At the time I went, there were two technicians working as well as someone cleaning and stocking. I did not feel like she was trying to upsell me. Instead of soaking my previous no chip off she applied a coat of something that lifted the polish off. I am currently on day 7 of no chip and no chips! He was a great salesman without being pushy at all, it felt genuine, not forced. I ended up getting an herbal pedicure and acrylic fills on both my hands and feet, and everything was top tier. Randy did my acrylics and was super quick but still very precise -- you can tell he knows what he's doing. I wish I got the name of the woman who did my pedicure because she was AMAZING. The herbal pedi was honestly one of the best I've had. It included hot stones, paraffin wax, and even this candle wax they melt and rub into your skin throughout the process -- it felt sooo good and left my skin super soft. The massage chair is a whole experience on its own (it even massages your bottom ), and the overall vibe of the salon is very peaceful and relaxing. They also have a huge selection of colors to choose from, which I love. Prices were very reasonable, and they offered bottled water which was a nice touch.
