Horrible. Horrible Horrible. I need to say this 50 times. their service are very rude. I will not recommend this to anybody in the world.

I came in an hour before they closed with a self made disaster. I tried to do a dip manicure myself at home. Big mistake. Lesson learned. Fortunately Lynn's was open and able to help. Is it the poshiest, fancy lemon water kinda place? No. but all that matters to me is that an experienced human being can make sure I don't get a nail infection, ruin my nails and leave with a nice nails. Job done! read more

So, this woman is awesome! I didn't think I would appreciate having to be in a salon for a long while, but she did an amazing job! I've been going to this nail salon for a while and I honestly really like it. Super clean, professional establishment. They always do a great job of my nails. The staff could be a bit more cheerful, but they do a great job so I can't complain. read more

I asked for a certain nail design and provided an example via internet photo and asked could they replicate color, design, shape (separate photo), and length (a separate photo) and it was a total epic fail. You can see the striations in the paint , you can see that the gel is unevenly laid being higher on one side than the other, the shape is crooked, the designed nails are totally off; the rhinestone work does not look close to the picture provided, and they use clear nail polish with silver glitter on it instead of the silver glitter dipping powder . When I asked before I got my nails done could they replicate what I have provided and they told me yes they should have said no because they didn't have any of the same equipment. I also mentioned in process several of the aforementioned errors and they told me that it will look okay in the end you have to wait. haven't had time to return to get a refund and have the nails removed but I was totally dissatisfied. It's so embarrassing going to work where other employees have their nails professionally done and they look beautiful and I have this sucky outcome and have been told just that. Not. Happy. At. All. So today I needed a fill in and of Lynn the owner is not there whose always does my nails because she does a perfect job So I signed in waiting for a good half and so . After 2 people were done I thought I was next I get told No I can't do your nails and start doing someone else nails. I asked Dylan whose going to do my nails if I'm next he going to say who ever say Yea if not idk don't know . So I sat back down a girl comes to saying the only person who can your nails right is Dyaln I said okay why he could say that. He asked me am I getting designs I said yes He going say aww no I can do your because I'm getting designs (HE DESIGN AS WELL) then i said okay im not going to get designs just rhinstones he still insist not doing my nails stating im difficult. Like really all because i like my nails how i want them. He was like you gonna have to wait Lynn . But he made me sit there KNOWING HE WAS GONNA PULL THAT SHIT WHEN I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR AND MADE ME WAIT ..HE TALKS RUDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I wish that I could give a positive review because the nail tech was nice which is why I did not give just 1 star. However the skill level was just not there. I went in for a no chip manicure. I picked my color and she told me immediately upon sitting in her chair that the color would not go on nice. I found that to be a little strange being that they A) are a professional salon and should be able to paint any color and B) why would they carry a color that does not go on well....... At any rate I thanked her for letting me know and choose another color. She then states that the new color that I had chosen was better but still may not go on great but it was better than my first choice. WTH? When. Asked her to tell me what colors would go on good she said she said never mind. As time progressed I figured it out why she was saying all of this. They like to rush their services and do not like to use colors that require more than 2 coats. She was trying to paint 1-2 thick coats vs. 2-3 thin professional looking coats! The job was very rushed and sloppy. My personal favorite was when she told me to stick one finger under the light at a time vs my whole hand because the polish would run!!?? Heck yeah it's going to run when you are using as much paint as Picasso in 2 coats!! What really ticked me off was when a customer came in to get a brow wax she said it would be 20 min for my nails to dry, jumps up and takes the customer to the wax room!!! first off, no chip barely takes 3 min to dry (one of the cool things about no chip). Secondly my time is valuable and I had already been there for over an hour so now an hour and 20 min. For no chip and only 1 other customer in the salon?! One of my nails already has a crack and its only been 2 days. I would not recommend this place for no chip. Not sure about their other services and will not be back to find out. read more

I've NEVER wrote a review for anything but had to for this experience.... This was THE WORST nail salon I've ever been too! Its dirty, the employees are rude and have no idea how to do a pedicure let a lone a manicure! I asked for a specific pedicure, showed them a picture of what i wanted my toes to look like and I paid $50 for a horrible job that my 4 year old could have done... i went down the start to Happy Nails where thank god they were able to fix everything but Happy Nails told me to call the police and get my money back(yes, my nails were that bad)! Tried to go back and threaten to call the police and they refuse to give me any money back! I DEFINATLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! read more

Hate to give a bad review BUT I tried to see past the cracked chairs, no liners in the pedicure tubs and dirty floor but for the same exact price as other salons I had a "no chip" pedicure that by the time I got home had wiped off !! I didn't go back to have it resolved as I won't go in the place again! But beware , they don't do a "no chip" and you can't get same price, done right in a clean environment any number of places ! read more

I'm probably the pickiest person when it comes to nails. I've tried millions of places and this place doesn't disappoint when you go to the right person for specific services.. Jenny is amazing with pedicures. She's opinionated because she knows the products and wants to make sure no one is deceived. Her husband Billy is fabulous doe pink and whites and acrylics.. He knows how picky I am and allows me to make my comments (which is rare). They refer to you by your name and are very sweet. The only reason I wouldn't give them a five star rating is because they aren't the best with no chip. They lay the polish on too thick and leave a big gap with a ridge which kills my soul! read more

I got gel nails yesterday and they are extremely sore. I'm talking "can't open the bottle of cream for my coffee by myself" sore. I asked the person doing my nails to be gentle because I have naturally flimsy nails, and he filed them to death! I also stated I can't use lotion or oils and apparently he forgot and put oil on my fingers anyway. I also noticed that none of the instruments were sanitized. He pulled out the leftover liquid from a previous use and just refilled it! The files had leftover nail dust from God knows who came in before me. I will never go back, the only place I'm going from here is to the doctor. read more

I disagree with the reviews, they do amazing nails! Especially the no chip, they have variety of colors. The worker jenny is amazing! She is very sweet and kind, her husband is funny and kind too! They are hard workers , I respect that. Fast service most of the time which is great! I understand if the business is busy, you just need patience. Awesome service deserves some. The gel nails look professional for great prices. All I have to say is the Lynn's nail salon is my all time favorite spot for pedicures, manicures, eyebrows, and more! I think you should pay a visit yourself and I think you'll love it! read more
