What about my soda and fries. Well they didnt write it down wait a minute i ordered a combo shouldnt have to write it down thats why they call it a combo. what about my fries and soda sorry we didnt make it but can i charge you for a combo. My son and I pulled into Comfort Inn & Suites at 9:00 pm. I had a Penske rental truck with a car carrier so it was too big to pull through most fast food parking lots. We parked at Comfort Inn and walked over to the D.Q. We both ordered burgers to go. It was like 2 minutes and the burgers were ready. They were stone cold after a short 3 minute walk back to our motel. I think the burger patties were pre-cooked ahead of time and they simply assembled them. 2 stars for being open and the food was so-so. read more

Stopped in for lunch today. Excellent customer service. Ordered the 5 buck lunch special with the bacon cheeseburger. They had the order out to me within minutes. The lobby was a toasty 80 degrees and coming in the cold it felt good at first. The ladies were gracious to turn down a little bit upon my request. The location is right off the freeway so we were on the road quickly. The restaurant appears brand new or newly renovated. It has great curb appeal and the inside super nice and clean. read more

I am a frequent flyer of Creswell Dairy Queen, they have the goods for a hot sunny day and the burgers for any time. This is an exceptionally well run Dairy Queen and really appreciate how hard they work to keep the food coming. Got a chicken strip basket tonight and my chicken strips were completely RAW!! It's truly such a disappointment this being only the 3rd time I have been to this location since it's been here and other then ice cream the food has always had an issue..you guys really need to step it up! Wow! THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER BEEN SERVED AT ANY DQ EVER!!! I wish I could give NO stars! Service was fast, the food was good and warm. The only thing that makes me wonder is...why the heck does DQ skimp out on their fries? For fast food, you'd think you'll get a fair amount of fries. We come here about twice a month on average and, although a little pricey, it's usually a nice alternative to pizza or Chinese. When I pulled up tonight, I say there for several moments, when finally a voice that reminded me of my youngest in those adolescent years stated, "is there something I can do for you?" I mean it was icy! I told her, pleasantly, yes, you can take order; which she did. When I pulled forward, I told the young lady that it seemed like she wanted to do anything BUT take my order. Her reply was as icy as the first exchange, telling me that she had said "Welcome to DQ, we'll take your order when you're ready" Apparently this may have happened as I was pulling up before I lowered my window. I told the young lady I hadn't heard this and her response was just too look at me. After I receive my food I pulled away and drove home. read more

Whatever you do do not get the new Philly steak sandwich - tasted microwaved, flavorless, and just disgusting. Most the time when I get bad fast food I just grin and bear it. But every now and again when the food quality is this bad - I have to say something. I was tempted to return and get something else because it tasted awful. I've been here probably a dozen times and the employees are friendly, the food tastes great, and the ice cream comes out quick. The portions are fine to me. I haven't ever felt like I was had. Once, they short-changed me five dollars but when I came back, the manager made it right immediately which was a big deal to me. I appreciated it immensely. I'm glad Creswell has an option for fast food now. I missed the old DQ that was in the building where Joe's Diner is now. Plus, I'm glad I don't have to go to another town when I'm staying with my folks and am jonesing for a cherry - dipped cone. :) read more

I was first helped by a condescending older woman (named Barbra, I believe) at the front register while trying to order a single ice cream cone. After deciding I wanted to order food, I got back in line (after this time, the line had built up) and a woman had started taking orders on the second register to help out. Several regular issues with this place: Your fries will sit in the window as soon as you start to order, and will taste old and gross by the time you actually eat them. Desert always comes before the meal because it's easier on them. Employees don't give a flying ****, and that includes the manager. Experienced some seriously long wait times here with only a few customers in the lobby/drive-thru. Would not recommend at all for food, but they still use the same ingredients/process for ice cream as any other DQ, so it's a convenient place if you don't want or can't find any quality ice cream. It was complete chaos when we came in. Showed up at 820pm, waited in line and didn't order until 832pm after standing at the counter with a giant line and employees yelling at eachother that the wrong blizzard was made and given out, that the blizzards were too soupy, and one employee kicked a dust pan across the floor. got half of our food our at 8:56pm, missing gravy for 2 orders of chicken strip baskets, literally had 8 fries in a 3rd order of chicken, the male employee running the front counter with glasses extremely unprofessional shouting at customers and telling other employees "why do they think I make the food around here" and saying "I could do better cooking back there." It's now 9:10pm and we are still missing a 4 piece chicken strip basket. Here it is now 9:22pm and we just now got our last blizzard after asking 3 times, 3 different people for our missing blizzard.
