Excellent food at a great price. Not fancy, but a great lunch stop. We enjoyed the chicken with rice and pork dishes.

Visiting the area from Los Angeles for business so I really wanted a diner for a dinner option. My…read moreserver was very polite and the free parking lot in back was easy but it was not my favorite diner experience of the year. Inside is fairly small but the tables are large and can host groups up to six per table. They do have a giant menu filled with all sorts of options, some of them are pretty crazy, especially the influencer section of the menu. I started off with a cup of the chili and wasn't a huge fan of it. It tasted more like the Cincinnati chili and had a large amount of oil. For my entrée, I chose the cheesesteak and was hoping it was going to be like a traditional Philly style, but it wasn't quite. I liked it more than the chili but still made me wish that I ordered a tuna melt or something else. I would give it a try again on a future visit but would want to try it again before I recommend.

Today was the first time we've eaten here in years. We were seated immediately but we waited more than 40 minutes for the food to come. We watched people leave because they could not wait for their food any longer. At first, I thought a chef must have called out. When our food finally came, I was forced to look at the most unappealing home fries that were molded to the plastic container they were stored in. At least try to make them look fresh bru. And the whole restaurant was cold. I was cold. The food was cold. This place should be called COLD Street Diner, am I right? And the coffee refill came like once. In the whole hour and a half we were there. The only times someone would walk by was to clear a table, or that guy idk who he is idk if he's the owner but he was wearing balenciaga sweatpants and then he would just go stand by the register to sip on some wine. My mother ordered the huevos rancheros and they were bland asl. I ordered the birria omelette and it was BLAND EVERYTHING WAS BLAND!!! The birria was just wet it didn't taste like anything bro. We haven't been to the Norwalk location but a lady sitting next to us noticed that we weren't happy with our food and she was speculating that all the good cooks got transferred there. Whether it's the cooks to blame, or the fact that it's a busy Saturday, it's safe to say we will not be coming back.

Sorry that this review was sitting in my drafts since December!…read more Came here after work for happy hour. At first I got a little anxious because the bar was so busy, and loud. what stood out most was the service from Jenna, who was honestly a great bartender and really made the night feel welcoming. I wish I could say the same for the other bartender I saw, who came off a bit uncourteous to a man who accidentally spilled his shot. I tried a couple of their happy hour bites. The pineapple chili wings were juicy, flavorful, and good. On the other hand, my friend's garlic parm was kind of dry and flat in flavor, which was disappointing. Drinks were okay, but mine felt a bit weak on the alcohol side, especially for the price. Overall, it felt a little overpriced for what we got. Good for a night out and social energy, but a bit inconsistent depending on what you order and who's working.

I'm still sitting here wondering if my server walked out on the job? 2 hours in only checked on once. The food was very standard, oysters and Brussels sprouts were good. Pizza reminded me of my middle school lunch and the fish tacos tasted... fishy. Sad hour, not happy hour this go around

All of the appetizers we ordered as a small party of 6, we were able to still share and kept us full enough before our entrees arrived. The entrees were just as yummy to eat. As for the round of desserts, I thoroughly enjoyed their chocolate cake and ice cream. The one comment I will add is that the staff could be a lot friendlier, upon arrival and leaving, with little to no interaction nor greeting (especially from the gentleman who was wearing a grey suit; unsure if he was just working the door area for reservations and seating/manager?). Our waiter was the sweetest young man, being extremely patience towards us taking time to order but also knowledgeable with the menu whenever we'd ask questions.

Divina has a nice rich look and feel to it. Too bad the music playing was so loud that it made it hard to hear the server or each other seated next to each other. Our server did ask that it be turned down a few times - to no avail. We had the broccolini and tuna crudo and the egg plant parmigiana with a glass of wine each. It was very good. Total was about $100 plus tip.

Once we were seated the waiter arrived asking about drinks which we declined in favor of bottled water, i ordered coffee as well and was offered 1 whole cup. Nobody came around for refill the rest of the meal We each ordered an appetizer and a main, both of our mains featuring 2sunny side up. 15 -20 minutes later BOTH entrees and my appetizer arrive WTF? After that our server just seemed to disappear. My daughter had hangar steak & eggs. I had the pork carnitas and eggs. Both our order's eggs were ordered sunny side up. Typically it's the yolks that are runny but both of our orders had runny whites as well. All this time we waited on the other appetizer to arrive. For a place that was not very busy the service was galactically awful. The food was passable but not great. The banana bread appetizer arrived as the busboy came to take our entree dishes. And that was after 2 reminders to our waiter (both appetizers were taken to go). Whoever is running this place (nobody game by asking how our meal was) should be embarrassed. When i spoke with our waiter about the abysmal service he passed it off on the busboy! There is no sense of teamwork nor pride in doing a good job. Sad.
