I was rudely turned away and told by an employee: "We don't do that anymore!" And pointed in the direction off the premises. I told my family and my partner the ordeal. However I knew what I wanted and to be honest, the monthly service is actually a good value for what you are getting so some more stars added to the rating. The wash was very nicely done and for what I paid for I was very happy to receive. It was also a surprise to see two gentlemen at the end of the wash hand drying my car instead of just leaving it to the air machine. They even had hand held air sprayers to get the water from behind the door mirrors. My only negative thing is exiting is a bit complicated because the lot is designed very poorly. When you exit the wash you have to turn left to the vacuum cleaners. However that becomes a two way road and it is congested. If you just want to leave you have to make a very sharp hairpin right turn and that is difficult to do. So five stars for a great wash at a good value but minus one star for terrible traffic flow leaving an overall rating of four out of five.

When I go out anywhere I like to have my car clean, and I always stop here, for several reasons. This car wash is always clean. Never had an issue with it being out of anything, unlike several others that have run out of soap, or worse, the spot free rinse isn't working. This one is always 100 percent! Also, the water pressure is excellent!!! I'll also mention that some other car washes weren't built with much thought as the sun shines directly into the bays, who wants that while you're washing your car? This one doesn't have that issue! Lastly, it is one of the least expensive car washes too!!! So if you're someone that cares about their vehicle and need to come to a car wash where you wash it yourself, definitely this is the place!!!!
