Slooooooooower than slow.....stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes slow. This place is insanely inefficient.

The restaurant was really dirty and I should have left, but my sister and I really wanted to enjoy a cool sundae on a hot summer night. I got about halfway through my caramel sundae with pecans and got a bite of something moldy. When I went to the counter to let them know I got a half-hearted sorry, I told another employee they should check out the nuts and again no concern over the quality of the food. I will NEVER eat at this DQ again and would advise others to stay away too. I would give no stars of possible. read more

I think that one star is more than thisDQ deserves. It should be a minus star. I have been there twice. Both times it was filthy. Not just dirty floors and tables. I mean the prep area all dispensers and at the counter are dirty TOO. The bathroom was the cleanest place and that was iffy at best. The second time we just walked out it was just too awful. Waited in the drive through over 40 minutes. If you want "fast" food, do not stop here. No apology received for the wait. Sat at the speaker and window for at least 10 minutes each while not being acknowledged. It's been almost an hour and we're still waiting for the last meal. read more

I brought my 3 boys in today for lunch and after we were made to wait for almost 20 minutes for our food they forgot about the kids sundays. After everything was said and done I dove 15 minutes home and when we opened up the lunch boxes they forgot the chicken strips in both meals. This not being the worst part, I called them to let them know about the mistake and that they are way under staffed I had the owner read me the riot act and tell me to take a hike and was extremely defensive and rude. He didn't like the fact that I was only pointing out the obvious. I will never go back to this location and I will inform all of my customers to stay away. They need to learn how to treat people and if you don't like the job you have get a better education read more

Nasty lobby. Ant and rat traps on floors near tables. Floors look like they've never been cleaned. Customer service is lacking in every way. Food orders take way too long. I only eat there when I'm desperate for an ice cream. read more

The worst DQ ever. It's the filthiest restaurant ice ever seen. Food all over the floors, tables unwashed and the staffs uniforms are splattered with ice cream and other food. Garbage is overflowing. Terrible customer service. Half the staff was wandering around like they were lost or stoned, frequently all of them would disappear into the back, leaving no one up front while the customers lined up. 25 minutes to get a single cheeseburger and cheeses curds. I would have left if I hadn't already paid. Filthy too. Like everywhere. It's worth the drive to go to the other one. Better yet, go to hasty-freez. I'm not one to write reviews. Good or bad. But this is my exception. Words do not describe my utter dismay. I order chicken. And they literally handed them to a 10 year old in front of me. As well as have her her own order. I'm all for forgiving mistakes but she took my order.. And then when I had requested a refund or if they could remake them, I was returned with a dumbfounded face who apparently assumed I should move on from my food. No ma'am. I did not pay for a 10 year old to steal my food and you to do nothing. Also, my fries were cold when I got them. In short, the service sucked. read more

Went through the drive-through as usual. Tried to order an Orange Julius but the machine was STILL broken. It has been for months. So I ordered something I didn't want because by now there was a car behind me. Then I waited 20 minutes for the girl at the window to tell me she didn't think it was ever going to get fixed. I always go through the drive through and love the blizzards. Well, drive through was long and it was hot, went inside.... So DISGUSTING! I WILL NEVER GET A BLIZZARD THERE AGAIN. The video someone posted doesn't even show how bad it is. Dirty rags, it doesn't look like anyone has cleaned up in hours, and the crud on the floor doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months! Would give them a -10 if we could. Had an awful experience. Our Blizzard was melted, we could not get the ice cream home. We called, the owner yelled at us, telling us we had to bring the spoiled treats back in. He started YELLING about what a difficult evening he was having. Horrible service! Who doesn't love to treat the family to a Dairy Queen Blizzard every now and then! However, every time we stop in there It is a disappointing experience. They are always swamped, and despite several teenage girls hustling around trying to fill orders-the service is exceptionally slow (Don't even think about ordering onion rings unless you have a spare 15 minutes to wait for them). I can forgive slow service if it is coupled with good customer service. A simple "hello, we'll be right with you" or a smile and a "thank you for waiting" would go a long way. The store front is always extremely messy and unappetizing. There seems to be a complete lack of any kind of management. I seriously want to just jump in there and start directing traffic, because with even a hint of leadership things could be better. On a positive note, the ice cream always tastes great!
