There was some debate over what was causing it, so he took pictures and drone video, and this weekend when it rains we're going to keep an eye on it to see if we can avoid roof repairs (we're all pretty sure it's not a roof leak, but just to cover all bases). He's genuinely going out of his way to make sure to keep this as affordable as possible. Instead of completing the job, they rushed to file a lien against my property. As a single mother, I felt I was treated very differently than I should have been. Rather than working with me to resolve a small punch list after a major project, they chose intimidation. What made it even more uncomfortable was that one of their employees stood outside my home commenting on how nice my house and neighborhood were and saying he wished he could afford something like it. Given everything that followed, it left me feeling that there was resentment toward me instead of a genuine effort to finish the work professionally. I spent over $25,000 expecting quality work and respectful customer service. Instead, I was left with unfinished work, a lien, and one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I would never recommend this company.

Pull-up bar assessment: While ultimately we did not install the pull-up bar, John's comprehensive analysis, infrastructure review, and counsel was the principal output. John understood the proposed project and took immediate action to understand the infrastructure before providing us an adroit assessment. It is a practice that is indicative of a quality practitioner is his field. Perfect. Project 2: Crown molding repair: We purchases this residence a few months ago. A piece of the crown molding within one of the rooms magically decided to fall from the ceiling one day. You can imagine how pleasant that was. John knew immediately what to do how to do it. The crown molding is now repaired better than preexisting. Project 3: Refrigerator Handles: With a custom refrigerator and decorative handles, it wasn't your average appliance repair. The veneer panel and associated brackets needed to be delicately removed to facilitate the necessary repair. John was excellent in this project. Not only does he have the experience repairing high-end kitchens, but possesses a skillful eye for craftsmanship and detail. According to John, he has been frequently complimented in the past for his attention to detail and application; I believe it. Overall this was a great success, we will certainly be using John again. I contacted the company, had someone from sales come over, took measurements, and quoted me an estimate. The sales person remembered my neighbors and gave me a referral discount. The door was custom made and since High End is a small company with only 2 guys doing the installation, it did take a while to schedule an appointment and have them come out and install the door. The guys were great. The door frame was removed and replaced and the door properly installed. I purchased the peep hole and door handle with lock myself. The team installed it for me. Inspection passed. I am a happy customer. I love the new door.
