This location has the typical DQ menu items. Cheeseburgers are very good and the cheese curds are almost as good as the State Fair. Good and quick customer service. Seems clean. The outside picnic tables are nice to enjoy your food. This DQ would get a higher rating if the interior was more inviting. The inside needs a serious renovation. Management needs help. I don't blame the teens trying their best, especially when it's clear the issue is leadership here. I worked at a very successful Dairy Queen for years, and immediately noticed red flags at this location, but I tried to look past them. However, it is my opinion that someone needs to step in at this location or it will not be successful, and I feel for the team who is being set up to fail and then deal with upset customers. I requested a hot fudge sundae. I stated I wanted to pay extra for a pump of hot fudge, and I would gladly pay the price for a large size sundae. I explained that I didn't want the ice cream to melt (and overflow the cup), and I knew I wouldn't eat all of the ice cream, so I asked them to not add as much ice cream in the cup (but I would still pay the original price). I was told "we don't do that here" by the entire team present. So to make this clear: a paying customer willing to pay more towards less product, "wasn't allowed". Then I asked if I could get a medium sized sundae (regular amount of ice cream and topping), but put in a large sundae cup (to prevent overflow of melting when I drive away) and again I was told "no". I was willing to pay for 9 oz. of ice cream and only receive 7 oz. Other red flags: 1 person at the register continued to take orders (1 after the other), while the rest of the team made the treats. The team making treats was constantly behind, and wasn't able to hear the requests of the customers so they had to keep stopping, reviewing receipts, and finally making treats. The establishment isn't the same size as a McDonalds franchise, and they shouldn't rely on reading a ten foot long list of receipts to make orders or they will always be behind or miss customer requests. When your team is smaller, it's more efficient for someone to take an order, oversee payment, and finish the customer expectation by making the treat before moving onto 20 other customer's orders. My husband ordered a Regular Misty Float and wasn't given a spoon (which happens sometimes-understandable). We asked for a spoon and he was given a small sundae sized spoon. He politely asked for a long spoon, to which the team member politely obliged. The problem was, that the DQ team member took the small sundae spoon (which we had all touched), and put it back in the bin with the rest of the "new" spoons used for future customers. We have visited this location before and had similar experiences. The reason I am writing this review finally, is because while all of this happened^ I noticed 4 other customers treated very unfairly and told "we can't do that for you". It was noticeable that others were having the same experience that we were (that is, a negative experience). Including a customer who stated he never received the 2 small ice cream cones for his kids (although he received other food), and the team stating "you already ate and ordered your food awhile ago". They were not going to give him the ice cream cones unless he paid for them (which he showed his receipt, and explained he already did pay for the products). After the kids were near tears and crying that they never got their treats, the team finally gave them cones but had said "they already ate and you should have asked sooner". Rule 1: "the customer is always right" Rule 2: "ice cream is a treat. People should leave happier than when they came in" I hope this location re-evaluates their set-up and approach to customer service. read more

My husband went in to get me ice cream, I asked him to get me a side of fudge with it, when he asked they told him no. No. He can't purchase a side of fudge. This is apparently the managers call. I've gotten the same thing from DQ for probably 15 years all over the US and this is literally the only time we've been told that we couldn't purchase a side of fudge. They put it in a cup and have always just added a charge for extra fudge. Also my husband ordered a strawberry mango smoothie and was was told that he could only have one flavor. Place is a sh*t show and the manager seems like a b*tch for no reason To anyone wondering why fudge is such a big deal and why I would expect good service at a fast food joint here are the reasons. 1) A fast food place being fast food doesn't mean you should expect or provide trash service. People still spend their money at fast food joints, they should expect good service, and fast food places should provide it to the best of their ability. 2) Fudge is delicious, that's why it's a big deal. I feel like that doesn't need to be said but I guess it does. Also we did give it a second try during the day with our kids and I was like "whoooaaa this is worse than my husband described." It was HORRIBLY dirty, the staff which was a bunch of teens were pretty rude (I mean teens can be dicks so I guess that's whatever), and the orange creamsicle dip was freaking yellow and SALTY. My poor kids didn't understand why the girls were rude to them and my four year old was like "mom it's supposed to be orange" I know buddy. So from here on out we'll never go back. For 16 years we have lived in the area. From 2003-2008 we were satisfied with the service and quality Our 1st horrible experience was in 2009. We didn't return for 3 years. 2012, another horrible experience. 2015, had gift certificates....once again, horrible. Tonight we cashed in free gift cards, it took 16 minutes for them to make 3 medium blizzards!! Then, 2 were wrong on top of it. The old owner was hacking up a lung in the back, came out to snag cash out of a till...no concern for any customers packed in the lobby or the fact that our simple order was over 10.minutes old. This will be the absolute last time my family goes to this location. I'd recommend spending the gas and time to go to Rogers. This from a guy that has owned restaurants and ALWAYS gives the benefit of the doubt to the establishment. read more

Not sure if its just REALLY old or REALLY Dirty . Walked in and Walked back out . Its kind of freaky. Has a BAD Smell .

Every time we walk in the front door we hope they've cleaned up the ice cream prep area. We're disappointed with every visit. If you're concerned about eating food made in a clean environment look for a different DQ. The chicken strip sizes have continued to shrink ever since the $5 lunch started. Today's meal/lunch strips equal 1/3 the amount of food the old strips provided. However, I seem to see that problem at every DQ. read more

Wow, just wow. Slow service, inattentive staff (including the owner), flat soda, ice machine out of ice, not to mention the place is filthy. Dusty fans blowing on food, ice cream dripping everywhere. I challenge you to find a surface that isn't sticky in this joint. My suggestion is to make the drive to another DQ. read more

This is without a doubt the filthiest DQ ever! The dining area tables need to be cleaned and disinfected. The counter help uniforms are always dirty looking and lastly, the machines dispensing the ice cream are gross. I really don't understand why the health department haven't given this place a citation. read more
