Nestled in the Grove, very cozy offering french cuisine that feels very homey! We really liked this place we got the moules and pomme frite! It was delicious and presentation was impeccable. We ordered also a soup and a salad (not pictured) and they were kind enough to split the portion in two for us to share so each got their own plate! Honestly for two main dishes, a salad and a soup we paid around $100 which is not too bad for miami! We re definitely coming back to this place!

What a great spot! From the moment we sat down and were handed complimentary glasses of champagne, we knew we were in for a great foodie experience. The place is cozy and a little cramped, but it totally works. It's lively, warm, and filled with eclectic French signs and art. Chef Christian has clearly been doing this a long time. He walks around the dining room with confidence, and keeps an eye on things as he sips his mineral water, without hovering. The staff was efficient and friendly. It's busy and the tables are close together, but that's part of the charm. Definitely call ahead for reservations. Chef Christian has been here since the '90s. We started with the escargot, loaded with garlic, butter, and parsley. The foie gras was rich and perfectly done. For main dishes, the duck confit was crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the mussels (served in a big Le Creuset pot) were good, and definitely enough to share. I paired everything with a Sancerre. Finished with their house-made apple tartine in a crème sauce. That was the perfect ending.

I went with my mom and husband and 2 babies, so not a lot of food pics were taken but everything tasted amazing. I had the onion soup, filet mignon and mussels and fries with a cappuccino. The service could have been better as we had to wait a while to receive food and drinks but it was a busy sunday. Def would recommend if you are in the area and want some french authentic food.

Fantastic food and service. Le Bouchon is a staple of Coconut Grove. I've been going to this place forever. I love the vibe of authentic French food. This is truly a place where the locals dine. The ambience is very rustic and nostalgic.

Just a tad disappointed with our overall experience here. After experiencing traditional bouchon lyonnaise in Lyon, we were so excited to dine here. Seating was quick as we came in a slow time but we waited about 45 minutes for appetizer and then another hour after that for food. (It was just me and my husband and we ordered apps and entree at the same time) Our overall lunch was about 2 hours 30 minutes and it wasn't even a busy time. The food was yummy and we were not in a huge rush, but still disappointed in the slow service. Place is super cute and looks authentically like a bouchon in Lyon and we got sat facing the road which made the time there more pleasant than if we had to sit inside and wait. Wish the staff was French for a more authentic experience but that would just be a bonus!

My husband and I are kicking ourselves after recently eating here for a date night. For years, we would drive or walk by and say "we really need to try that place." Well, when we finally did, we discovered it was exceptional...and now we are sad we could have been enjoying it for years! We both started with the onion soup - probably the best french onion soup I've ever had - the cheese was decadent. We then also tried one of their appetizer specials a tarte with duck and figs. It was light, delicious and so flavorful! For our entree, I tried the sea bass with mushroom risotto - omg. So so delicious. I am sad that it was just a special and that I can't order it everytime! My husband ordered a chicken dish and is already talking about going back to order it again. Service was great - we got a complimentary glass of champagne to start the meal. We are just so sad that we didn't have room to try dessert!

Came to this grove staple for dinner on NYE. We were greeted with the lovely glass of champagne and excited to have our last meal of the year. The restaurant is small and it was packed on a busy night - yet the service was still attentive. We ordered the escargots as an app and the steak frites and the chicken fricasse as mains. The star of the show was the filet of the steak frites. At $48, it came out with perfect temperature (medium rare) and beautiful cut of mignon - the cow lover in me was very happy. The sauce was creamy and I think I would opt for it on the side next time. The chicken was decadent, rich and definitely enough for two to share. It was super tasty too but after bite number 5, it gets to be a lot real fast. Would order again with a salad on the side to balance it out. The escargots were underwhelming sadly. Not the vessels of delightful buttery herbs that I was looking forward to, so would likely not order again. Would come back to try out other items on the menu on a more regular night - the spot feels local and the food is authentic and tasty, all while being very very rich!

Le Bouchon du Grove is a Miami staple. I've been here many times before through the years, and this restaurant never disappoints. Chef and owner Christian is always there to make recommendations and for those great daily specials. This time, he recommended that I try the Alligator Blanquette, and it was mind-blowing. The fettuccine was perfectly cooked, and the Blanquette sauce was light, which made this delicate, flavorful Alligator incredibly delicious. Attention to detail and service here is always on point. If you are in the area, definitely give this restaurant a try. You will be pleased. PS: Other great dishes from here to try are moules e frites, coq au vin if avaliable. It is always great coming here.

Cute neighborhood feel, very French everything on the menu is fantastic. Also are very reasonable prices. Only draw back is that it is very busy a can be loud .Paid street parking . Didn't aware 20% tips are included on the bill,we paid double ...Our waiter Paul was attentive and good .We'll be back.

Wow, I lived in Coconut Grove/ Gables area for years and always wondered about this restaurant. I don't know why I never stopped in to try but it only took three years after I moved to try. I only ordered two things but what I ate was so delicious and it makes me sad that I waited so long to try. I was greeted by the staff in a friendly manner, and with a glass of champagne. The inside is smaller and a little tight, has an old school feel. I ordered the escargots and the mussels. Come hungry, food was so good.

Complimentary glass of champagne!

Absolutely amazing amazing food. What a great spot. The service is great - they started us off with a complimentary glass of champagne which as a very nice inviting touch. We ordered a few appetizers and everything was great. The portions were very big! For entrees we ordered the rack of lamb and chicken fricasé. Both entrees were insanely good. The chicken fricasé has been on my mind since!

New Zealand Roast Rack of Lamb

Found this restaurant on TikTok . The escargot was very good aside from that the filet mignon and rack of lamb were awful . The sauce had a weird taste to it . The severs were very nice just the food took forever to get to the table .The ambiance is nice looks like an authentic French restaurant .

We celebrated New years at Le Bouchon Du Grove Restaurant. Fabulous food and ambiance! The chef takes his time to come to each table to greed the customers with kindness. Humble gesture! We love the exquisite Escargots and Beef Filet steak are to die for!. The Chef Christian is passionate for his marvelous cooking art. Definitely, we will continue to come to Le Bouchon Du Grove. Never disappoints. Birthdays are celebrated with special and warm gestures from all of waitresses including Christian accompany by their special song "...can you feel it..." really memorable moments.

The bar, red velvet furniture and the huge flowers behind the host station truly elevated the look of the establishment. We were immediately seated as soon as we arrived. As soon as we were seated, they brought us baguette bread with this tasty butter and pistachios. I loved picking at the pistachos while waiting for our food. To drink we tried the Modicum Rose, which was very good. To eat, we tried the crispy pig ears, escargots de Bourgogne, soupe a l' Oignon, Steak Frites, Truite Amandine, Bouchons au Chocolat and Creme Caramel. Everything was divine. It was a nice surprise that the crispy pig ears were meatier than I had anticipated. The escargot and French Onion Soup are the best ones that I've tried. The steak was cooked to perfection and the fries were crispy. The fish was so tasty. I was expecting the Bouchons to be warmer but they were still delicious and the creme caramel is like a lighter flan. They were definitely a great way to end our dinner. The service was phenomenal. Multiple servers checking in on us, plates and utensils getting replaced right away and when we would get up, the napkin would be folded again. The waiter also gave us baguettes bread with our leftover. This small gesture was very touching. I honestly think this may be the best French restaurant in Miami and look forward to retuning and trying other items from the menu.

I finally came for brunch, and while the location is beautiful, the restaurant feels cozy, and the service was pleasant, the food itself was disappointing. The cappuccinos arrived lukewarm, and so did the quiche. I asked for a Lorraine quiche, but they only offered the quiche of the day--Florentine. I also requested Eggs Benedict, but the only option was a lobster Benedict. The Oreilles de Cochon were just okay, and the croque madame had virtually no flavor. Overall, the experience didn't justify the wait or the cost, and I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon.

Let me start with the steak frites. I can appreciate the fries weren't thick cut or anything. This was a plus and I'll explain why shortly. That steak was SUPER tender and juicy. Those fries quickly absorbed those flavors. Additionally, they served it with some sauces and let me say I don't really like steak sauces or anything but what they had was just icing on what was already a beautiful cake. The Shakshuka was okay--perfectly edible, but nothing memorable. The Steak & Eggs was pretty much the same: decent, but definitely not worth the premium price. The biggest disappointment was the pancakes. They were dense, had noticeable lumps in the batter, and were nowhere near as light and fluffy as good pancakes should be. The syrup also didn't taste like real maple syrup, which was surprising considering how expensive everything is. Speaking of prices, Café Bastille is seriously overpriced for what it delivers. The restaurant also wasn't cool enough inside--the air conditioning struggled to keep the space comfortable, which made the meal less enjoyable. The one bright spot was the service. Our server was friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job throughout the meal. One more thing that is becoming increasingly frustrating in Miami: the bill already included a mandatory 20% gratuity. While I always tip for good service, automatically adding 20% regardless of the experience feels excessive. This trend is getting out of control and takes away the customer's ability to reward service based on merit. Overall, this feels like a place designed more for tourists than for locals. Nice presentation and good marketing, but the food simply doesn't justify the prices. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back.
