We stopped here on our road trip to Glacier National Park. We were starving and were desperate for food as there is no where else to eat for miles and miles. The food was very low quality. The inside of the restaurant was filthy. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The tables and chairs were all dirty. The counters around the drink machines were disgusting. Several of the garbages were over-flowing. The young man who took our order had no idea what was on any of the burgers. He seemed very unmotivated. We had a great experience at this DQ today! We are on a long trip with our 2.5-year-old son and we stopped here to let him stretch and get some food! The food was tasty and it came out fast! We love the ranch dressing here! But the real highlight of the visit was the service we got from Ginger, Maddie (spelling)? and Grace! Ginger was very kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in and Maddie and Grace were also both very friendly! I hope the owner or manager or whoever sees this and knows that they have some great people working for them at this location and it does them a great service! Went at 7:44pm and the door said dine hours are 10am-8pm and all doors were locked. Returned to the drive thru and through the speaker, all three family members could tell the employee on the headset was miserable and unhappy to be there through the tone in her voice. Approaching the window and handing our payment, another car approaches the drive thru (as a car does...) and the employee on the headset threw her hands up in frustration as if that's not supposed to happen. Friendly reminder: YOU applied to be there. No one is forcing you to stay there. If you really hate it that much then leave and stop ruining others nights. You're really sour. This put a damper on our really great night celebrating our cousin #18 MW WIN. Maybe if you had your dine open for the four cars that wanted to dine in, you wouldn't have been so pissy. read more

Paid for my order with my debit card. Man behind the counter threw it back at me. Then asked him to wipe our table down because it was covered in what looked like cheese and fry sauce. Wow what a great experience! We like to come here while passing through Dillon. Unfortunately since the lobby was closed due to covid we were afraid it wasn't going to happen. We are too tall for the drive trough but I called to make sure. Spoke with Ginger the manager and she was AMAZING!!! We ordered a large and two small cones. The smalls were as big as the large (meaning the large was very small) and when we asked to be sure it was a large, we got some BS excuse as to why it was that size. Poorest DQ experience we have ever had. Would not stop again. read more

The staff at this location is not trained on what a food allergy even is, let alone Celiac disease (which is what I have). That means that I can't have gluten or any small trace of it due to cross contact with other food. There was a young guy at the register who was just guessing responses to my questions and would not get his manager so I could figure out what was okay to eat. When I asked him about gluten free options, he said that he didn't think any of the ice cream was gluten free but that they had sugar free ice cream... which doesn't even make sense. (Ice cream is gluten free unless its toppings contain gluten or if it is cross contaminated by being processed on the same equipment as another product containing gluten). I would like to see everyone here trained on what food allergies are and how to avoid cross contamination to keep allergen-free food safe. My friend told me that the guy at the register corrected the girl making my sundae (asking her to not blend it because the equipment would cause cross contamination) and she literally rolled her eyes in annoyance with having to accommodate me... After that, I watched her make my food to make sure that I could even eat it. I had asked the cashier to have whoever prepared my food to change their gloves, but this girl wasn't even wearing gloves and was touching her face in between preparing food. I was very disappointed in this experience and how the staff treated me as a burden instead of a customer. read more

Every time I go into work I always try to go to get some thing to eat before and I always noticed they close 30-40 minutes early. And if I'm lucky enough to get there when they don't my food comes out absolutely terrible soggy buns ketchup and mustard is either barley on there or way to stinking much ! One of the cooks messed up and order and got mad when one of the workers told him about the error and it was clear he was angry and made the chicken sandwich very poorly... I used to love dq as a kid but the one in Dillon absolutely has ruined it for me read more

I haven't ever been a DQ fan until now. The new menu at DQ has been a good move, I do miss some of the classics. The owner does whatever he cans to accommodate you. The service is always very fast whether you are going through the drive through or dining in. They bring the food to your table which I figure is pretty good for fast food. The place is brand new, super clean even the bathrooms are above par. We've been getting some ice cream cakes and you can tell that they take pride in their product and offer a good deal. It's a quick easy stop off the south exit in Dillon an easy way to get in and out of town, much less hectic than the northern exit. Lastly nothing beats a blizzard. These guys really get it right for a reliable, good, clean, fast food restaurant. read more

Not a fan of fast food, and in the past I would not even consider Dairy Queen for fast food, but this location in particular stands out. The food was great. Only place that I know that still serves a mushroom & Swiss burger. Best onion rings on the planet, too. Most Dairy Queens I've been too are dingy and old. This is a brand new location...a wee bit hidden; you can barely see it from the highway. And there are no signs on the highway to direct you to its location, but its worth looking for. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food place. They had messed up our order a little but they were very apologetic about it and very quick to take care of the problem. They even let us keep the food they had given us that was wrong. So we ended up with a ton of food. Super friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy. read more

Yes it is fast food fare but it's made to order and miles ahead of those golden arches across town. A really good value in taste and cost.
