I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this dealership. From the very beginning, I was given the runaround. I sold my vehicle on a Thursday and was explicitly told I would be paid the same day. When I arrived, the person I had been working with was suddenly no longer employed there, and I was handed off to a sales representative who was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I was then told my payment would be ready on Monday and instructed to reach out that morning to confirm pickup at a different location. I did exactly that, only to arrive and find out my check was not there. After repeatedly telling the salesperson that I live five minutes away and would pick up the check in person, I was then informed--at the last minute--that it had been mailed instead. Clearly, there was zero communication between locations. My instructions were not passed along, and the agreed pickup time was never relayed. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I attempted multiple times to contact management to understand what went wrong and resolve the issue. Not a single call was returned. That alone shows how little they value their customers. This experience was a complete waste of time and a perfect example of poor customer service and even worse communication. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door, then fail to follow through. If you're considering selling your vehicle, do yourself a favor--sell it privately. You'll likely get a better deal and avoid the headache of dealing with a business that clearly does not care about its customers. To say I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. This was a frustrating, disorganized, and frankly deceptive experience from start to finish. read more

Bought a preowned 2025 Aviator less than 6k miles. Noticed a flutter between 2nd and 3rd gear/ 30-38 mph. Service manager thought it was a bad tire. Tire replaced and still happening. Dpat has now had the car going in the 2nd week and no transparancy. Provided a loaner and the tires were out of balance. Steering wheel shakes and entire SUV is uncomfortable at speeds over 70 mph. No calls returned to pick up loaner and replace. Poor customer service. Should have stuck with Range Rover. 2 more weeks will be 30 days and eligible for lemon law. read more

Terrrible customer service. I hate writing bad reviews but this one is well deserved. We were interested in a truck yesterday and was told it sold. Then received a call the truck fell through so we told them we were taking off work and driving up immediately to look at it. 40 minutes after we told them we had both left work and we were already traveling to look at it, they told us it sold. Pretty crappy when they said they would hold since we were driving up to come look at it. Sold it from under us. Not a great look. We would have definitely put a deposit on it if asked but to sell it knowing people took off work and was driving from out of town, then get a text but no one would answer our call is crap. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever based on how they conduct business. EDIT TO UPDATE: called us back the next morning and said it was available again then called again and said it just sold. My Ford Ecosport broke down 2 months ago. It is part of a recall for a oil pump issue which causes the motor to go out. Not to mention the car is still under warranty. D-Patrick refuses to help with a loaner vehicle or give any assistance on a rental. Their idea of great customer care is to either leave the customer with nothing or if you pay us more money we will trade you into something different. Now I have nothing to drive plus a tow bill. Stay far away from these people the so called customer care goes from the general manager downward. Horrible way to do business!! read more

I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I purchased a truck from them a little over a month ago and I have ran into many problems with it that I was not made aware of. Some of these problems are safety related. I also have not received my title at the courthouse in 60 days. When trying to contact D Patrick I was referred to the manager Cody, I tried contacting him for about a week and a half before I finally got a return phone call, only for him to tell me they couldn't do anything. Once again I definitely do not recommend this dealership, it is obvious that they do not care and have no interest in helping their customers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Don't do it!!!! My husband and I sat for an hour and a half while their salesman literally insulted us to our face. He argued with us, and tried his best to make us feel like we were stupid. I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Seriously there are a million other dealerships... just don't do it! (Disclaimer) I am not a "Karen" I'm a human being and I deserve better than being told that my car (2017 Nissan Maxima, which has got almost all the bells a whistles and 106k miles) is and I quote "trash" because it has a crack in the windshield, and an easy fix bumper issue (though according to John Hartsburg, the salesman, it's falling off ) and a few cracks in the leather... it is 5 years old and it's common knowledge that leather cracks in the sun... I guess maybe he was offended by the crumbs in the floorboard from my 3 kids? Sorry I didn't detail my car completely before I brought it in All the things that apparently make my car "trash" my insurance will fix for under 300 total... I just haven't gotten around to scheduling a windshield replacement and bumper. So I advise you to take your business anywhere other than d Patrick. Someone needs to tell them that word of mouth is the best advertisement or the worst. I wouldn't get a vehicle there if they gave it to me for free after that experience. Save yourself from the insults and bs they're going to spew at you and just go to expressway Ford in Mt Vernon or Town and Country. At least they'll treat you like a human and not just a sale... oh and btw you don't actually get to pick a vehicle. In fact in the hour and a half we were there we were never shown a single vehicle at all. We never even went outside. Even when Mr Hartsburg himself suggested a Subaru for us he never bothered to let us look at it before he wanted to try and finance it... He asked if I wanted to make a down payment. My answer was that I wanted to go for the advertised sale they were having. I didn't say I couldn't put money down just that it wasn't my first choice. Had he an once of sales smarts he would have urged us to look at it, maybe test drive it. Maybe just maybe we would've loved it. Maybe I'd have been willing to put a down payment then. Maybe I would've been fine with a higher payment. Having a lower credit score doesn't make you poor or stupid but making assumptions does make him seem not the smartest. This place uses shady, back door, oily, sales tactics and if that doesn't work then they just basically bully you around, interrupt you while you're talking, and flat out tell you that you don't know what you're talking about. This guy literally asked my husband "what mechanics he talked to" because he had made a comment about issues we'd been told about with a particular vehicle and what mechanics had informed us of. Funny enough my stepdad was a part owner and mechanic at a national award winning shop in Newburgh, which since he has passed away is still owned and operated by my uncle. So unless being insulted and pushed towards something you haven't even seen yet is what you like then do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE else. I wish I could give them a negative star rating. I literally cried after we left because of how bad this man treated us. Funny enough I don't even need a new vehicle we were just thinking about it. Offered $17500 out the door on a vehicle and they accepted but after running my credit and bringing me the paperwork i noticed it said $19200. When i asked what was going on the salesman figured out he screwed up but not only did i get no apology from him or his boss i was told to just sign or i could walk. Then the pickup was delayed 4 times waiting on it to be detailed only to pick it up filthy. Horrible experience all the way around. read more

I am located an hour from this dealership. I have to drive an hour every time there is a safety recall or I get my car serviced (of course their pickup range is 50 miles, so out of luck). I always ask how long the service will take and I am always given an estimate. If it's under an hour I would prefer to wait for the car instead of going shopping when I don't need anything. EVERY time the wait is double or even triple what they give me as an estimate. This last time I was going to wait but when I reached the dealership I was told it would be longer than the hour I was told (to check and see if my car needed the safety recall part!) so I got a loaner. Went shopping, came back, car not ready. Currently sitting in my loaner waiting for my car (almost 3 hours later) so I can transfer shopping items from loaner to my car. Don't buy from this dealership.... My nephew bought his first car from them and in less than a month we had to replace a caliper, both front breaks and rotors. Now something else is going wrong with the front end, it's locked up on him while he had his new baby in the car!! Worse part about the situation is that my nephew called and tried to talk to someone and has left messages for the supervisor and has never received a response. First off, I want to say that Corey Vasquez was one of the best sales representatives I have worked with. He took the time to explain all the features of my new truck. Now lets talk about the rest of the experience. Kevin the financial person was rude and very degrading to me as I was a woman purchasing a vehicle. The website offered A-Z plan but when I went to purchase my Truck they would not honor that. Their excuse was that they only offer the plan on vehicles you order. Again, that was not stated on their website. The second thing that happened is the website offered "free" delivery within 190 miles. When I asked about that they wanted to charge me $700. So they were falsely advertising the A-Z plan, with no disclaimers I may add, and free delivery. So I filed a complaint with the BBB and below is their response. " AZ pricing. We have reviewed this. In several areas of our web sight we have an opportunity to request AZ pricing. Right now we are unable to offer AZ pricing on in stock units. We do honor AZ pricing on most factory orders. On our web sight we do not guarantee AZ pricing is available on any particular unit or what that pricing may be on any particular unit if it were available. We believe it is not confusing nor do we believe a reasonable person would be confused. Item 2: I asked about the free delivery. There was some confusion. We do not charge for delivery within a 190 mile radius in most cases. Purchasing a vehicle this way does require Maverick Sign to come to the customers home or place of business. They get all paperwork signed and they take fingerprints to prevent fraud. After they are finished, which takes up to a week, our employee delivers the vehicle to the customers home or office. It is my understanding that this process was not acceptable to this particular customer. I apologize for the confusion. This is new here at D-Patrick as it is in several other dealerships and I thank this customer for providing us with a training opportunity." Now being a REASONABLE PERSON/FEMALE, I have been lied to by these people as well as discriminated against. You can not tell me if a man went in there with the same issues they would have received their discount and the free shipping. I work hard for my money and deserve to receive the discount Ford offered me when they took my job to Mexico. Now, if you want to deal with a shady company this is the place to purchase a vehicle. With all the options in Evansville, Indiana D-Patrick should be your last option for a used car. They lied every time they talked. They said they changed the oil and it was never changed. They charged me to clean the car and I find a McDonald's bag under the seat with uneaten nuggets. The check engine light immediately came on and D-Patrick couldn't fix it so they sent it to their competitor Kenny Kent and they had issues also. Within a month I had my car at either D-Patrick or Kenny Kent 6 times. I hear the commercial now stating 5 days or 300 miles and you can return the car and that's exactly what I tried to do. They won't honor it. They said they can't take the car back without knowing whats wrong with it. Finally Kenny Kent found the problem but it was too late. I had the car for 4 months and after selling it as junk I was out $7500. They knew the condition of the car but had no interest in doing anything to help with the situation. I contacted this dealership for information pertaining to a vehicle they had advertised via internet. I was first contacted by Alissa Pfettscher, sales and leasing consultant, who said she would be assisting me. After a couple of days, I never heard back, so I reached out to her. I never heard back from Alissa, instead I was then, contacted by Dylan Simmons, another sales rep. I asked him for the same specific information I asked of Alissa. He also told me he would get that information for me, then what followed next in the days to follow, was me receiving emails from Dylan having nothing to do with the information I requested. Now the vehicle I was very interested in is sold. To bad because I had a few people looking to buy Ford Raptors, guess we'll be taking our business elsewhere since no one here wants to do their job. read more

By a wide margin the most helpful sales staff I've worked with at any dealer. By a wide margin, the WORST service department I've ever dealt with. We own two Lincolns. A 2011 MKX and 2014 MKZ (Thanks, Henry!). We've had the 2011 MKX in for brake grinding problems, a bad brake booster, entertainment center problems and lastly spontaneously losing all power in traffic complete with the dashboard lighting up like a christmas tree. Three trips in for the brakes and we gave up. I hear the brakes grind daily when my wife backs out of the driveway to leave for work. The nav system took two (three?) trips to dpatrick before they replaced it. As I'm writing this, dpatrick called and told us they can't figure out how to fix our MKX losing all power despite the issue being widely documented all over the internet. (google it if you don't believe me--"lincoln mkx loses all power". It's not that our MKX has issues--that's beyond D-Patrick's control. The problem is they either can't fix a problem or it takes them multiple attempts, then they argue about the issue existing in the first place. They're stuck in that brand-damaging pattern of "If we can't fix it, it's not broke." I couldn't be happier with the sales experience but the service experience is consistently heartbreaking to the point where I don't know if I can trust them anymore. 12/29/2016: I talked directly to Lincoln Concierge about this issue. They set an appointment for us with a different dealer a few minutes away that resolved the issue in just a few hours. They apologized to us for the bad service we had at dpatrick and gave us a free premium maintenance plan to help smooth things over. read more

Went to a local mechanic and he found the problem and it was fixed Don't take your Car or Truck there or they we do work thats not needed. Ok here's the deal, Henry Hayden is the best salesman in the entire area, bar none! I really felt that he went the extra mile to make me happy with my new Ford F-150. Tim, the sales manager, gave me an excellent deal, even resolving a misunderstanding after the deal. These guys are trustworthy and honest and I think I got the best deal available on my new truck. Took our truck to the service dept to have the AC fixed. Paid $2200, when we picked the truck up, the door wouldnt shut, the moldings were on the floor board, had a HUGE scratch on the dash, and the airbag light was on. They fixed the door before we left, but said the airbag light was on prior. No it was not!! The only problem with the truck was the AC. Took it back a second time they reconnected the airbag, and put the moldings back on. Now after just a month the AC is not working, and they said has a hairline crack in the hose. Another $390. I stated that I would buy hose, but they need to take off the labor cost, this should have been checked and fixed when we took in the first time!! MR ODaniel said I should buy a vehicle that has a service warranty. First of all, we bought the truck when it was only 1yr old, and have had it, and took good care of it. Second we gave this to our son, and now he is out a extra $390. They dont stand behind there work, or have technicans that are qualified to fix AC problems. read more

Note to buyers, please, PLEASE be sure you get your cars inspected by an independent mechanic before purchase. I bought a 2015 Escape in late April that I was told had been inspected prior to my purchase, and so didn't have it inspected (mistake). There was previous damage that had not been repaired properly, lasted about 3 months, and now I have put $1500 of bodywork repair into the car. D Patrick likely didn't do the original repair, however, they did tell me explicitly that "they had inspected it" and it was all fine. You live you learn, but unfortunately D Patrick hasn't been much help since I purchased.....will buy my next cars elsewhere, I'd imagine. All three times I was assured I'd get a call back in regards to my search for a vehicle from within their lot. I even went as far to contact an agent via text. I was completely ignored there as well. The original service person I had was quite helpful. He let me know there was plenty of empty time in the morning of Memorial Day. I brought my car in at exactly 7:30 per our conversation. My car was ready and in the bay at 8:25. I paid and left. I reviewed my invoice at home, and found I was charged for 1.3 hours of labor. I made the almost four hour trip to D Patrick Ford the day before Thanksgiving to purchase a used Ford F-150. The salesperson that I worked with, Dave Pearce, was quick to respond to my calls beforehand and made the purchase process easy. However, my experience in the week following has been nothing short of terrible. During the inspection it was determined that the truck I was purchasing had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. It was expressed to me that one of those issues, the front brakes, would be addressed by the service department prior to my arrival. While they could not replace it in the time frame provided, the dealership went as far as discounting the purchase price to assist with the repair of the other issue, a faulty driver's side blend door actuator. I was very satisfied upon leaving the dealership in the F-150 and felt that I had been treated well. On 12/2 I took the truck to a local mechanic to assess the driver's side blend door actuator. While there, it was revealed to me that the front brakes were in need of replacement. Imagine the shock I felt when I found out that the repairs I had been promised prior to my arrival were blatantly ignored. Over the past three days I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the salesperson that I worked with, Dave Pearce, as well as the General Manager and Sales Manager. I'm not a person that writes reviews on products or businesses, but the lack of customer service that I've received on this issue is appalling. I'm not an unreasonable person and realize that I purchased a used vehicle that will necessitate repairs - that can be evidenced by the close to $2,000 I am willingly paying to replace the blend door actuator and HVAC unit case assembly. However, it's unacceptable to lead a customer to believe that an issue on a vehicle is being addressed and then fail to do so. Most of all, I'm shocked by the apparent lack of interest in addressing the issue now that they have title to my trade-in and the check I wrote to cover the truck I purchased. I can see what the priorities of this dealership are, and I have no intentions on recommending them to anyone I know going forward. I should add that on my way home from the dealership a tire pressure sensor warning came on. I pulled over thinking that maybe something had punctured the tire, but unfortunately that was not the case. It appears that the dealership knowingly reset the tire pressure sensor indicators with the understanding that whomever bought it would have to replace them soon after purchase. Awful experience. I received a call from a salesperson based on my inquiry into the SSR. I asked a few questions regarding the condition of the tires, belts, etc, as the car was 12 years old with 5k miles on it. All this person had to do was walk from her cubicle to the showroom floor and check the condition of the tires and belts (or simply ask someone). Two hours later, she calls back, gives me information that was not what I asked, and then told me that it was sold. read more

They couldn't find the problem they found other ones and I have to take it to a different dealership to find issue. They couldn't believe that they ley me drive it off the lot in that condition. The sales department was amazing. They took care of literally everything and made the process fast and easy. I could not have asked for better people to do business with. I bought a used Explorer and I love it. There were a few minor problems that needed to be corrected through service. I have been back a few times to complete the repairs. I would have loved that it was all fixed on the first trip, but the service department is working hard to correct the situation. I purchased a used vehicle from this lot. I didn't even get a tank of gas through it before a (Check Engine Light) came on. I took it back to the lot and after they checked the code they informed me I needed a new engine at $8000.00. I asked them being a reputable lot to stand behind their vehicle and make it right. The only thing I was offered was a 1000.00 discount on the service charge. A drop in the bucket to this repair and a reduced service fee is hardly a concession. I asked if this was all they can do. and I was told from Tim the Manager "I just can't wave a magic wand and make this go away" I wasn't offered a return or any other solution to trade in where I still wasn't on the hook to replace the engine. After seeking another shop to repair my Truck I was told the Check Engine Light was a history code, meaning the light had been turned off prior to me driving it. I spoke with the previous owner and the truck had no light on when it was traded in. Leads me to believe this was done at the dealership. Beware purchasing a used vehicle from this lot. I urge on your test drive if you do to get a free scan done. Needless to say I'm done with D-patrick Ford. read more

I have felt a sincere response in finding a win win situation for my families needs. The service Department was clean and running smoothly Kerry Draper Service Advisor was very polite and knowledgable, my appointment was for 1:00 pm so I dropped my car off in the morning and the young man who drove me home was also very polite and a good driver. Kerry called me before noon to explain to me the problem and how it would not be finished today, he offered me the use of a car which was greatly appreciated. The car was ready the next morning and once again he offered to pick me up from home I declined and came in a few hours later. After I payed the young lady told me where my car was, it was raining and I was not looking forward going out in the rain to look for my car as I was walking towards the door Kerry appeared and said we will get your car for you Mrs. Woods. Thank you Kerry you made it a great experience and I was so surprised at how good my car drives and rides again and the seats are working great again. read more
