We stopped at this location on occasion while going to Brownsburg. The Blizzard is always a hit! With just the right amount of ingredients to enjoy every bite. My fav is the turtle Blizzard which is not on the menu. Pecans, caramel and pieces of their dipped chocolate- YUMMY! For a snack don't skip their pretzel sticks! They are huge and tasty! It's on their two for $5. Pretzel sticks and a Hot Fudge Sunday, please. The drive-thru is a little slow. The workers are friendly enough. I regret to review the Dairy Queen in Clermont ,however! I called the store when I opened my bag after returning home and paying a $18 charge and not getting all of my order. I was spoken to with such rudeness that this will be the last time going there. I told the guy I wasn't asking for more food or my money back but the food was terrible. We threw 1/2 out it was clear the chili sauce and cheese were placed in the microwave to warm up making it chewy. I was out and about running errands and after hours in my car, I realized my steering wheel was beginning to remind of an onion ring and that I might find a quick bite. I have been to this location a few times, but not only were the staff super friendly, the chili dog I ordered was surprisingly delicious! I'm funny about hot dogs. So when I buy for us at home--all beef is the only way to go. I believe theirs was as well. If it wasn't? I would love to know what brand it was. Great service and great dog! Secondly, the service is fantastic and has a great small town feel. Thirdly the food is great for a Day Queen and makes this place exceptional. I really enjoy this Dairy Queen. As already noted, but worth repeating, this is one of the cleanest Dairy Queens ever! The service has been good each time I'm here with both counter and drive through service. It's quiet in the afternoons if you need a peaceful spot. I believe the malts and shakes are better here than other DQ's I've visited. Whenever the weather is decent I love to sit on the patio. On sunny, bright days you have the option of using umbrella at tables or soaking in the sun. I've enjoyed my sundae outside on an extremely hot day using the umbrella in a light rain. The bike rack is located on corner of patio. Beware of heavy week day east bound traffic between 4:30 and 6:00. Going east you're fine but trying to cross 36 to go west can be frustrating. I just love a fast food location that has it's act together, makes it easier to be picked when we are in a pinch and needing some delicious fast food. The fact that DQ has Blizzards just makes this an even better choice. This location so far has only impressed me, fast & friendly staff and well made food. Both inside and drive thru, yaaay! So rare in fast food these days. As a note, DQs new sandwiches are quite good, I really enjoy the Turkey BLT! Well made Blizzards here too, so far none of that "all topping on top, just ice cream on bottom" shenanigans. Pretty easy to get in and out of this location as it is one big loop. The drive thru window is up pretty high which is kinda funny but not a huge problem. I am glad this location is close to me! Definitely a good choice when you're craving DQ! read more

The food here is not very consistent. I've had really awesome burgers and burgers with the cheese half way off the bun kind of melted here and not there. I've had a delicious blizzard and half of a blizzard with the other half of the cup just being soft serve or it's all blizzard but 33% of the ingredients are missing. Whenever I get mad, it's not enough to call about or drive back to the store but you always remember stuff like that. I've never noticed that the dining room needed attention and it always appears to be clean. A lot of teenagers work here and I swear to God the last time I went to the drive-thru the girl that handed me my cool treats was baked. I'd say flip the coin. When the Clermont DQ is on it it really is pretty good. When they're off their A game...it's still ice cream, dude. read more

This place is never too busy so you can always hop into the drive thru for a quick ice cream treat. Nothing spectacular food wise -- same old DQ food. But I appreciate how quick I can get in and out after work. They have a survey you can take to get a free dilly bar if you're so inclined. read more

Back down to two stars. The last time in, they were acting really, really busy, but not getting anything accomplished... poor teamwork. They also had all of their lighting in the eating area turned off and the sun was almost set... can anyone say creepy? I love their food but this location is probably the slowest I have ever been to. Its almost noon and I waited a good 10 min for a burger and fries. I did t even order anything complicated. Everyone is nice and the ice cream is good. The reason I only gave this place a 2 was because there was this nasty old.lady that licked her fingers right in front of the drive thru window several times and did not wash her hands. She passed my ice cream to the next person at the drive thru, which then passed it to me. I didn't want to cause a problem so I just took it. I did complain to the guy at the window who handed me my stuff. He said that he was the manager or assistant manager and would take care of it. I have a feeling good nothing was going to be done about it because I'm pretty sure she has done this for a long time. Apparently she has no home training. Lovely place to eat, fast service and kind employees! The food is hot upon arrival and you can tell they put effort into getting it to you fresh and hot. Their blizzards are made before or after your main meal. Your choice and they let you take your time in picking your meal. The drive through lady is fast and verifies your order neatly.
