I first came here as a walk in for an acrylic fill. They did a great job, I have had a few more fills and recently I had them do a full set. They do a great job, listen to what I want and I even got a lotioned hand massage after my nails were finished. Prices are amazing. I am a customer for life. read more

If you're looking for a relaxing trip to the nail salon this is not the place! My nails turned out fine but I left with a headache. There is a young woman who works there and as soon as she doesn't have a client she's on her phone, on FaceTime, talking incredibly loud to someone. The salon is a place I go to relax and pamper myself, not listen to someone on the phone THE ENTIRE TIME. I'll probably never go back just for that. It's incredibly unprofessional and ruse. My nails were fine but I'm sure you'd get better quality elsewhere. For my manicure they didn't massage my hands or even use lotion! My gel chipped away starting about a week later. read more

This is the first time I've ever left a review but the service was so bad that I'm compelled to. In short, they did a very rushed and incomplete job on my Mani pedi. On this giving day, they closed at 7:30 so I called at 6 to see if they can still take me. If they we're not able to, I was going to go to a different Salon that was open till 8:30 so we had plenty of time. They asked me to come in by 6:30, which I did. They decided to work on my hands and feet at the same time, which would have been okay, although uncomfortable because the manicurist was pulling on my arms in one direction while I was in my pedicure chair. My fingernails were not soaked, he took 15 seconds to slap moisturizer on and the paint job was extremely poor. What he did on my fingernails, I could easily do at home myself. For my pedicure, I asked two people twice whether he did a good cuticle cleaning job, which is one of the reasons I get a pedicure. They both checked with each other (language issues) and confirmed that he had. I was asking because it didn't seem like he had done it but I was distracted by multiple people working on me, so I couldn't be sure. I went along because they reassured me. The following day I could tell that they had not done it well. And the paint job was awful too. It's not just that they did such a bad and rushed job, but they didn't have to make an appointment with me if they didn't want to take me. I could have easily gone somewhere else. And even though the woman in charge didn't seem to care much about the awful job they had done. If they had cared, I would have given them another chance. There are four salons just as close to me and I will be returning to them. Never to this one again. read more

I've come here a few times since it's pretty close to where I live. The staff has always been nice and friendly and they've always done a great job. No complaints here. It's always clean in here. Disposable liners in tubs, one time use tools and comfortable temps. Great way to relax in this extreme heat. read more

Horrible experience. My first review on yelp, really need to make sure Lee nails take their customers seriously. 1. The manager cut into my cuticle while getting a regular manicure done. Fine, it happens. I was calm and told them I'll come again cause the blood did not stop. 2. My second trip a week later (had to put antibiotic ointment to make sure the wound was healed). I was given horrible attitude, the employees made it seem like it was MY fault. I asked for the manager, one of the employees told me she was "sleeping". This is when I lost it. 3. Finally got the manager to come out and told her about the attitude her employees were giving me, and she did not even apologize! NEVER coming here again. read more

I have gone here before and loved the experience. Maybe it depends on who you get. I came in, walk in, and got a man that came from the back eating his lunch, he seemed annoyed/pissed right off the bat. I almost said I would wait for someone else but I didnt (wish I did). He was VERY rude, I have been getting my nails done for years every 2 weeks, and he was complaining I wasn't holding my hand right. He was very rough, and just short and snippy. I almost walked out right away bc of this behavior, but I am too nice. Every time he spoke him, me he was acting like he was doing me a favor, and was very short, and rude. It was pretty embarrassing for me, to be scolded because he didn't know how to position my hands. I didn't appreciate being treated this when I am paying for a service. When he was finished he was like 'Nice, right, I did a good job". Like I was suppose to kiss his ass after treating me like crap. my nails are already fading and chipping 3 days later, so NO, not such a great job" I have enjoyed coming here before, but I wouldnt be returning unless I know for sure he isnt working there. I dont appreicate being treated terrible for a service I am paying for. If it was possible to rank this place lower, I would! My daughter and I went in for manicures. We both needed to have a no chip removed first. Before the young man started my nails, he pulled out that nail grinder and pressed down so hard, that he made a divot in my pinky nail and it hurt like hell. Then he had no clue how to put on the wraps - they need to be tight or how to scrape the polish off. He was replaced by another man who was doing a decent job, but then wanted me to soak my fingers in someone else's water. It was sitting at tab booth when I got there. I made him get me new clean soaking water and he did. After a short time, even he left and was replaced by yet a third man. I would like to mention that the shop was filthy with coffee stains at the hand washing sink, boxes of junk piled up in a room off the side of the main salon. The board of health should investigate. read more

Unfortunately not a great experience. Came for a no chip and pedicure. Came right when the place opened on a weekday so I was the only person there. The person doing my nails didn't speak at all, she would just tap my leg or hand when she wanted me to move and if I didn't notice would just stare at me until I did it. Cut multiple places on my fingers, 5 out of 10 finger nails with cuts is not good. My pinky nail wouldn't stop bleeding and she just continued putting the no chip layers on while it bled so I have blood crusted in the corner of the no chip that won't come out. No chip is bubbly and thick and my nails were cut unevenly. All this for $60, not cheap and no mention of my cut fingers by the nail tech. Won't be coming back. read more

I recently moved to the area and this place is right by my apartment. I was in need of a new nail place, so I decided to try this place out. I was pretty disappointed. The inside is not pretty.. like at all. For a business, whether it be small or not, I think the look matters. Looks aside, the woman who did my nails did not do what I asked for at all! I asked for coffin shaped nails and I got round shaped. Not only that, she was very rough while she was filing my original nail. She even made me bleed! I will not be going back here and advise others to do the same. read more

So I went there before and had a decent experience getting my acrylics filled I had broken my pinky nail so I had gone in to see if it could be quickly fixed. I had chosen my color and one of the workers told me I had the wrong color and he thought it was a different one. He started putting on the nail and gave me a heater and left me for probably 20 minutes I was sitting there waiting for someone to come paint my one pinky nail I ended up waiting for 25-30 minutes for them to paint it the wrong color. The guy who had started my nails had stopped when another customer had walked in for a pedicure although he had been helping me before. It was very annoying that I was there first and it should have only taken 5 minutes instead or the 45 minutes I sat there for. The shape is horrible, and it is shorter than the rest of my nails. I would 100% not recommend this place. read more

I was visiting a relative nearby and had a broken nail. I stopped in there to see if it could be fixed. The lady was very friendly and fixed it in 10 seconds without charging me. It's been 5 days and the nail repair is still holding. I would definitely give her my business if I lived here. read more

Lady doing the manicure was very rude. I didn't like the shape so I asked her to make it more round and she sighed and rolled her eyes. She painted my nails the wrong color even after I specifically put the nail polish next to her when I sat down. When I asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes again and said " you asked for French". Even though I showed her the bottle before sitting down. I came to this place because my usual salon across the street was closed. Never ever again. read more

Won't be going back. Just moved into the area and this was close. Needed a mani/pedi for my wedding. My nails were poorly filed. After I paid, the owner (?) asked to look. She ran over with a file and touched them up, as I stood at the register! She scolded the girl for one of the nails. I have no idea what they were saying, but it obviously wasn't good. It's uncomfortable and rude when people talk around you in another language. Too bad, this was close... I'll drive a little further next time. read more
