So, Skyline is not a place I usually stop. But I saw they had chicken chili, and I always have to try new things. And it turned out I got to try two new things. I got a chicken three-way, and a regular coney with new(?) habanero cheese. The chicken, well, you can taste the difference, and it's not horrible, but it's just okay. The habanero cheese on the coney added a bit of a bite, but not near the heat I had hoped for. I added hot sauce to the chili, which they thoughtfully brought to the table along with the silverware and oyster crackers. If you like Cincinnati chili, you might like Skyline. I find it a little bland and corporate. Three stars for the food. However, four stars at least for the service. I did not realize they did table service. Maybe not all locations do? I know I've been to some in the past that did not have table service. But here the server was friendly and easy to talk to, and helpful and patient with somebody who was ordering some new-to-them things. Price was reasonable, 20 bucks, and I couldn't quite finish everything. (I got a regular size three-way; they also have small and large.) This visit reinforced that Skyline is not my favorite Cincinnati chili and also that my favorite thing at Skyline is their conies. I like them. A lot. I've been here twice now, and both experiences were awful. Typically I don't order or get anything from S High Street because its just not a good area, but…read morelast night I had a migraine and had my son order some food to be delivered via DoorDash. When it was delivered half my order was missing. I drove over to the Taco Bell expecting them to try to argue and fight with me about making it right and giving me what I paid for (as this is always the response I get when I go through the drive thru in Obetz and they get my order wrong or leave items out) but when I got to the S High Street location the gentleman was very patient, very friendly and handled the situation in a very professional way. He apologized for the inconvenience, even though they made the order correctly and it wasn't their mistake-the DoorDash driver didn't pick up the full order- and he made a fresh order for us. He made the situation so much better than I expected with his excellent customer service skills and I greatly appreciate that. This will be my new go to place for now on. This is the way customers should be treated when a mistake is made others should take note of that
