I think everybody knows about the quality and how they make it right in front of you where they sliced the meat ... Recently, I got the spicy chicken sandwich, which I've never had ! I would give it 3.8 out of 5 I think it's good for the protein and tastes pretty healthy, but I think lacks and flavor in depth. I think maybe I would add some lettuce and banana peppers. If you go there at night, they are gonna run out of their rosemary bread, which is understandable but stinks because it's definitely a better bread choice! The other thing that I think they could do better at, but I understand is some acknowledgment. Was there a Sunday at noon so obviously he's gonna be busy I don't expect to be there for two minutes, but I was there for about 10 minutes at the counter and people are just kind of working busting by and I think all they need to do is be like when we are done with these online orders we will be able to help you. Though it was my daughter's friend who accidentally spilled the milkshake Chick-fil-A denied the claim and I was told that a hazard sign will not make a difference. As a parent this is so frustrating and sad to get this response from their 3rd party insurance claims dept. Chick-fil-A is responsible to provide a safe environment to all it's customers. Whether it as a spill caused by their customers or staff.

Anyways, we proceeded to order it with cabbage and, while the bowl was actually pretty good, the inability to substitute wasn't ideal. The other food item we ordered was the Pesto Primo sandwich. While it wasn't terrible, it certainly wasn't great. The bread was a bit bland, there wasn't much pesto, which made the sandwich dry, and overall it simply lacked the flavor we were hoping for. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but I'm not sure I'd make a trip back unless it was really the only nearby option that was somewhat healthy.
