Pros: Friendly front desk staff, always say hello and goodbye for the most part. Everyone who works out there is cool and polite Bathrooms are taken care of (I'm there early morning) TV's work Fireman are usually there and are cool Cons: Equipment is need of maintenance, a lot of it Elliptical machines upstairs are mostly unbalanced. Some have parts falling off. As of this morning only three of the eight work properly because the rest are off balance. Treadmill mats are loose. Injury waiting to happen Cable machines in front of the pool are mostly non-functional. A few are missing handles and have sharp edges. They have no notices on them that they are broken so you get to look real cool going from one to the other seeing if they work. They are proud of the new paint being done, which is great, but I can't believe the lack of maintenance. It's been months now. The clock doesn't even work. I hate to say this, but given the reviews in neighboring cities, this tracks.

There is no scale on the gym floor so you can't weigh yourself at all. Apparently it's been sent to corporate but it's obvious they don't care. Seems like a simple fix. Urinals Are so low that piss splashes everywhere no matter what. If you have sandals on, your feet "will" get wet. Steam room never get sanitized. Same pubic hair stuck to the wall for weeks. Not saying gold's was much better but if you're rebranding, you would think they would try to do better. That's corporate America for you.

He was professional, approachable, and took the time to clearly walk me through everything without making it feel overwhelming. What stood out the most was how easy he made the whole experience, he answered all my questions, stayed patient, and made sure I felt confident with my decision. That kind of service really sets the tone for new members. Mike is definitely an asset to the team and represents the gym very well. Appreciate the great experience.

Anthony wasn't just a coach -- he built athletes. He mentored, developed, and inspired students like me to grow beyond what we thought was possible. The Jiu-Jitsu program had identity, structure, and leadership. Recently, Coach Mikey Alcantar has been a great addition. He's skilled, motivating, and brings high-level instruction to the mats. The students genuinely respect him However, it's frustrating to see the gym consistently fail to retain quality Jiu-Jitsu coaches. Strong leadership keeps a program alive, and the instability has affected the community. On top of that, the Jiu-Jitsu class schedule is limited and not flexible enough for working adults. Serious students need consistent training opportunities. Because of poor coach retention and restricted class times, many dedicated students have felt forced to leave and train elsewhere. The gym has potential -- but without stable coaching and better scheduling, it's difficult for the Jiu-Jitsu program to thrive long term.

Personally don't care how interactive they are as long as I can get help when I need. Whenever I have had questions everyone has been happy to help! Now for the bad. Like many others, I am so disappointed by how long the pool and sauna have been down. It's been since around June I think with no end in sight. There is not communication on it. I also wish the restrooms were cleaner. Additionally, I wish the big bag rule was actually enforced.

Where is our compensation for our amenities being taken away. The main reason we are leaving though is the lack of customer service and the poor quality of leadership at this gym. They hire these young girls with no experience with kids to watch kids in their kids club. When they are on their phone and not paying attention to the kids of course things will go wrong. They have a complaint every single day about my twin 5 year olds and 8 year old daughter. Constantly threatening to ban my kids from kids club. Nora the manager of this location aid it all starts with the lack of structure and good parenting at home. My family does not need nor deserve that level of disrespect. Do not ever basically call people bad parents! One of my 5 year old boys said they don't want to be there and the girl watching them told him it's fine we do not want you here. This gym has taken a turn for the worst under Nora's rule. It is sad that after 8 years that we need to find another gym. My kids are fine at any other location, but our home gym they are forcing us out. My kids can't yell, can't run, can't play tag, can't do anything with them writing up a complaint on our file.

I've been a member since 2023. If you're reading OTF reviews you're probably considering joining…read moreand contemplating various fitness formats/gyms etc. You've probably viewed some YouTube videos on how the classes work but essentially at this location you have the following formats - 2G, 3G, Tread 50, Strength 50, and I believe like a lot of OTFs trialing Hyrox format. How it works is you sign up for class on their app. Show up. Eat a bunch of free mints. select a station # on the treadmill or rower (2G) or treadmill or rower or weight floor (3G). If you're in a 2G class you're on treadmill for 23 minutes and weights 23 minutes. If you're in a 3G class you're on treadmill for 14 mins, rower 14 mins, and weights 14 mins. Tread 50 you're on the treadmill whole class (approx 40 mins) Strength 50 you're on the weight floor (approx 40 mins) the whole class. The coaches are there to direct the flow and keep you motivated throughout. Everything is tailored to your abilities and injuries. You can walk, jog, run, haul ass on the treadmills. It is a workout for all ages and abilities. Everyone is kind and welcoming from the members to the coaches. I think the most difficult thing will be taking the first step to give it a shot and then to come back. But if you're reading this then you've made the first step in wanting to change some aspect of your life. Now what you need to do is take the free intro class to get a sense of the place. But 1 class is unlikely to give you the full picture of what OTF can become for you. You need to come back and take those baby steps towards changing your habits. It's never easy starting a new thing. But you need to just show up. Even if you just walk on the treadmills or row casually or do body weight training - just show up. Commit to it. Give it a month before you decide. That's the hardest part. Stop making excuses or pushing it off. You have 1 body and 1 life to live so make it the best life. Ignore the naysayers the negativity and take a step towards change. Don't live with regrets and don't let life pass you by. Shout out to the very sweet, kind, and most important fun OTF crew: Hitch,Rocco, Sarah, Meg, Ray, Hannah, Tiffany, Sareena, Carson, Dakota, Alyssa, Alexa, Kamila,Savanah, Jake, Maddy. Most importantly don't forget to eat the free mints.

The coaches here are extremely well-trained, but what truly sets them apart is that you're not just paying for a basic 1-on-1 workout session -- you're investing in their knowledge, experience, and genuine care for your progress. They take the time to understand what you want to achieve and constantly keep an eye on your goals. My personal focus was losing body fat while gaining muscle, and the results went far beyond what I expected. Not only did my physical body transform, but my mental health improved significantly as well. I felt stronger, more confident, and more disciplined -- both inside and outside the gym. Joey, in particular, takes incredible pride in his gym and truly cares about his clients. You can feel that this place is built on passion, not just business. Every detail reflects that -- from the environment to the way the coaches check in with you and push you in the right way. I've been active my entire life through sports and traditional gyms, and I can confidently say this experience is completely different. It's more intentional, more personal, and far more effective than anything I've done before. If you're on the fence, trust my words -- sign up and give it a try. It might be the best investment you make in yourself.
