He arrived on time, needed nothing more than a spigot, and got straight to work, detailing my F150 inside-and-out, bumper-to-bumper--even with less-than-ideal weather. This truck has been through it all--coastal road trips, family vacations (with animals), and nearly a decade of use with minimal TLC. Finally, the stars aligned for a professional detail, but what Rayane delivered went beyond expectations. His meticulous work erased years of wear and neglect. Honestly, my truck hasn't looked this good since I bought it in 2016--maybe even better. After over five hours of detailing, he apologized for the raindrops that fell after he was done. Yes, he apologized for the rain. Rayane takes this seriously. This isn't just "cleaning a vehicle really well." This is detailing in every sense of the word. Absolutely incredible work. We had some…read moreback and forth about getting my wife's car detailed for her birthday and after finally sending some pictures to him of her car, he gave me a call to go over the details about what services he could provide and to get me an initial quote. He also asked if we'd like to schedule a date/time, which we did. He mentioned "after 1pm" when I asked what time would be good on the day of, to which I said "great!". Well, the day arrived, and 1pm came and went. 2 pm came...and went....2:45 I send him a text thinking maybe his previous job is running long, not a big deal as we're not busy....and I don't hear anything. 3pm comes and goes. 4pm arrives and I decide to call him. Blaine picks up and when I mention we had an appointment he said he "doesn't remember booking anything out that far", but that he could "check his messages". He also mentioned he was working on another car at the moment and could try to come by afterwards, or that he could try Sunday or Monday (our appointment was on Saturday). I told him to forget about it and that we won't be using his services. If he can so easily forget an appointment with a client, and act so unworried that it was missed, that kind of insouciant attitude can easily be projected onto the work he would've provided. This is the epitome of unprofessional and I would in no way recommended Blaine for his detailing services.

I'm not sure they will ever fully come out! I'd recommend him for that. However he was 1 hour late from the planned time. I didn't think the planned Time was enough, so I also asked him if he wanted to come earlier than scheduled since my wife needed the car at 1pm and he said no. I'm sure that's why the jobs wasn't fully completed. At $240 I would expect the job to be done perfect. What I got was the job of stain removing done really well and dirt still left in other parts of the car. He didn't have enough time. I left him a $20 tip. He worked very hard while he was there. I'm sure he would do better and worth the money spent if he had more time.

On the day of the rescheduled appointment I got a call saying that they had scheduling issues and could they come at a different time. Finally, at the later time the person showed up 40 minutes late. Then they asked me to move my car to the end of the block, out of my view, because "the hoses won't reach." At that point I cancelled the entire effort. Too many rescheduling issues, plus it seems shady to ask me to move my car out of my sight just because they chose to park at the end of the block.

He texted this summer asking if we had any work for him, as he was running a special. We had him detail two of cars, and they were both very mediocre jobs. He also let me know he had been training to do contractor/handyman types of jobs, specializing I think in electrical work. We hired him (and paid him!) to put in a door, and he had no idea what he was doing. The door wasn't sealed, the lock was stuck and the window wouldn't open. He was also supposed to do several other things (hard wire a new light fixture, put up our Ring, and put up at blind on our front porch). All of it was included in the price...or "thrown in". Well after he "put in" our door after watching YouTube videos on how to do it, when I went to look at it, I told him it looked problematic, and he rushed off, telling me he had to get somewhere. He left all of his stuff even, he was in such a hurry. Well, I texted a few days later, telling him of the door issues, and that we needed the rest of the work done, and he would not reply, and then eventually after harrassing him, he would reply with lie after lie about how busy he was, family in town, had stuff going on, etc. He finally said "do you want me to refund you or come back and fix it all?", and I said we wanted our money back. He said he'd venmo it right away; of course that didn't happen. I sent him a few Venmo requests to remind him, never heard again. Total rip off, scammer, dishonest. So sad.

My truck was not that dirty. And for the bed I just wanted it sprayed out. I was here when they arrived. I showed them the truck. They confirmed that it wasn't that dirty. I removed my sub woofer. I asked them to please wipe it down. Also I told them that my trip permit in the back window was expired and to please remove it. I left. When I got home 2-1/2 hours later they were already gone. Seemed awfully quick. I walked around my truck. Omg! Terrible detail job. Lots and lots of missed spots. Dirt and gravel still in my bed. Never touched my sub. Trip permit was still in the window. Windshield liked like crap. My 9 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. I was giving the truck to my son in law. I was embarrassed. So I spent the next 3 hours finishing the detail. Not something that I wanted to be doing. Then, I received my bill via email. $450!!! Huh?!!! I called the owner. I told them about the bad job. Sent him pictures. And I asked why on earth is it $450? This job is worth maybe $100! And he quoted me $275. He offered to come "finish the job". I told him to not bother. I finished it myself. And I sent him the $275. If you need a good detail, either keep looking or have my 9 year old come do it. This was 6 months ago. Hopefully they have improved. They just sent me an email.
