Dairy Queen at Address: 8510 Bowman Dr, Lincoln, NE 68526... I drove up to use my mobile app, the deal for monday, bye one get one on a blizzard. It said the second 'free' one had to be of equal or lessor value.... great! so i ordered two small blizzards, one royal and one regular. HOWEVER, when i tried to use it at the window they said it wouldn't work cuz they had to be the same... and the royal blizzard messed it up. So, they wouldn't take my mobile 'Deal' and i had to pay for both of them... and worse the manager on duty who came to the window to confirm was really rude about it and didn't try to make it work at all.... simply said they have to be the same blizzard, even though the mobile app obviously said something different read more

Place is a dump. Very poorly run, the kitchen/back was extremely messy. Need a little more assistance with amount of people in the back, feel bad for the workers. Manager needs to figure out scheduling. Health hazards are something I seriously am thinking about. read more

When I lived in Lincoln and I was out running errands and I got an ice cream craving this location is super convenient to fix that craving! Right near the interstate! Really well kept and clean! Staff is friendly ! They can be a little slow with service but not all that bad! Overall love getting the blizzards and orange Julius here! Super convenient and pretty quick! Placed a 42.00 order in the drive thru. I was asked to pull forward to wait on fresh fries. Didn't pay much attention to the time because I don't mind waiting for quality products. When a team member approached I was handed a single bag, with BBQ sauce along the bottom side of the bag and immediately was upset about the mess, also leary about there being 42$ worth of food jammed into this single bag. I pulled into the lot and began to try to look through this bad without having to really set it down because I didn't want BBQ sauce all over my car. I was again approached in the parking lot by another team member with a smaller bag, already upset I said whats in this? She responded two fresh orders of fries, I said oh the ones I was asked to wait for and received this f-ing mess instead? How do I even begin to check this? Is your lobby open so I can figure out whats here? She replied yes so I parked close to the door and took the large, over stuffed, saucy bag inside. I placed the bag on the nearest table in view of other guests and began removing the items that were in it and realized there were still 5 items I hadn't received. Two of these items were in fact also those fries I had been asked to wait for. Irritated I waited my turn in line and explained what I was missing to a guy who asked if he could help.me. I handed him my receipt he also took the bag, he was met at the end of the counter by the manager who's hair was about two inches below her shoulders, down and not in a hair net. She spoke loudly and asked where the smaller bag they just brought out was. I said in my car. She insisted that I go retrieve it and I told her I would expect the whole order to be remade as it was all getting cold. I went and fetched the bag as instructed, came in to find the manager unloading the same items from.the larger bag that I clearly just handled on their prep surface, I told her she was wrong for doing so as it's against health code to take items back from a guest and to just refund my f-ing money. For two reasons she didn't try to apologize at all, and she implicated by needing to see them items again that myself a guest in her drive thru was trying to get free food or get over on them. It also occurs to me that not only is she wrong for bringing potentially contaminated food back into prep surfaces areas, we have been in a pandemic for over a year, mask mandated again for a couple months and this manager takes the risk of putting people in our community at great risk by acting this way instead of acknowledging their mistake and trying to make me look like I was lying or proving that I was really missing items. I have never experienced such a horrible response to a messed up order and I certainly hope that this practice of addressing incorrect orders doesn't spread this awful virus we are all doing our best to slow the spread of. The void receipt I received had the name Alyssa on it. When I called later to ask the managers name she simply tolld me to have a great night and hung up. read more

It's a typical Dairy Queen, so there are no surprises on the menu. With that being said, Dairy Queen does ice cream up right! It is delicious. Just about perfect for that sweet craving that won't go away. The restaurant also offers burgers & chicken strips. It's all good. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Service is fast. The location is convenient. There is plenty of parking in the lot. This is a great place to stop when you have a sweet tooth. read more

Ordered a small Oreo blizzard. The icecream was soupy and liquid and had only 5 small pieces of oreo in it and they were all right on top.

Blizzard and food was amazing but the service was horrible. My grandmother asked what drinks they served and the lady said Coke products, my grandma asked "what coke products" and the lady was very rude in her answer. We got up to the window and my grandma asked for napkins and they shoved them at our bag of food. This is the only DQ I've gone to that had ever been rude. read more

I was staying at the motel next door and walked over here on a Saturday evening. My experience was bittersweet, as my wife's Blizzard was great but the Chili Dogs I ordered were lousy. My wife wanted a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard, and she said it was delicious. I ordered a couple Chili Dogs, and the hot dogs were almost crunchy like something you would find at a gas station that had been sitting around all day. The chili on the hot dogs was stone cold. The service here was friendly and reasonably quick, but the quality needs some work. read more

I asked what do you make that is orange and she said a smoothie. So I ordered a smoothie. "Oh sorry. We don't make those either. " ugh. So we ordered two sandwiches, fries and a drink.
