The food is incredibly good, the portion sizes very generous, the simplicity and taste equals.if.not better than much more publicized Italian restaurants in the South Miami area. The entire staff is helpful, knowledgeable, kind, attempting to you and your needs and the PRICES are very reasonable. No gouging here.... Although the mandatory 20% service charge bothers me. I don't mind paying for my meal, however, mandatory service is for the restaurant operators. Their employees, not mine. Gratuities should be at patrons discretion.... Food was tasty, staff was nice, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, but portions are waaaaay too small with a very limited menu, mostly made of pasta. Maybe it's because we are from NYC but to us, an Italian restaurant without chicken parm, lasagna or any kid of pizza is not an Italian restaurant. So generally not enough meat on the menu. It was an ok experience but not sure it's worth coming back. read more

Our server, Radmir, was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and accommodate all our requests. My husband and I wanted to love this nearby new-ish restaurant, but our first dinner discouraged us. Attentive service at this pretty place rated high marks, but high prices, loud noise and mediocre food were discouraging. The expensive short ribs I ordered were inedible, but nobody questioned why I had left them virtually untouched. They unexpectedly appeared as a huge, unappetizing block of stewed chuck (a half pound boulder or more), dry, without sauce or even much taste, plopped into a puddle of runny mashed potatoes. I ate only a few bites and left the rest. Our server briskly collected the still-full bowl afterward, failing to ask whether there were a problem. My husband met with more success with a gluten free pasta ragu. We wanted to love the place but will have to keep looking for good food in a quieter atmosphere. read more

This is the best restaurant I ever dined at. Even the salad was beyond this world. Pasta with seafood and the fig ravioli was excellent. The service was out of this world. Norelys served us. Ask for her if you can. The chef, Roberto, was going around more than once so we were able to talk to him. The ambiance was great. Location is superb. I whole-heartedly recommend this place. Best pasta I've ever had. The service was amazing. My go to order is spaghetti and tomato sauce. Another thing that i've tried here is their Cacio E Pepe. They mixed the Cacio E Pepe right in front of you with fresh Parmesan and pepper before serving it. It was so good! The pasta tastes like it's from Italy. Certainly worth the price and I definitely go back to try other dishes on the menu. The service however, was disappointing. Took more than 10minutes for the waitress to approach our table & ask for our drink order. At which point we decided to order drinks, appetizers & entrees altogether to avoid another long wait. A 20% tip being automatically included for a party of 2 seemed ridiculous- especially given the service provided. The ambiance inside the restaurant is difficult to enjoy as it is incredibly loud. Making it difficult to make conversation even across a very small table. read more
