them cook! You must order 1 of there great salad's which are delicious you can put whatever you want to on the pizza! I love the pepperoni they have here!!! I went in to get the "mega dough" pizza based on the pictures I saw online. I love a thick chewy crust and was excited to try it. I was mega disappointed that is wasn't fat and doughy like I was expecting. The taste was just ok but I paid extra for this mega dough and it definitely fell flat. read more

What they serve is not PIZZA! Fast & inexpensive does not justify calling their product pizza. It's some sort of thin flatbread with minimal, low quality toppings. Rabbit pellet sausage, uncooked onions, just one unflavorful mess. I don't understand all the good reviews or its popularity especially because the tables & floors were extremely dirty. Was excited to visit this place as they have gfree pizza and after reading the reviews it sounded great. We are from out of town and I was needing to take a gfree pizza to my cousins. I was extremely disappointed. The place smelt wonderful and the pizza smelt so good in the car. When we got to my cousins house we opened it to find the edges of the crust burnt. Sometimes this can happen with the crust but then we ate it and it tasted burnt. I was actually shocked that they would even serve it when I saw the bottom of the pizza. It wasn't like it was cooked in a pizza oven fire type cooking but it actually tasted burnt. We were too far from the restaurant to even take it back and because we headed out of town the next day it was useless to even call. Be warned. Check your pizza before you leave if you order online. We were out two gfree pizzas ;-(. I did give two stars because the people that took my call when I ordered the pizza were helpful and kind. Update 7-1-19. The owner reached out regarding my review and is working to train his staff. Wow. I've eaten at quite a few MODs and can usually count on tasty affordable pizza with good service. I cannot and will not recommend this location because of the horribly poor service I experienced a few nights ago. Because of past experiences, I'd taken family there for their first MOD experience. I was embarrassed that the service was so bad. They weren't even that busy, and maybe that should've been a sign. My pizza got started and was passed to the next pizza maker. I had briefly asked a question of the first person about a salad possibility. In the short moment it took to get my question semi-answered (since that person didn't seem to know much about the seasonal salad), what was to be a create my own pizza was already set aside and next in line to go in the oven as a plain cheese pizza. What???! I had to get the attention of someone to let them know I wanted other toppings. I'm a MOD fan but this time/location was pitiful. When I got my pizza, it was over cooked, but with the luck I was having I didn't want to ask for another one. My husband's pizza was also disappointing and the family I'd hoped to get excited about MOD will probably seem pizza elsewhere next time. Thumbs down. read more

First impressions: The restaurant: plenty of seats of both small and large parties. The staff and service: We arrived at MOD pizza about 45 min before closing and the staff was super friendly and customer service was great. We even apologized because we didn't realize it was that late but they told us not to worry and that it was not a problem at all. The wait for our food didn't take too long and it was possibly because we arrived near closing time. The food: We ordered the two of the "Mod" which were custom made individual pizzas. The set up is kind of like Subway/ Chipotle where you pick your toppings and they make the pizza in front of you. Food was fresh one of the best pizzas I've ever had.
