I used to come here all the time in HS and had my Senior Art Show here as well. It's been years but I was excited to see it's still there AND they offer GF baked goods and bread for their sandwiches and dairy free milk options. Extremely delicious gluten free options. Scones!!! That is what gets me and Daily Grind has it. They always have kind baristas, it's quiet, it's calm, it's a pretty stress free atmosphere. I love how many food options they offer and their coffee is so good! I had a barista make me an iced coffee the way she likes it and it came out great. It's now my go-to order. Just wanted to give a shout out to this place. It's warm and welcoming, nice chairs and sofas. The staff is so nice. We came in last night about 30 minutes before closing. The cappuccino was great and they bake fresh in the place - and those snacks were really nice as well What was so cool was that we were pushing closing time and NOT ONCE did they give us a sideways look. The cinnamon latte I had was fantastic. The temperature was perfect and it stayed hot until I finished it. The cinnamon scone was ok. I went there to try a new coffee shop and read. It was way too loud to read. The noise is primarily from staff getting and making orders (machine noise). There is also a drive thru. Would definitely come back for another drink to go. read more

The place has one the best chocolate chip muffins. So moist, so rich, so delicious. Their coffee cake muffins are good as well. These are the only two things I have tried multiple times and taste is always consistent. I can't speak for anything else. read more

Wanted to update this because today I used the conference room, and tasted some new things! Also, found out they've been open since 2006! I booked the room online. It was super easy - just create an account, pick your date and time, wait until it's confirmed by DG, and then be sure to show up! (If you don't, your future reservations will be canceled or denied!) There don't seem to be many other restrictions or requirements, if any! This reservation was for a Yelp gathering, but Daily Grind did not know that, so we still had an organic experience. We expected to be six total, but ended up as four. There are eight comfy, roll-y chairs though, so: partay! We came to do crafts, so I put down a plastic tablecloth. The table is big so we had no problem fitting all our craft supplies. It really looks like a work conference room and you cannot hear anything from outside in the public area or vice versa so it's totally appropriate for a work meeting. There is one small window on the end of the room, that people fixing their coffee can overlook into, but you can close the blinds. Other than that, one whole ling wall is windows (and the door) so don't be doing anything weird in there - anyone going to the bathroom will be able to see you. I like the idea of an office breakfast outing type meeting. Why not switch it up like that? The employees allowed me to keep a tab open since I was paying for a few people's drinks.. that was very cool of them and I appreciate that ability. It made my life a little easier since my guests were showing at a bit if a staggered pattern. I had their Peppermint Mocha! I didn't see it on the menu but I asked for something minty and chocolate-y, and they said they could do it. It was very good. Just the right balance of peppermint and mocha. I finished a small and wished I had ordered a bigger one. I also ordered a couple of their huuuuge cookies - chocolate chip, oatmeal and PB. I had some of the first two and they were pretty darn tasty. A ton of chocolate chips in the chocolate chip cookie :) and both were soft, even after a few hours since I took them home. Great place for a cup of coffee. Also, they offer a conference room to reserve for free. You have to call in advance to ensure that you get the room. However, I have come up there without a reservation and have been able to use it. Also, they made a great custom cup of coffee for me. It was super yummy and I had to go back and get another cup. Their Chicken Panini is SOOO good. I have made special drive through trips to get one. Very comfortable environment. It supports local artist and the owner very personable. read more

I started going to the Daily Grind because it's right outside of my neighborhood. Every single coffee I've ordered has been delicious (I recommend the cocomocha syrup). They know how to make a perfect latte! What's even more impressive to me are the baked goods. The scones, muffins, and biscuits are all delicious. A couple times the biscuit has been dry but I've found that if you microwave it so that it's hot, it's soft, thick, and buttery. I appreciate that they use real eggs and actual cheddar, not American cheese. The blueberry scones are a JOY. Even the paninis I've had have been delicious. If you want a breakfast or lunch on the go with your coffee, and you're near here, skip Starbucks! read more

Although they don't roast their own coffee, the coffee quality, service, and spacious shop makes this coffee shop worthy of a 4 star. I ordered a tall soy cappuccino and my Boyfriend got a pour over of their house blend and our bill came out to be $7. In comparison to coffee at Starbucks, the Daily Grind definitely beats the coffee serves at Starbucks. This place is also spacious and good for studying and meet ups. From tall tables to sofas, they have different sitting options. They also have a drive through, which is not common for an independent owned coffee shop and an added bonus to the business. In addition to serving coffee, they also have smoothies, paninis, and various different types of pastries such as cookies and muffins. Their WIFI PASSWORD is houseblend for those who are wondering. Overall, it's a good coffee shop addition to the area and I'll be coming back when I'm passing through. read more

If you go through the drive though, make sure you have PLENTY OF TIME. They are horribly slow and the staff seems to turn over every week. I wish there was another option close by because people are getting really tired of the ongoing issues here. The other thing I'd like to mention is the food is severely overpriced. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese flatbread to go. It came in a large meal size box, yet there were just two very measly triangles of flatbread inside. I could not believe this cost over $4.
