Mini blizzards are a generous portion for a mini!

DQ! Can tell this one's been around for a while! Nice to see not all food places have to be big & new. We opted to go inside instead of drive-through. This one has a tiny little lobby and seems crowded behind the counter but I love the vintage looking menu signs! Food was alright. Chicken bacon ranch wasn't even close to the billboard picture haha! But it was decent size, so I was full by the time I was through. Could have used some more lettuce & tomato though. I hate when places put one tiny little tomato and a pathetic little piece of lettuce, when the picture on the menu is bursting with big juicy tomatoes and several lush pieces of lettuce. The service was friendly and prompt. Seemed clean and well organized!

Nice customer service number to call. Not.

Terrible "no service". Ordered a limited edition chocolate cake blizzard and i didn't like it. I took a bite out of it and decided to immediately go in and ask for something else (I'm 10 months pregnant and it's probably my taste buds) the manager Vanessa refused to make me something else I just wanted an Oreo one instead. She said it's their store policy and she can't do anything about it. I asked about where the customer service was and she said she was giving it to me. So I'm out the ice cream and the $3.19. Never again baker city DQ. Shame on you.

Bad quality. French fries overcooked brown crispy. Lettuce in fish sandwich was wilted and soggy. Only a dab of sauce.

The blizzards were great, the service stunk. The window guy was downright rude.

It sounded like something a tourist should do when you're staying in a little town like Baker. The diner is part of the motel next door which is also called the Oregon Trail. Both venues are kinda dated. I'm sure in it's prime it was fabulous! But eating at this venue was pretty cool. It was like stepping into an old school time capsule. We sat ourselves at a booth on the very left of the diner. It was probably one of the only booths where the seating wasn't all messed up. We were instantly greeted and given menus. I did creep on their online menu this morning but it was good to see what I might miss. I got the country breakfast. It had two eggs, 5 slices of bacon and I opted for fresh fruit instead of the hashbrowns. The eggs were cooked perfectly, nice and yolky in the middle. The fruit was super fresh! It was still on the unripe side but still sweet. The bacon was ok. It was slightly overcooked in the middle and chewy on the ends. It was quite the experience eating here. The servers are really nice and really good at making sure your coffee cup is always full! By the time we left, there was a good crowd of people coming in. It was cool to experience Baker's local diner. It was neat dining here with all the locals.

After checking out a few places online, we decided to head to Lattitude 45 Grille for dinner. Pulling up to the venue, you notice how updated and pretty the joint is. There are a couple tables outside and beautiful potted flowers in the front, it's quite welcoming. Walking in, we were instantly greeted. We got sat in a small room that had a couple tables. It was separated from the main dining area. I appreciate the room we were in cause it created more of a personnal environment for my friend and I. The room was bright and vibrant. I love the big windows, it gave us a great view. I did check out the menu online. I noticed they had lobster manicotti. I was sold! Pasta, lobster and sauce, you can't get better than that! We breezed through the menus again while our drinks were getting taken care of. As many times as I looked the menu over and over again, I couldn't find the lobster manicotti. The waitress confirmed that they didn't offer it anymore. Such a bummer cause it was the only thing that really caught my eye. For dinner I settled for the chicken fontana with the pesto sauce on the side. I also got alfredo as my side since it was an option. I like that they give you pasta options as a side besides your typical fries and salad. Our meals came out super hot. I got a beautiful piece of chicken and a nice portion of alfredo. I can tell the pasta was freshly made, I was pretty close to burning my mouth cause of hot it was. The sauce on the pasta was rich and creamy. I did add a little salt and pepper to it, it needed just a pinchmore salt. The chicken was flavorful! Whatever they used as a crust on the chicken, it was nice! I used some of the alfredo sauce to dip the chicken in. The chicken was good but it was also kinda dry and there wasn't much cheese in the middle. The alfredo sauce really was needed. Our sweet server got a piece of the peanut butter cheesecake for my friend's birthday. She also put a birthday candle on the cheesecake for her. Little gestures like that are the best. The cheesecake was delicious! It was the perfect combination of sweet and savory. It had a good amount of chocolate on top. There were pieces roasted peanuts in the cheesecake that added a nice crunchy texture to it. It's a must have. Lattitude 45 was packed when we were leaving. Clearly they are doing something right. Service was great. The venue is beautiful. They produce good food. I'm happy we got to check this joint out and celebrate my friend's birthday here. I don't know when we will ever be back but if we are, we will definitely come back. And hopefully by then lobster manicotti will be on their menu!

First off let me say a female manager was standing outside on her phone when we arrived. I went in to use restroom and pick up my mobile order. The entrance that is closest to the restrooms had a very dirty door with handprints and smudges all over the glass looking like it hadn't been cleaned for several days. Women's bathroom had no toilet paper in one stall and the trash bin was overflowing with feminine products..... apparently they do not take the trash out every day for it to be overflowing with very nasty trash on the floor in that stall. When I came out of the bathroom, that female manager who was previously outside was standing right outside the female bathroom, so I mentioned it needed some assistance. When I picked my food up at the counter the floor in the lobby looked like it hadn't been swept in recent days and the front door right there had very dirty glass with fingerprints and smudges all over it. I returned to my car and my family member who was with me was waiting for their curbside delivery. I noticed that female manager and two male employees were now standing outside at the end of the building, smoking cigarettes, and looking on their cell phones. We were there for approximately 25 minutes and that manager was outside that entire time all the while the food establishment was filthy. If they can't take the time to take the trash out and put toilet paper in a bathroom and wipe off the dirty doors I don't think I can trust them to keep the food prep area sanitary either. We will not ever be eating at that McDonald's again..
