Absolutely love this space. I didn't get pictures of the seating but it's a very spacious dining room. Very clean space. The service was quick. We've been here twice and both times went smooth. I didn't get pictures from the second visit but we had a hamburger on the second visit and it was amazing. You can order them with the toppings you like. We enjoyed the fact that they had different options for onions. Also the many options for the ice cream. We are stuck on the soft serve. read more

Well I've wanted to try this since I saw it next to my grandpas house. After all the anticipation, I decided to order a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. I was blown away when I took a bite and the chicken was coated in a sweet brown sauce, diced onions, and coleslaw ? I have no clue what it was but it tasted great. The fries had lots of flavor. The experience was very good. The restaurant was well staffed and friendly. It had a spacious interior with different types of seating to accommodate two people or 10+. The menu has lots of variety from hot dogs to fresh salads. Everyone will find something they like on the menu. The iconic part is having an ice cream shop. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich was moist and flavorful. I chose a side salad and sweet tea. The salad was a good size and fresh. They were quite busy. The lines moved pretty quickly. I had a very fulfilling garden salad with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, cheese, cucumbers and onions. The dressing was a raspberry vinaigrette and it was sweet and delicious. My wife and I stopped by the newly opened Dairy-O in Harrisburg, and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is spotless, modern, and very welcoming. You can tell everything is brand new and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, especially during what looked like a busy time. The menu has may options of hamburgers, ice cream and shakes. Our food came out fresh and hot. My wife ordered the Cheeseburger Pita and I got a Pineapple Sunday. Everything was pretty decent and as expected. Common areas were clean and comfortable, and there is plenty of free parking. It's so nice to have another great family-friendly spot right here in Harrisburg. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch, dinner with the kids, or just stopping in for a sweet treat, this new Dairy Queen is a fantastic addition to the area. We'll definitely be back! read more

Pulled up to Dario's in Harrisburg and it did not disappoint. Grabbed a hot dog all the way with fries and a Coke--simple, classic, and done right. I highly recommend! I would like to say, I enjoyed the friendly service and the fresh food. What really captivated my eye was the cleanliness of the restaurant! They have much to offer when when you enter you will see they're very large and extensive variety of ice cream and they also have a large selection of food items to choose from. I was deciding between the fried chicken salad and or a fried chicken sandwich. The staff recommended that I try the fried chicken salad. I did not like any of the salad dressing options so I went with the fried chicken sandwich. I want to say I was not disappointed at all. The fried chicken sandwich was made perfectly, and it tastes very fresh. It did not taste like it have fillers or artificial flavoring in it. I ordered a side of onion rings, which seemed to be a beer battered, which were delicious and freshly made. They offer a variety of soft drinks and they had my favorite. Cheerwine! Welcome Dairi-o, this was my first visit. I ordered a chili cheese hotdog with onions and mustard. The bun! It was nicely toast with the cheese melting on the bun elevated the experience. The hotdog has a nice bite to it as well. But the show stopper was that strawberry shortcake with pound cake and 2 sugar wafers. The best shortcake, not a dry heavy biscuit. read more

I got the chance to try the brand spanking new Dairy-O. I was very impressed with the service that I received. The staff was very helpful and patient while I was placing my order. I ordered the double burger combo with fries and a drink and added on a hotdog all the way. The burger was not as big as I thought it would be, but it was big on flavor. The patties were juicy and grilled to perfection. The hotdog was perfect with the slaw and chili. The bun was lightly toasted and it had a slight crunch with every bite. The real star of the show was the fries. They were hot, crispy, and seasoned to perfection. They almost didn't make it home. This was a great first visit. I'm sure it will be super busy for awhile due to it being the new kid on the block, but if you're in the area, check them out. read more

Great place to stop by for a burger or hot dog. They do have chicken items also. I didn't get a chance to try that yet. Hot dog was perfect, toasted the bun. Same with the burger. They move really fast so don't let the long line scare you. They also do great milk shakes. So many diff flavors to choose from. read more

This is a newer location so they seemed to have twice the staff needed, service was amazingly quick and very friendly. Typical burger and the chicken pita is better at showman's... but we will be back for sure. The ice cream selection was fun again quick and that portion was very tasty. They however do have delicious icecream , the peach is my favorite This place is not deaf friendly at all I tried to order on the app because that's what makes my life easier and they said they don't do that on weekends . Well this wasn't at the top of my son's list of things to eat but we tried it nonetheless. Both of us weren't overly impressed. He got a burger with fries and I got the chicken pita with onion rings. The chicken had too much oregano for my taste. I also got a chocolate shake which I had to make myself finish as the chocolate was borderline malt like which isn't something I enjoy. Always wanted to try a Dairi-O and finally did a few weeks ago. Wife and I split a cheeseburger, fries and wife got a scoop of ice cream. All was good including the service. We just wanted the fries a little crispier, so next time we will know to ask for fries extra crispy. That being said, the fries were still good. read more

They are still in learning mode I guess. Plan on 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line. They are slow and seemingly unorganized. They set up the drive thru like Chick Fil-A but have no one taking orders on portables before you reach the menu boards. This slows down everything. My first time visiting this recently opened Dairy-O in Harrisburg/Charlotte. My wife and I were very impressed. The food tasted fresh, service was great, clean, friendly and not so busy you couldn't find a seat. We were very impressed with several employees who attended to the needs of a disabled patron. He obviously needed a little help and they immediately attended to his needs. I do recommend this restaurant for the hamburgers and ice cream. Looking forward trying out the chicken and salads soon. read more
