Oh, bless their little hearts--Michelin should really revoke all existing stars and just award this fine establishment its own galaxy of negative ones. I rolled up for what I naively assumed would be "fast food" and instead got a front-row ticket to a 35-minute TED Talk on existential dread. Paid at the speaker, drove six whole inches, and--poof--my order vanished into the same black hole where their competence apparently lives. They then knighted me with the sacred "pull forward" command, a phrase that in any other restaurant means "your food will be out in 60 seconds" but here translates to "please enjoy our complimentary parking-lot spa where time stops and hope goes to die." Twenty-five minutes later I'm still here, growing a beard, paying property taxes on this curb spot, and seriously considering changing my mailing address to "Spot #3, next to the dumpster." This isn't a drive-thru; it's a hostage situation with a menu board. Gordon Ramsay would see this operation and simply combust on the spot. A good place to get the food that you know will always be the same. The restrooms are in need of a good cleaning. Toilet bowls have stains in them. The basin has stains on them and the glass by the sink hasn't been washed well enough to get the water off behind the faucet. read more

This is a nice McDonalds compared to the ones in Albuquerque. Customer service is above average and their employees stay on top of your needs even after ordering your meals. The place is overall clean and tidy in the restaurant. Parking is limited but sorry the wait. The bread is cooked to perfection compared to other McDonald's. read more

Ordered a single cheeseburger tonight (9/21/24) and it was made SLOPPILY and just haphazardly tossed into the bag without being properly wrapped. The burger wasn't even made correctly and was missing half of the ingredients it usually has. There were two random pieces of lettuce on and outside of the burger? Mind you, the regular cheeseburger does NOT come with lettuce. It wasn't even busy, so I have no earthly idea how they managed to mess up possibly one of their easiest burgers to make. I don't think I'll continue my business here in the future. Possibly one of the worst and laziest McDonald's locations. I am extremely disappointed with my visit tonight. Idk what was going on here but it was nasty. My iced coffee was literally just cream and sugar, not a trace of coffee in it. Chicken nuggets dry af, apple pie also stale. Had to wait ten minutes trying to flag someone down inside for the ranch they forgot. Management must suck. This Mcdonald's has been around for... well, not forever but it's been around Edgewood since I was in High School and it's been nearly a quarter of a century since I was in High School. I think I can say fairly and with a pretty high degree of accuracy that the service and food at this Mcdonald's location is pretty good. I have to pinch pennies so a lot of the time I'll get a green chili double cheeseburger or a triple cheeseburger and the food is always good, the restaurant is clean, the app works great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The app works great too(have I mentioned that?). The people here work hard to get me quality foodl so it's hard for me to find much of anything to complain about. Just so you know, there are times where tons of cars will out of nowhere instantly flood the drive thru so I strongly suggest ordering ahead with the App. read more

I was in at about 8:30pm on Friday night. After a 12 hour day and then grocery shopping I thought I would surprise my wife with a double fish fillet and large fries that we share. My wife raves about this place and how fast they are. I was in there for about 15 minutes or more to order and receive my order. I witnessed the food prep girl chewing gum while making food and at least two others in the back eating near the food line. I noticed one girl dropping fresh fries and was happy to think I would be getting some hot fresh fries. After I raced home and sat down with my wife I found out that the fries were old and cold?? Why?? Just unbelievable how much you all do not even care. You would not even eat them but you're willing to serve them? Really?? Not to worry, I'll go to Pizza Barn for now on. Neglected due to general manager's bad priorities. The urinal in the men's room doesn't drain. I reported it to an employee who said it has been trouble the whole time she's worked here. They can't fix it without the GM's approval which he doesn't give. The employee told me machines behind the counter don't work properly either, again because the GM doesn't approve it. How do we give no stars? We walked into this McDonalds to find the floors muddy from the front door to the bathrooms, this is AFTER witnessing a drug deal with an employee of McDonalds out in front. Went to use the bathroom and had to wait for someone to finish doing drugs in one of the stalls. We ordered meals and all drinks were forgotten. Food was cold and our starving family chose not to finish most of it. Seriously, when you're traveling across the country, you can usually count on McDonalds to provide a warm, budget friendly meal cooked by clean and experienced team members. Not so in this McDonalds. Yikes. Everything that could go wrong did. First, when I went to pay the girl told me they were out of change and she "hoped that was ok" for 92¢. I asked her, "Sooo you're just gonna keep my change that's almost a dollar? And she said yeah. So I asked her if I could come up with the 8¢ would she be able to give me a dollar and she told me she'd have to get her manager. So I told her to please do that. Big ordeal. Then I get to the pickup window and the guy has my order totally wrong. So I'm asked to pull up and wait. That took 15 minutes - for four breakfast sandwiches. So I drive off and open the food. They forgot to add the cheese that I paid for. The biscuits and English muffins were black, totally burned. Then I find a hair. For fifteen dollars. Horrible.
