My wife and I decided to stop by yesterday after seeing the food trailer in our area over the past few months. After seeing the menu I decided to order the Tri-Tip sandwich and for sides we ordered mac and cheese, bbq baked beans and fries. Pros: The taste of the tri-tip and the bbq sauce they use is excellent. Would have to say that it is up there with some of the better bbq I have had. The mac and cheese and beans were on point. Very well seasoned and just had a good taste. Cons: Fries were very under cooked and I had to put them in the air fryer when I got home. Along the lines of the fries, I had to heat up all my food when I got home. We only live a few blocks from where the trailer was set up so the food should not have been that cold by the time we got home. I would have to say that the portion sizes were a bit small for what we payed. Overall I would say give this food truck/trailer a try. Hopefully you will get food that is a bit warmer then we received. read more

These guys are awesome! We were looking at new model homes and they gave us tickets to the food truck across the street. The food truck we needed wasn't there and these guys were pretty much packed up and ready to go but asked if we were there for food. we said I don't know it's okay if you guys are done the boss came out said he make some decisions and if you want food we got you. he cooked me my wife brother and friend up some food, which was delicious by the way, and even serviced one other couple after us before closing and heading out for the day. We stopped to enjoy some of their food after driving by the food truck near our home several times. People on a local page were raving about how great their food was. We weren't impressed. This is the first time I've tried Da Big Show BBQ. I really try to support local food trucks as you know the people working it are typically the owners. They are the ultimate small business. I bought the three meat plate with pulled pork, tri tip and brisket. Got the coleslaw and baked beans for sides. Coleslaw has a light sauce which is perfect for me. Not too sweet not too peppery just perfect. Baked beans are also good I would give them a 7 out of 10. All three meats were tender and tasty. The brisket was a little fatty for my taste, but the pulled pork and tri tip were fine. I thought the portions were a little light for $17 however I would rather give them $17 then the corporate chain restaurant at the mall. Be prepared to wait a little bit for your food. Took about 30 minutes to get it after I ordered. Not horrible but a little long for a food truck. read more

Was super excited to see this catering truck in my hood (Temecula) today... got half rack ribs, brisket sandwich, Mac n cheese. I gotta day this the freakin WORST BBQ I ever had in my life. We ordered our slow cooked ham and cranberry sauce from here for Thanksgiving! The ham was the best I have ever tasted, could taste the smoke from the slow cook! The ham came glazed and everything was baked nicely. We usually order our ham from honey baked, but Da Big Show BBQ will be our new spot! I got the plate that comes with tri tip & pulled pork & two sides. My sides were baked beans and mac and cheese. Everything was good besides the mac and cheese. It was extremely dry, honestly the worst mac and cheese i've ever had. That definitely needs some improvement. read more

We passed by this bbq truck on our way back from getting our wine slushees. They were parked in French valley & a lot of people were pulling up. We didn't have a Mother's Day meal planned so we have them a try. Food was decent but they do run out of certain things. The only thing I didn't like about my meal was the Mac & cheese...very dry. Absolutely delicious! I really can't say enough good stuff about this place. We visited the food truck and got the Jerk Chicken Fries, pork ribs, Mac n cheese, banana pudding and peach cobbler. The jerk chicken fries had an amazing flavor that I couldn't put my finger on. It is not run-of-the-mill bbq flavor: unique and good. The ribs, outstanding! The Mac n cheese has a deep cheddar flavor, almost smoky. The banana pudding was really good, but the cobbler.....GET OUT OF HERE! I will be ordering this for the holidays and family get togethers.
