A piece of bone, apparently, found inside my "Bone Buster Parfait"!

After a long wait to order, there was a delay as the credit card machine was malfunctioning. We finally ordered and received 2 Peanut Buster Parfaits. Mine contained, right in the middle, what appeared to be about an inch long piece of a bone! I'm lucky I didn't break a tooth or choke on it!

Supposed to be a whole chicken "tender"

do y'all think this is $20 worth of food mind you the chicken tenders are dry as dust... and they're literally all in this picture they're tiny granted I was the last person that served for the day I think but shouldn't that be the person to get sent off with the best meal today on a good note I don't know I've been to DQ in a while that used my favorite meal. I was OK with paying the 20 bucks for it but never again I won't be returning to DQ for the rest of my life. I don't even know why I came in the first place.. they didn't even ask me what size I wanted. They rushed me in the drive-through which I was having a hard time doing because I have a broken thumb and I almost dropped my drink and my food inside the car because of it like if you could've thrown through my window, he probably would have and I had been nothing but polite and nice. I looked at the windows. He might've been the oldest person in there at 1920 years old. So what can you expect a bunch of teenagers are running the place. I guess this feels in that blank in my head of why I don't see Dairy Queen's as often as they used to. They should contemplate doing a major overhaul on either food quality and/or training or their price points. Need to dramatically lower. I think the answer it's probably gonna be all three or you know maybe the person who decided to close theirs and the others was on something because this business model is not sustainable..

This DQ and Grill is attached to a gas station right off of I40. Not sure if you can order or dine inside. We never go inside. Instead, we usually use the drive thru. They tend to provide pretty fast service in their drive thru. Staff always wears masks and gloves throughout these Covid times from our observation. Final Vote: We love that ice cream!

This is what should be a mini blizzard, instead we got a shot of ice cream, they didn't even fill it, and half was just plain vanilla.

It must've just been a lot of stress for them the last time maybe some people called in. It's a common thing out here in Edgewood for people not to show up to work because it's too "sunny " or whatever their bullshit excuses but these guys have been doing great. I wanted to say thank you guys. You've been awesome.

I am not from here, again just dog sitting. Had a terrible first time visit to the Walmart in Edge wood and desperately wanted food. I know sonic in general has terrible customer service and in California it's the same, but in California at least I have In and Out which is much cheaper and even in my small town that is much MUCH smaller (2000 people total), Edgewood ( population over 5,000) is far far worse. 4 cars total, as in 1 in the drive thru and 3 in stalls including my car. It was 3 pm....yep super late I guess? I was like I have to eat in my car if I go to my parents it will be cold and when I get there I won't be able to eat it. I waited 10 minutes...nothing.. okay again I can't eat at my parents it's 30 minutes away, waited another 10 minutes. Then another 20 MINUTES I moved stalls thinking that might help maybe the red button didn't work. Imagine my surprise when after over 30 MINUTES I go through the drive through after 30 seconds I hear "ummm yeah what's your order?? "....yep " what's your order" she sounded absolutely irritated and incredibly angry. Omg I am so sorry I upset you!!?I mean honestly how dare I ask for fast food and ask for it to be given to me in 40 minutes or less what a horrible inconvenience for you!.... It is not worth the effort or the price. Trust me if your just getting a basic small slushie go for it, otherwise you'll be more upset then just eating a frozen meal it's not worth the gas.

Led by Bonnie, the owner , it was a terrific experience and one I would highly recommend for other groups. She has created a thoughtful and interesting 1.5 hour experience that walks you through the history and process of chocolate as you taste different chocolates which follow her presentation. At the end, you go to the nearby store to create a custom box of chocolate to take home. Bonnie is very knowledgeable and passionate about chocolate which shines through the experience. Even if you don't do the Immersion, I would suggest stopping by one of the Kakawa locations for high quality chocolate and elixirs (which by the way is vegan/non-diary). You will be glad you did!
