This is actually my first time trying any Dairy Queen, and the food is just all right at best. I went here with a group of 6 on a Sunday for lunch to an empty seating area that resembles most fast-food chains like McDonalds. I like how they also have a selection of ice cream cakes near the cash registers to also take a look at, which I heard was the appeal of DQ. I ordered a bacon two cheese deluxe combo along with a medium-sized salted caramel truffle blizzard. The combo comes with the burger along with fries and a medium-sized drink. The burger was decent; the patty didn't have too much flavor into it but the bacon was all right. The fries were regular fries so nothing much to say about them. The salted caramel truffle blizzard was way too sweet and salty; I had to throw it out even when I only had half of it remaining. All of our food did take a little while to come out but this didn't affect my experience here in any way. Overall this was a good first time eating at DQ though I'll get my burgers and fries elsewhere. I will grab an Oreo blizzard instead on a future visit since 3 of my friends loved that one the most and is probably the more popular flavor as well. read more

So I'm writing a review for Dairy Queen but it's not the one near me if that matters at all so today I bought a hamburger and I never go into Dairy Queen. I used to go for the ice cream but it's so expensive. I don't go there anymore anyway back to my hamburger so it was a double burger patty and it was some spicy hot burger. It was actually $10 for this burger. OK this burger wasn't worth $2.50 and I'm gonna show you a picture of it now the chicken strip which the kid got I think was about the same price and it looked a lot better but their burgers I would do a hard pass. read more

I got tired of MCD saying that their mcflurry machine was broken so decided to go here. Got a medium blizzard and it was the holiday season so I saw that they had the Oreo hot cocoa but I only wanted the Oreo and the gal at the counter said they could do that too. That was nice! The service was quick and efficient. I don't remember having any hot food here, so I can't judge how that part is. I like that there's a lot of flavors to choose from (blizzard). Kind of pricey though. Also got a chocolate Sunday cone for my little one - kid size. All in all - a-ok experience. I watched him lift that hand to his mouth- which brought the cone about two inches from his hair, and started chewing on the cuticle of one of his fingers. I'm not sure why there are so many horrible reviews for this place! I think the service is fine at this Dairy Queen and the food is always excellent. It's always hot and fresh and perfectly made to order. The only complaint I have is that the blizzards aren't always blended very well so a lot of times you get the vanilla ice cream at the bottom with no flavorings. Other than that I'm pretty happy with the service and we come here almost every week. read more

So this location always has an issue but today I just wanted some cheese curds I order my order I place it through the app paid extra for the item. Then came home opened it no cheese curds at all. So I tried to dispute through the app there is no way to do so. So I started calling the restaurant I called 6 times before anyone answered they then told me bring the order back and the receipt to see if I can even get a refund if the manager is in. 3 stars for Dairy Queen! Talk about saving some serious dough. All the years I've driven by Dairy Queen and have never once considered actually going to eat any of the food. Well my kids godmother suggested we stop there after doing some ice skating and I was so tired I just accepted. I was pleasantly surprised by the value you get in each meal. I bought food for about 6 kids no kidding and it was $30. An unprecedented savings if you ask me. Was the food through the roof spectacular, no. But was it edible and didn't give me a stomach ache the next day, yes. In my perspective I would say that it's worth it if you're really hungry. It's also worth it if you don't mind fast food. It's also worth it if you want to get the biggest value for your dollar. A great place to take out your nieces and nephews when you don't want to spend a lot of cash and you don't feel up to cooking. The only reason I am giving this DQ two stars is because the ice cream is still good but the service sucks . I ordered a Blizzard and a Carmel sundae . What I got was a Blizzard in the container about 3/4 of a inch from the top . I asked why it wasn't full . Her response was I didn't make so she stirred it up to make it look full . So I left I was so pissed at that I didn't realize they made me a hot fudge sundae instead of Carmel. Not going back again . AVOID. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and let me tell you, it was harder than a rock. Not even slightly edible. It's very clear that it had been sitting under the warmer for at least the entire day, and then refried- to death. I drove back, explained the situation and asked for a completely different meal. I got my new meal, and only then did the manager say "sorry bout that". While waiting for my replacement meal a few of the workers were just kind of standing around staring at me. You might think it's crazy to leave Dairy Queen a five star review... that's fine. But let me tell you why they deserve it. There we were, sitting in a 15 car backed up line waiting for our turn at the drive through on a Friday night. And Dairy Queen brought in their varsity team knock down that line in hardly any time. They delivered exactly what we craved and exactly what we went there for: cookie dough and Oreo blizzards. This "A-Team" looked more professional and more serious about their COVID safety procedures than any other fast food joint or mom and pop shop we've been too. They seamlessly cruised through the cars in front of us and promptly handed over our delicious treats. Wow! We rarely treat ourselves to ice cream. We stopped at this location and got in line at the drive-thru. We ordered 2 cones, then waited for about 4 cars in front of us. When we got to the drive-thru window we could see 2 things: one was our 2 ice cream cones in a holder on the counter. The other was 4 employees standing near the window - talking and laughing and oblivious to our presence. We tried to get their attention, but they were much too busy enjoying each others' company. One person appeared to be a manager. By the time we got their attention, the cones were melting and we were angry. Customer service was well below par for this location. I requested a larger cup for water and was told the 6oz cup was the only one for water. I ate my dinner and it was very good!!! After I ordered ice cream and the service was quick but I didn't receive a spoon and I attempted to ask for one but was ignored. First time I'd been to a Dairy Queen since I was probably 8. Was on my way to Jack In The Box but saw the huge line for the drive thru at Dairy Queen and figured I better jump into it too. It loses one point for being slow, and another point for having a drive-up menu that you can't read at all until you are asked to order. I need time to look! I got a chili cheese dog meal (#10? I just sort of chose at random since I felt rushed) with a small cookie dough blizzard and it was all awesome. Meal came with fries and a drink. A little under $10 for everything. Ordered a hamburger with NO onions and NO cheese. They messed up and put on both. Gave me a "new" sand which extremely fast. I got home and opened it. The boy was drawn in due to their cheeseburger lover's deal, and I can't say no to creamy delicious soft serve. Drive through is fast. The employees are nice if not a little snarky (you could hear one of them laughing in the back when my boyfriend was asking me how blizzards work). The food is alright. Probably better than McDonald's but I couldnt even tell you the last time I went to one. It's tasty-edible, greasy, and Im sure wholly unhealthy for you.
