Absolute waste of time. The phone conversation to set up an appointment was invasive. Non essential questions were asked, who lives in the home, how many people, whats the relation, what are thier names, they must be home for the estimate. Two people showed up for the estimate and took up 2hrs of my time, would have taken more if I hadn't have stopped them. They showed up unprepared, no ladder in hand. Asked if there was one in the house they could use. The person providing the quote was very early to share they were a window guy and not a roof guy. We were given a quote on chicken scratch paper for 67k with an aggressive 18 year old asking us what our credit score was for financing. There was no follow up after the estimate and we never received a formal, professional quote by email. Thanks for nothing. read more

I called and scheduled an in person consultation. I told the representative on the phone that I only had 45 minutes. She said it would be fine. I spent 45 minutes with the sales rep. He was trying to push window upgrade even though I called for a siding quote. He asked to use my bathroom and asked about my husband more times than inquiring about my house. I explained he was in the house working. He's extremely busy and handle first quotes. He said he wanted to show me the material so I asked to see it but he said he didn't have anything with him. He wanted to schedule a follow-up in person meeting. I told him I'm 8 months pregnant and have a 14 month old daughter. Scheduling a second in person meeting because he forgot to bring his supplies is outrageous. I offer to do a zoom meeting to review anything he wants to discussed but he disregarded my offer. He wanted to come back and sit in my kitchen. This process is difficult enough. I don't need sales reps forcing their process on me. I'd like a quote but if they can't be flexible and accommodating, it's not the company for me. read more

Employees go door to door, which is very annoying. One of their red-headed employees threw his glass drink down and the glass shattered. That is dangerous for wildlife and pets, and means someone has to clean up after his mess. That is the level of professionalism you can expect...do you want someone like that in your house? My advice to them is to improve their business, not scam people, be honest, and stop pestering people in their homes. Most importantly, don't hire people who would throw glassware onto the street. I didn't need a nearly 2 hour presentation but I guess I asked for it.. lesson learned. the company claims to be local but the main office is in Texas. i did some research and found some things I don't agree with surrounding the CEO. the company is high pressure and uses dated tactic. we won't be getting our roof from them. read more

Windows were supposed to be installed 3 weeks ago and there has been no response to emails requesting an update. The high-pressure sales team leader does not respond to emails. Looks like they aren't very interested in having this customer be satisfied. On a rescheduled installation date they called in the morning and cancelled because parts were missing, even though the windows had been available for 2 weeks and no one apparently checked. Very disappointing because it interferes with other plans, including travel. read more

The one star is for your door to door sales person ignoring 2 No Trespassing signs and a sign on the door just above the door bell they rang , that states No Trespassing, sales , politics or religion... but rang the doorbell anyway, interrupted my dinner and after I pointed out the signs still tried to sell me !!!! Ridiculous .. teach your sales people to ignore signs and they could get shot !!!! read more

Stay away from this company! Their website says they have a 4.7/5.0 rating. Yelp shows it more like 2.5/5.0. Despite multiple reviews below complaining of disregard for no trespassing/no solicitations they continue to do just that. We had to tell some Dabella sales guy to leave the neighborhood and he blew us off and continued to knock on doors. Dabella owner Xavier responds for years (see below) that they are working to fix this issue and of course they are not - this is their business model. tl;dr: company uses high pressure sales tactics and offers discounts for reviews. Spoke with DaBella over text about whether they could replace a sliding glass door and a window. They sent someone out in two days. Once they sent a sales agent out, I was informed that they do not do doors and specialize in windows. Like other reviewers noted, they use high pressure sales tactics. Every one of the windows in my house had something wrong, one had mold which which "is deadly," a few double paned windows were leaking, and all of them were blocking no more than 7% of outside weather. I figured I should get an estimate so they never had to come back. It took me about an hour, with a window demo, measurements, and a slideshow. I had to kick the guy out in the end. Once I got the quote, they ended up knocking down the price by 15% if I would sign that day only. Finally, they stated that they "don't buy reviews" then 10 minutes later offered a discount for a review. I won't be going with DaBella. Their windows are nice, but their sales tactics are slimy, I don't trust their evaluation of my existing windows, and I don't trust these reviews. I recommend looking at the difference between Google and Yelp reviews. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! After being assured that they were a 5star company and seeing the reviews that yelp has on them I'm not surprised They replaced my roof stating they would only need 2-3 sheets of plywood on my roof. During the installation they proceeded to replace all of the roof with new plywood without my permission (at 350$ per sheet). I attempted to contact the person in charge of my install but they were out of the office for 3 days and no one else could answer the questions K had....They then attempted to extort me after the roof was complete for an additional 5k on top of the agreed upon price, for the wood I never authorized to be placed on my home. After backing down from the attempted extortion they still haven't sent me a bill... I'm not sure how to reach them as they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I can now only hope that their incompetence won't negatively effect my credit score. I never leave yelp reviews but I can only hope that someone will save their time and hard earned money and buy a new roof from a company that deserves it. read more

A negative 5 stars would be an appropriate rating. Such a frustrating experience with this company. Ordered a large window and sliding glass door. Several months later they finally are ready to install but it's a different company. Ok no big deal. Installers show up, windows did not include the proper kit so couldn't be installed. It was difficult to discuss the issue as installers spoke no English. They had to put me on the phone with someone else. They decided to do the sliding glass door but realized after they tore my old one out, that it was the wrong door and opened the wrong way. Not acceptable since it really can only work the one way. But the old door was damaged during removal so now I'm stuck with a door that opens into a steep porch and is dangerous. They said everything would be fixed but months later and nothing. Then they call and say they are ready to install the window finally and I ask about the door and they know nothing about that. I told them to just cancel everything and they want to collect on the work done which I already paid more than enough for with the down payment....for a door that is backwards and worse than what we already had. They are bad, don't return calls or emails. Local number goes to Texas, Texas asks for email of images to forward to local office. No reply. I gave up. It is just listen to to their ads and end up at a call center which will forward. Flashing has gap, the pieces are not touching just cement. Some of the trim isn't Hardyboard. Easy to spot the the sections that have molded after five months. Looks like they used interior pre-primed a couple exterior pieces. The trim around exterior outlets is offset. Have to cut and fill, correct size holes just not centered. Installer claimed there would be a refund issued for five sheets of sheathing they took back, haven't seen a refund or a response. read more

I made an appointment to have someone come out to bid for a bathroom remodel. They said they would be at my condo at 6pm yesterday. They never showed. I waited an hour and I didn't even get a call back saying they couldn't make it. I had a very long commute to get from my apartment to this condo all for nothing. I called the phone number that the contractor used to schedule my appointment and it said it was disconnected! Do not use these people as they are completely unreliable. read more

I called to cancel my order the day after I signed a contract for 10 windows installed. The woman in the office said okay. I left a similar message on the phone of the salesman. He didnt call me back. A few days later I learned theyd gone ahead and cashed my check. I asked for a refund and for a copy of the contract, which they never sent me. A few days after that I got a call from a DaBella rep suggesting I was making things up and broken recording me saying I could either go ahead with the install or forfeit the down payment. Intrigued by an ad for something called BathWraps that I received in the mail, I filled out their online form, curious what their quote would be for replacing the surround on our tub, maybe sometime this summer. Less than five minutes later, I got a very pushy sales call from this company, Dabella, trying to set up an in-home consultation ASAP. I told the lady no thank you, that we did not want anyone to come to our house at this time, and that it had just been a casual inquiry. Dabella has repeatedly continued to text and call me over the last two days, leaving multiple voice mails! Do not contact this company - don't even give them an opening. The representatives that came out were very professional & knowledgeable. The inspection was complete with excellent photos. My review is not about them but about sales technique they use. if you've ever been to a Timeshare presentation then you'll understand what I mean. After the inspection they came in and began an in depth discussion about our roof & their company. They eventually provided us with a price that I felt was very high. When I told them I'd think about it, they got on the phone & were given permission to lower the price. I again reiterated that I'd like to think about it & again they were back on the phone getting another lower price. this happened a 3rd time & by the end they'd lowered the original quote by over $10,000. I thanked them & they left but they advised me the special pricing was subject limited roofing shingles. Then 2 days later I received a phone call advising me the Big Boss would be in my area & had yet another better price to offer. I advised the caller that I was getting another quote but was told "he'll only be in your area today". I found this type of selling very dishonest. as I said, it's like a Timeshare deal or buying a new car where the salesman leaves to talk to his boss & returns with a better price. Because of this I won't be using them. Had they just given me their best price, up front, I might have said yes. read more

Lora and Tanya were transparent, kind and super professional from start to finish. Liked the US made origin of what seems like a beautiful, low maintenance product. We are so unhappy with the company at this time. We ordered a new shower (including doors and shelves) last July and accepted the fact that due to the times, it would not arrive until October. October came and went - no shower. It was finally installed on December 18, without any doors and only half the shelves. The doors finally showed up on February 10 and we were still waiting for the additional shelves we paid for. Getting the project completed was complicated by confusion over the color of the additional shelves. We had assumed they would match the color of the shelves already installed, but alas, it was not meant to be. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a "one day" bathroom makeover as our make-over took almost 10 months. read more

I originally wanted to get a window replacement quote from DaBella. When I was filling out my information, I came to find out that they also did roofing and requested to also have a leaky roof leak quote. Craig Brooks came to our house and inspected the roof, windows, gutters, and attic space. He was able to explain thoroughly how our roof and windows affected each other. DaBella's price was very competitive and reasonable, with a payment plan within our budget. The best part is their great service warranty, with company/manufacturer trained installers, and "care for families and their homes" motto. I'm looking forward to our new roof and windows installed.
