I had the Oat Milk And Brown Sugar Pedicure: Purifying soak baths to cleanse and soothe the skin. A detox masque to cleanse the skin of impurities, excess oil, and toxins. A gentle exfoliation using our sugar scrub. Callus treatment to smooth rough patches. Steam massage to relax muscles and enhance circulation. Warm towel wrap and paraffin wax treatment will melt away your worries and soothe your tired feet. I highly recommend this one. They scrub my legs with actual oranges and milk. It was really nice! I also really like getting calluses removed and the paraffin wax. My only complaint is I wanted a little bit more done with the callus removal. Next time I will just tell them that. They do accept walk ins but plan to call before coming in to make sure they have time for your service. i have been there when they cannot accommodate a walk in. But if you call they will schedule you pretty quickly. The prices just increased to $55 for a regular mani/pedi but I think that is competitive with other places. The nail techs always take their time and I leave happy with my nails.

Customer service: 4/5 Both of my visits I was able to get in without an appointment. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. My second pedicure felt rushed. It only lasted about 20 minutes. I did not feel like they tried to upsell me. Choice of polish: 5/5. They had plenty of regular and gel colors. They also offer dipped powder. Quality/Value: 3/5. On my first visit, I obtained a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I was very happy with the time the staff spent on my nails for the first visit. However, I think she could have done more scrubbing on bottom of foot. My no chip manicure lasted 13 days until first chip. This, I was very happy about. However, my first pedicure started chipping after 5 days. This one, did not chip badly. As I had a 2nd trip planned, I went back for just a pedicure.
