Ok it's gotta be a conspiracy or a dang tv show like candied camera. My triple was awesome!! The patties were cooked perfectly and they were seasoned!!!! and my condiments were correct,like the nice girl at the window was listening and cared about the customer. The dang ole onion rings were just done. Not burnt to a crisp. My unsweetened tea was fresh not bitter like old tea tastes. My 6 piece chicken tenders were crispy and the toast had butter. You get DQ food. It's not always the best, but you can bet your but it's better quality than McDonalds or Sonic.

We ordered two small shakes, a large blizzard and chicken finger basket... at the drive thru they tell us they had no BBQ sauce (ok whatever), get to the window hands us our drink and shakes with spoons because they had no straws. Asked to pull over and they would bring us the chicken. Bring the chicken and let them know we did not get the blizzard and we need small lids for the shakes for the kids (2 & 4). She brings blizzard and says we have no small lids either. The entire time the girl was rude everytime speaking to her. We had to drive to sonic and get lids, straws and bbq sauce for the employee to say we aren't the first from DQ to come get stuff. read more

We have stopped by this Dairy Queen in Colorado City several times never been disappointed before... but today was we are very dissatisfied ! We ordered 2 double meat belt busters with cheese. Just burgers, one all the way and 1 no lettuce. 1 large order of onion rings, and a six piece chicken strip dinner. We also ordered a hot fudge Sunday, vanilla milkshake and a chocolate chip blast. The price was $38.09. I thought that was higher than usual but we only got a receipt for using the credit card. I thought no problem we will check the receipt when it comes out. We were supposed to be like 3 in line. They brought out the ice cream and said they were bringing the rest out soon. Okay. So deserts first! We waited a while and one lady came out and said I am sorry for the wait we will be right out. About 10 minutes later a guy brings out the order no one else was there waiting he poked the sack in to us and said sorry for the wait. We drove off our mistake, started back home, decided to wait until we got home to eat. We get home take the food out and find no receipt. Then we found no onion rings. Yes we found the onion rings in the other guys chicken strips instead of fries! We opened our burgers 2 thin burnt pieces of meat with cheese on both sides of the buns, both were that bad! I tried to call them but the number is a fax!!! I am going to keep on trying to get the correct number and see if they will make it right! I will post an update read more

We where coming from a long trip and decided on eating at this DQ, they got my order wrong and when I spoked to the manager in a polite manner she was saying it was my fault and that I had to pay extra for them to get me what I wanted. I enjoy eating at DQ but this one here in Colorado City has the worst service I've ever gotten and never coming back for sure. If y'all want a better service I think the stripes across the street offers you a better experience. read more

my wife and I were traveling home from Texarkana Tx today and stopped at this dairy queen I had a triple my wife had a double belt buster combo ,Texas size .the food was hot and cooked perfect the staff friendly and the place was clean but I wanted to make special mention about an employee a women named Maria she took special care in taking care of our order and others that came in but when a very old woman came in who looked so hungry we tried to buy a meal for her she said she couldn't eat because her upper plate was broken on her dentures, Maria offered her a small vanilla ice cream cone so she could eat the empathy and compassion to the public and devotion to her patrons is what makes not only a great person but great manager material we thank Maria for that and we will stop by every time we travel that way Ron and Chris Carlsbad NM read more

This place is a joke. Food is always cold and the manager, Danielle, is incredibly rude to her staff and to customers. I thought they had fixed their issues. I come here 1 to 2 times a week. But never again. About the only saving grace is the polite young man thats in drive on occassion. read more

It's an older DQ, but that adds to the charm. Was passing through town and realized that I hadn't had DQ in a few years, and had a hankerin' for something - anything - from Dairy Queen. Best service I'd had in a while, and the taco salad tasted just like the one's I'd ordered as a kid. Did the drive through, not the inside, so didn't get to see the bathroom (see another Yelper's review), but I'll definitely go again. Just went through the drive through and waited way longer than you should at 8:30pm and ended up getting raw chicken strip basket.

On our road trip, we stopped at this Dairy Queen to get a nice ice cream treat, but, it wasn't so nice having to wait 50 minutes to get a cone of ice cream, and a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. We didn't want to leave because we had already paid, and when we confronted them they still did not get our order out for another 10 minutes approximately.
