I inquired about a vehicle listed for sale from Top Choice Auto Group dealership. William Carter…read morereached out to me as the sales rep and gave me a quote for the vehicle. I was told this vehicle had a clean bill of health and was ready to go. I would not be able to pickup the vehicle for a few days so a woman who worked in the office, William (Bill) and I worked through paying my $1,000 deposit over the phone. They took my card information and charged me the deposit plus a transaction fee. This brought my total to $1,026.35. There was no paperwork signing prior or after the deposit was paid. A day after I paid for this vehicle Bill contacted me to tell me that the vehicle had a bad transmission and they weren't sure what the solution would be so I told them to keep me updated. after three days with no contact from him and an unanswered message from me to him, I called him and he told me that they would be putting a salvage transmission in the vehicle. This would make the vehicle a salvage title car and likely void any warranty so I was NOT okay with this. I requested a refund and have been dodged ever since. No one answers the office phone.

Ok, so we are week 1.5 into a 3 week 8 state road trip. We get in my mom's new Toyota highlander…read moreand the A.C. IS not working. I pull out yelp and find this is the closest dealership. We make our way here after mom did everything she knows how to get the a.c. working. I suppose that perhaps the Freon (or equivalent) might be low. Hoping for something that easy, we pull in. The staff were super helpful and worked diligently to diagnose the issue. After a few moments it was discovered that the a.c. had not actually been turned "on" you can imagine the laughter that erupted from my mom's friend and myself much to mom's chagrin. The guys helping us were awesome about it and gave us some waters for our trouble. They stayed professional and courteous while we were there. I hope they laughed just as hard as we did after we left.

I gave them a pass on this one because it was the second shop that didn't know how to fix the problem. then I scheduled service online a week in advance and they call you to actually get you down. Never heard anything, no call or email and when I called they said they would read back out later, never happened. They only get 1 star because I can't choose 0. Terrible service department and customer service isn't any better
