I stopped in to fuel my truck since my fuel monitoring system continuously alerted me to the fact that I only had about nine miles remaining at this point during my trip. This location has so much potential being right off the I-95 at Bartram, but the employees here just don't seem to care that much. There is trash in the parking lot, the store inside isn't too clean with coffee spilt in the coffee are and nobody cleaning it up and dirty floors. If they would just hire or retrain current employees this location would be so much nicer. Gas is in line with other stations; way too expensive. read more

Daily's has surprisingly become one of my favorite brands. Period. Is it weird to say that I look forward to my gas tank running low or my car getting dirty? Yeah, it definitely is. The crazy fact of the matter is that I actually look forward to coming to Daily's - a gas station/convenience store for the modern man... Anywho, this was my first time at this location. Once I arrived back into town last week, my car was thirsty for fuel and a car wash. Coincidentally, my belly was dying for a hot sandwich. Daily's is the place for all three! Every time I come here to this location either the employees are rude or on there phone. They had no lids for coffee cups and this is going on two days. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. And the manager on duty in the mornings is useless!! It's Gate across the street for me from now on! read more

This is in regards to the carwash and vacuum.. Vacuums are terrible, very weak and not enough suction to pick up random pike needles- I even added additional quarters and still couldnt get the job done. . The carwash not much better. I opted for the 10.00 wash, hardly any suds and the wheel cleaner wont remove MINOR road grime and brake dust. I wouldn't recommend..Duckys on Baymeadows is much better,close to the same price! read more

This station is close to home and I've been dozens of times over the years. Whether I'm filling up my tank, or running in to get my beloved Dr. Pepper I have a solid experience. The place is well kept and the store is clean and spacious with a really nice staff. As far as I'm concerned I don't have a negative thing to say. read more

Extremely poor customer service. No manager on site or available by phone to resolve an error made by the cashier.

So I find out that there is no one willing to work there at night and so they had to close the store last night, No reason given. So I had to go to the gate station went for a drive that they couldn't find anybody to work nights and management wasn't weren't willing to work nights. I do understand that it is sometimes difficult to retain staff are fine kids dad but I think in today's job market with so many people desperately looking for work that you should narrow down better candidates that have a lengthy record of working at a retail or gas Station type place for several months before hiring them. If that isn't possible for the time being I think you should at least update Google to the time that you'll be closing, and change your store hours on the door so people know what's going on. Other than that since the change of management and change his staff from a year or so ago it's been a very pleasant experience and I especially LOVE dailies coffee! I've been a platinum member three times now in a row LOL I just wish that they bring back more silver bronze and gold prizes more often. read more

Since when did it become customary to ask someone if they want their lose change back when it's a penny? Yes. I use cash in 2016 and value a penny. Thank you guy who rang me up at 6:30pm on August 2, 2016. Very clean Shell gas station. Lots of parking, and about 12 pumps for gas. They have a car wash. The only downside is if you want to go West on Old. St Aug Rd you'd have to make a Uturn at the light. read more

I hate this gas station. Always crowded, always problems...and I'm always mad at myself I keep going back here.....we were in a hurry and wanted a quick bite a couple months ago, not kidding the little sandwich place took 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.....Then there was yesterday......after circling to find a pump.....saw an empty, pulled up, wouldn't take card....girl came up to close it......said they were having trouble with that particular pump.....circled again....finally get pump, get gas, pay $9 for a car wash because I'm in a hurry and don't have time to do at home.....wait around 15 minutes for 3 cars to go through car wash (not a conveyor that can take multiple cars at this busy corner...1 car in, one car out) then car wash breaks just before it's my turn.....same girl comes out..... has to reset.....finally get through car wash, entire basic experience of gas and a car wash took 38 minutes......finish errands at publix.....get out of car to find all the spots on the side (dirty water spots from driving through a puddle) still there....went home washed car myself......9 dollars poorer....only go to this place because we have a Shell card.....any Gate or Racetrack in area a much better experience..... read more
