I had to literally wash it with water and rags in the parking lot after the wash. The assistant manager said I may have to go thru several times because management had reduced the soap and cleaners to safe money and they were no longer providing the wheel shine even though it is supposed to be part of the package. So you pay for premium wash and get what - half a wash?? I have tried it several times since and for the same results and hear the same sad stories from the stafff Cancelled my monthly subscription. (I had to add about $1.50 more...) The next step was a high pressure wash and after a good scrubbing with the brush and a $2.00 rinse and I was done. The pressure held up good, as did the soap and prewash spray. If I need a good DIY wash job, I will use this business again.
