As you approach the restaurant you notice there is outdoor seating and that the bar extends outside, so there is seating inside and out at the bar. There are numerous tables and booths, along with big screen TV's. The table tops have a neat design,and the chairs are comfortable. It was a "seat yourself" at the time we were there and we had plenty of seat choices. Our server quickly took our drink order and before the drinks arrived they wanted to take our food order. I don't like being rushed, so we asked to have some time to peruse the menu. The menu has lots of appetizers, a few salads, entrees, sandwiches and specialties as well as desserts, I settled on the baked penne. Food arrived timely and looked great. For me, the baked penne was too cheesy with not enough sauce. I was disappointed since every description of their sauce made it sound so good, so I feel like I missed out. My group of friends has made Hangout our weekly hangout. The food is always yummy, whether we go light or heavy and the servers are very friendly & helpful. My faves are the Ahi Tuna, the chicken snack wraps, and the pizza, but all their Italian specialties are wonderful too. read more

I stopped in on a whim and so glad I did as it's been a while since I stopped in. I have experienced the service by Alyssia and I'm always happy when she takes care of me! I took advantage of their lunch specials which consists of their Chicken Parm as either sliders of with pasta, or a cheese pizza for $7. I chose the pizza. For the price, it can't be beat. So the place def looks weird but the food is great. They specialize in Italian and man I can say the sauce the meatballs and the parm sliders are legit. I joined friends there on a Friday night when they have live country music. The live music is inviting. I was surprised by the number of menu items for a small establishment and impressed by the number of them that we vegan friendly. I enjoyed a small vegetarian pizza. It was thin crust and drizzled with a thick balsamic vinaigrette. The server was very friendly and attentive. I'm giving it four stars now, but will return this coming season and take photos. We had a really unfortunate experience last night. The server got one of our orders wrong. When we brought it to his attention he said they would make and bring the correct order "right away." My wife then sat there for 15 minutes while the rest of us finished our meals. No offer of something to eat in the meantime, no checking in to let us know what was taking so long, nothing. My experience at the Hangout today was terribly disappointing. I came to have lunch with my wife, and when we saw on the menu that brunch is only available on Sundays, she walked a couple of doors down to get breakfast food to go and join me. As I looked through the rest of the menu, there were so many amazing things I would love to try. They have pizza, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, so many great options! And the service by Bryce (not sure I spelled that right) was super friendly and attentive for the brief time I was there. I opted for the Chicken Parm main meal. I learned about this restaurant on Nextdoor a few days ago, and people had written so highly of their food and supporting a local business, which I wanted to do. My wife came back to join me, and I was seated outside; there were only me and one other customer who had occupied tables. Every other table was empty. Less than 30 seconds after she sat down as I wanted for my food, a person, presumably the manager or owner, came out and said my wife could not eat her breakfast with me. I explained that I had ordered a meal and she wanted breakfast food, but he would not budge. He could have handled it so many different ways- like explaining our policy is no outside food and don't do it again, but since this restaurant isn't busy it's okay this one time. This way I could have at least tried their food, and would likely be back! I can see how "bringing outside food" may not be appreciated, but I had ordered a meal for myself, and outside seating was completely empty. Plus, I am occupying a two-person outdoor table whether seated alone or with my wife. Not wanting to be separated, we both left. This manager could have shown discretion, and if it was a busy time, I would understand, but I personally think this is petty. As much as the menu looks amazing, I will never be back and would discourage you from supporting this business. read more

Food was cold when it came out and my guest didn't get her's until I reminded she wanted to eat also. Which took snore 10 minutes. Service took 25 minutes to show up to take drink orders at the tale end of happy hour. I had to speak to the greeter twice to get service. The music was good. read more

The Hangout by Two Guys offers some great lunch specials. The food is quite good and delicious. We had the personal pizza with half pepperoni which just the right size to share and a salad. The menu offers many choices you won't be disappointed. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. We grabbed a table outside and enjoyed our food and the nice weather. There is a bar both in and out of the restaurant. Parking is not an issue as it is located in a large shopping center. read more

we were super bummed, saw the reviews and wanted to try something new! We were greeted by a sweet hostess and allowed to pick our seat outside. after about 10 mins of chatting when my fiancé noticed we may have been forgotten after another 10 mins of waiting we went our server who didn't apologize or try to alleviate the frustration. A busier brought us water and when she came back we asked for straws and she stopped in the door and proceeded to have a lengthy conversation. The lights were off and we weren't Told when they'd be on. So the ambiance was simply hard to get. Overall it's unfortunate because we watched the server from our car be confused that we left. We had AMAZING food and awesome service. The meatballs were clearly homemade, fresh and delicious. The happy hour snack wraps were creative and so yummy. They have a great happy hour, I had a Tito's martini for $7, along with a cheese pizza, meatballs and snack wraps for $6-$7 each. The chef and server were accommodating to us and I want to give a special shoutout to our server, Jaden. He went out of his way to make our toddler feel special and he was so patient and sweet. The atomophere of this place was pretty quiet when went. We stopped by for happy hour after work. They had a decent selection of food for $5 as part of their happy hour as well as drink specials. The food was OK. We order the trio and weren't very impressed by it, the salsa tasted like it might have been from a jar but the guacamole tasted fresh. We did get the caprese salad which was quite tasty. The tacos were good, however the shrimp was over fried and had a slight burnt taste. I think if the shrimp had been cooked a little better they would have been great. We attempted to order the eggplant parmesan, but unfortunately they were out. One of my friends did get the spaghetti and meatballs which she said were good. I would be interested to try this place again and see if we had a better experience. read more

We were here last year and for whatever reason, my husband wasn't thrilled with it, but I enjoyed it very much. So this year I asked him to give it another try and so glad we did! We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who even stopped at our table during one of the times she was walking by to ask if everything was okay, which I thought was an 'extra mile' she didn't have to go through so we appreciated that. Our server(s) were great -- friendly and prompt. I liked how they had food runners so you didn't have to wait longer than necessary. The pizza was terrific! We enjoyed it and it was kinda fun to sit back and relax on the comfy blue couch. The musician that evening was great, just like the one they had the last time we were there.
