    Tuna sandwich without tomato

Absolutely delicious tuna sandwich and amazing assortment of donuts. The juices are great and fresh too!

A very hard and stale chocolate old fashioned. $1.10.

A very stale 3 stars. One of my donuts, a chocolate twist was pretty good. Nothing extraordinary but good for the $1.10 price which is 40 cents less than most places are charging for a donut these days. The other donut I had was the chocolate old fashioned. Old fashioned was the perfect thing to call it because it must have been sitting there for a day or two. It was a hard and dry donut. Dunking in in coffee couldn't even bring any softness back to it. I've had biscotti that were softer. I don't like to write negative reviews during COVID because any place open is barely hanging in there. Still, donuts are a treat, and people work hard for their money. You should provide a decent donut. Mark the stale donuts half price, or better yet, don't sell stale donuts at all. People will come back for fresh donuts, but not for stale donuts. The person who helped me was friendly. They also sell drinks and sandwiches. Parking is easy.

Butterfly crumble doughnut $2.25 - worth it.

couldn't really understand the man's heavy accent but this place was open during my doughnut craving on my drive home at 9:15pm. we got: 1. 12 doughnut holes ($1.25) - good, basic 2. a butterfly crunch thing ($1.25) - tasted like cinnamon buns without the icing :) this was huge and pulled apart into 4 little rolls, see pic 3. 1 glazed old fashion doughnut ($0.75) - not too sweet, great texture, made me happy they have all the basic doughnuts, nothing super fancy, doughnuts were tasty and surprisingly not stale at all this late at night

#28 with veggies for extra $1

thai tea smoothie hits the spots tho. and open late night.. It's really a guilty pleasure at night time.

I am not a huge fan of donuts usually but once in a while I get a craving and my daughters will also ask me from time to time.

This location on Wilshire Blvd in Koreatown is the smallest of the three I've visited, with under 10 seats available. It's a compact shop, and most customers opt for takeout. It's a narrow shop, and most customers take their orders to-go. I've previously enjoyed the La Paradiso and La Toscana, with the La Paradiso being my personal favorite. For our first visit with our son, we asked the staff for recommendations, and they suggested either the Venice Beach (Turkey) or the New Yorker (Roast Beef). The staff was incredibly generous, offering a roast beef sample, which our son loved! We also appreciated them providing ice and straws for our water. We ordered the New Yorker ($19.00) with roast beef, porcini cream, tomato, and arugula. The sandwich was thoughtfully cut in half, perfect for sharing. The schiacciata bread boasts a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior, which beautifully complements the meats and cheeses. We opted to substitute the porcini cream for mozzarella, which was sliced into perfect bite-sized pieces and tasted incredibly fresh. The roast beef was thinly sliced and tender, the tomatoes were fresh and sliced to perfection, and the arugula added a delightful peppery crunch. It's a well-balanced sandwich and one of the best in LA. We would definitely order it again. A big thank you to the female staff member who expertly cut the meat and offered samples, assisting us in making the perfect choice for my son's sandwich. This experience was truly a positive one for our family. I would definitely return to AAV for the excellent food and service. Given the small size of the shop, takeout is recommended, especially during peak hours. The sandwiches at AAV are so good! Fuggedaboutit!

The staff was rude, which was surprising since we were so excited to finally try this place. The sandwiches we ordered were just okay. I'm not sure if the bread supposed to be served really cold, but ours were, and they just weren't very good. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the hype, and unfortunately, we don't plan on coming back.

They were happy to make a quick substitution for my order, which I really appreciated. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and the cold brew latte with the foam top, and both were fantastic. Today though, when we came in they were marketing a new latte that wasn't on the menu yet, a blueberry milk latte. It was uh-mazing. I do have a usual food order which is the salmon lox bagel on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, but I decided to switch it up and got the Dre's Breakfast Sando. Pretzel bun, egg, cheese, and some yummy mustardy sauce. So good. Not only do the food and drinks slap, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They always make my dog feel like a celebrity and give him snacks. This review is well overdue as Dre's has been such a great addition to the neighborhood for at least a year now!

I can never finish their plates as the portions are huge, but it's always so good! My favorite thing to get is the hummus & fried chicken plate!
