This is an adorable little yogurt place I really like it. I usually stop in here every now and then and get the sugar-free yogurt just a little bit because yogurt can be quite fattening and sugary but it's really good here. My not so favorite part is all the toppings are on an open buffet so anyone can stick their hands into the toppings instead of say having the attendant add the toppings behind a controlled environment. My family was wanting something different than just traditional Tillamook Ice Cream, or national chain ice cream. So I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It's a pretty standard Yogurt/Topping Bar shop. Nothing too out of the ordinary here, I've been to dozens of them all around and they are all pretty much the same. Grab a bowl, fill with Yogurt, put on Toppings, pay a premium price. We spent $20 for 3 seniors and 1 adult, I can't imagine the cost with teenagers or all adults. Anyway, if you want something a tad different then everybody else in town, this is a decent place to go. Service was good, place was clean and there were plenty of toppings and flavors to choose from. read more

There product is Subpar, you can get yogurt at so many other places,and the service here is horrible by both the teenagers who work there as well as the apparent owners (who defend the rude teenagers). I went back and she said to get the same size just without that flavor. So I did. Silly me for not tasting them then. We went back on our way home and again something was off. So I went back. As a highly dissatisfied customer, you take care of the issue and Apologize for the inconvenience. I managed a frozen yogurt shop in CA. This is not my first rodeo. I know how the machines operate and how products are distributed. I can't say that their products at this frozen yogurt establishment is anything but up to par with regulations. I currently am a legal assistant. I know my rights and where to stand in them. But never again will we go here. She was rude. She kept talking over me and said I was out of control because I wanted my money back. That is extremely unprofessional. Not only did she have the woman from next door come test it, who also admitted to me it was turned and they are cleaning the machine. But she then had that woman who doesn't even work at that establishment, refund me because she didn't want to come in to do it herself. ZERO professionalism. ZERO STARS. ZERO QUALITY. oh and on top of that, my family did get sick just after. So the proof is in the pudding, or should I say yogurt? Never again. read more

What a wonderful shop! Last weekend my sister and I took our moher to Lincoln City for her 86th birthday. We live in Brookings, Oregon and loved the drive north, but when we stopped at Subzero Swirlz it made the day perfect. The shop is so cute and the frozen yogurt was delicious. There were yummy flavors and even non-dairy choices. There were lots of great toppings from fruit and nuts to sprinkles, syrups and whipping cream. Everything was so tasty and our mom was thrilled! First and last time ever going here. Had the worst experience ever. Women was rude as hell. She said I was stealing because my son (3 yrs old) ate one piece of candy out of his cup before paying. I tried to explain his age and that it was one piece. She continued to go on and on about it and be rude as hell. I tried to just leave without our yogurt because she was treating us so bad. She threatened to call the police. Then tried to charge me more because she thought my son ate 2 pieces of candy. I will never ever step foot in this store again and hope no one else does either. The amount of rudeness and unprofessionalism this lady has...just wow. She shouldn't be working anywhere near kids or people in general. This place is absolutely amazing and I really do know my frozen yogurt. I've eaten the frozen stuff at well over 50 different shops across the states and this definitely rivals the best yogurt I've had. I work dangerously close to this place and have been here nearly every day since they opened. Toppings are on point! We love this place! We are regulars and even brought my son there after school on his birthday. The owners are wonderful and surprised him with a candle in his froyo and the entire place sang him Happy Birthday. I've also taken my youth group. Wow cannot Believe these people, this place is something else. I went in to get ice cream for my grand kids, got 2 samples and took them to the kids in the car because the baby was sleeping and I didn't want the kids running in the store, while my wife and daughter were shopping in the candle store next door. Once I confirmed that the kids liked the flavor (cotton candy) brought to sample I went back in to the store to purchase 2 cones. When I returned I was harassed by the female "owner" saying I was not welcome because her teenage clerk said I got samples and left (it was no more then 5min) I tried to explain, but she kept cutting me off. She scolded me saying FREE samples ARE only for paying customers... well obviously I came back and had cash in hand to purchase but was told to leave. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? there was a homeless man in the corner of the store using the microwave to warm his cup of noodles, and yet you are kicking ME a 59 year old man, A WOULD HAVE BEEN PAYING, customer out. Then when I went to get my wife and daughter next door at the candle store the same women was there and harassed me again, when I told my wife they kicked me out of the yogurt place, the owner butted in to my convo with my wife and said "yes we did", with a smirk. We were in the candle store new night before and bought a candle from this same women, but apparently she didn't remember me or my wife. We were going to buy 24 candles to take back home and possibly more since we use them as gifts for our non-profit charity in Vegas, but we will now never go back and will divert others as well. We will go to the store in the Harbor for our Candles and Yogurt from now on. read more

I like how they have teen staff from the schools work there, and also like they support the Lincoln County schools and sport teams. next door is the candle company. you are like a kid in a candy store when come in.
