This food truck is in a parking lot with some more food trucks and even a Barbershop truck! There were a few people waiting for their food when I got there. I ordered the #1 two pieces of chicken with rice and beans and #3 two pieces of chicken with 2 tacos- I chose carnitas. The lady who took my order was very friendly! It took about 10 minutes for my food. The chicken and tacos are both delicious. I forgot to ask for tortillas with my chicken so don't forget that if you are wanting tortillas. The rice and beans went well with the chicken. The spicy salsa wasn't spicy enough for me, maybe they had another option...a secret sauce for the people who look like they can handle it? The beans are pretty spicy as i had expected from reading the other reviews but the tacos and quesadillas is sooo bomb! How can just a plain cheese quesadilla be so special? I have no idea but it tasted sooo good! And the corn tortillas man they are perfect! I got a chicken, pork, and beef taco (3 taco plate) just to get a taste of each and the chicken is my favorite! My only complaint about these guys, are they are too far away from my house!!!! I found them on accident while driving by. I order combo plates which came with Tacos, Grilled Chicken, Burrito and side items. The family cooking are Mexican. The food is authentic, and delicious! Cannot give them a 5 star, however, after living in San Diego and Texas. But they are very good. The burrito was a Monster! I could not eat it all, for sure. The chicken was juicy and tasty! Cinco de Mayo last year was friends coming over for a taco bar and watching the latest Game of Thrones Season 8, Episode 5 (when Missandei and the dragon Rhaegal died). Cinco de Mayo during the COVID-19 pandemic this year was basically Yelp around for a place to get some take-out street tacos and eat them at home with no social gathering whatsoever. Finally settled on sending the husband out to Da Mexican Huli Huli in Barber's Point. He said he found their truck by "the ziplining place". He said it was quick to order, but it took 10 minutes to get the #5 - 3 Taco Plate. He brought it home, I took a pic and added it to my Instagram story (can't you tell by the stickers in the pic?) and enjoyed some yummy bites of some street tacos, rice, and refried beans when all of a sudden my mouth started burning with hot fire! Thank goodness I had milk in the house to cool the heat. I wasn't sure if I bit into a jalapeno or what. I did read beforehand some Yelp reviews that their refried beans were spicy, but I didn't feel the burn until after I had put more salsa on the taco. I even strained out the salsa to remove the jalapeno seeds if that was the culprit. Even though it wasn't a pleasant experience to have a scorched tongue, I still enjoyed the food (I must be a baby masochist or something). Next time, I might just ask to leave out whatever is spicy from the plate. read more

I went multiple times and i got a 2 pc chicken 2 tacos (asada and puerco adobada) I tried the chicken and adobada burrito. And they were great (the chicken is really juicy and just fantastic) As a person who was born and raised in mexico I would have preferred if the salsa and beans to be spicier. First time here ordered burrito plate for my wife and 2pc chicken and 2 taco plate for myself . Honestly this place was pretty good and the price was right 2 plates and a soda for about $20.50. Chicken was flavorful Mexican style grilled chicken I remember from the mainland, glad I can get it here now. I didn't think the beans were spicy at all just a tad kick but... As a Mexican (grew up in Mexico also) I was very pleased with the food. I ordered carnitas burrito and Beef burrito, let me just say that these carnitas are by far the best ones I have in the entire island! The beef wasn't dry and it was very tasty. One thing I wasn't a big fan of was the rice but it tasted good. Beens were great too, spicy but thats how refry beens are usually. I will be back for more of this. So glad I found this gem.
