The employees were all nice and quick First He put dots with pen where it will be. 1st time one ear was closer to face, he changed it and then called another girl for her opinion if it looks good. They both said yes. I specifically asked him, Shouldn't it be more further, and he said no. This is my first piercing so I didn't know anything about it, so I trusted the piercer that he would know. Also Owner wrote in Natalies review that Piercer has 20year experience lol BUT 1st-the piercings were not measured so they are different on both ears 2nd the piercing was done at an angle and its too low on the back. 3rd- Piercings should have been done higher and further from face. Next day, I Went to another location to get professional advice and piercer told me she couldn't believe any piercer would do that! She said , He has no idea what he is doing and he is unqualified to pierce at all! Now I have to heal them so the piercing closes and re- do it at another place! She explained the process thoroughly from start to finish. She was patient and answered all of our questions. She made sure to double-check everything to make sure that we received exactly what we wanted.
