What I thought was a treat for my bf turned out to be a mistake on my end. The original pretzel dog was quite gross. I was told it was made to order, 10mins. The pretzel itself unrolled very easily as the dough was barely cooked. The inside of the dough was mushy along with the extreme saltiness of the cheapest hot dog quality you can think of. This is one of those things you'd toss to your dog to eat after just one bite. The size of it is small, not even the size of my hand. Opt for the minis as it has better quality sausage. This Auntie Anne's location is honestly one of those places that never disappoints. Every time I stop by, the people working there are super friendly and just cool to deal with. I always stop by on my lunch break and they always offer me the mall employee discount!! It's nice going somewhere where the staff actually seems happy and welcoming. And the pretzels are ALWAYS fresh. Soft, warm, and just really good every single time. My go-to is the pepperoni pretzel bites. I could eat those things every day. They're the perfect little snack and onestly addictive. Also am obsessed with their Redbull lemonades!! Overall, it's just a solid spot with good people and consistently great snacks. I had figured I haven't had a pretzel in a very long time. Liked that there was no line. Being hopeful I got to the counter I was not greeted. I must've been interrupting the workers text messaging. The other one was actually rolling out dough so they couldn't see me. Anyhow, the kid with the gold dangly earring seemed to have an attitude problem... I ordered then he started to ring me up on the end register not letting me know where to pay, just a I can get you down here so I know what's going on. Then I asked if they had ApplePay he said yes after me waiting for at least a minute. 2 staff that was prepping the food was talking loudly and one staff not masked and the other one didn't have it on correctly. Reminded them to put their masks on per CDC guidelines. Stared me down hard and continued on with their conversations. This auntie Anne's located next to Disney Store (recently closing down, sadly). 9/11/21 @8pm - Southcenter mall location. The owner has addressed the issue swiftly, and I'm changing it based on his decisive action to remove those employees but I will reserve the right to update and take photos and post back up here and lower my rating, if it occurs again. My favorite is the raisin pretzel and there aren't many locations that still have it on their menu. Even the other Auntie Anne's in this mall down by JCPenney doesn't list it on their menu. They rarely have the raisin pretzel cooked and ready since it's not a popular flavor and probably not many people buy it. So usually when I order the raisin one at any location that offers it, they have to cook it for me. So I don't mind waiting the 5 to 7 minutes for it to be ready. Over the course of many years this is now my 3rd time coming here. Each time I've come it's been abysmal to say the least. No staff issues. They all seem to be working hard. But the flavor and the lack of quality is beyond comprehension. The pretzels were dry and over-cooked and the cheese container given with the pretzel is not heated up so you'll have a blob of cheese to go with your $5 pretzel. Even worse, our pretzels were cold within 50 ft of checkout. My suggestion: find another location to go to. This one is not worth losing $30.80. read more

Between the two Auntie Anne's that Southcenter has, this one is my least favorite. This location always seems to get the rude employees. The cashier was nice even though she didn't really listen to what I was saying, but she was nice. So that's what counts. The second employee, who was making the food for the night, was rude as fuck. Which is unfortunate because I know for a fact she's the manager - I used to work at the Starbucks next to the second AA location and I was introduced to her when she first started here a couple years ago. She must not remember me. The cashier was talking to a few other customers, so I walked up to the counter and asked the manager (who was standing right where customers could access her) and asked her if they had jumbo pretzel dogs coming up because there were none in the case (don't judge me). She looked up, ROLLED HER EYES, and pointed at the menu and said "as you can see on our menu... we don't have those anymore. we have the regular and the mini. that's why they're on the menu," and then she went back to doing whatever she was doing. The way that she acted just completely rubbed me the wrong way. If you're going to be a manager, you should be setting an example for your employees. I've worked at the mall, in food service, so I know how tough it gets at the end of the day - but that doesn't mean you take your frustration out on customers who are asking a simple question. Let it be known that I don't come to the mall sooooo effing often that I know when your damn menu items are discontinued. We won't be going to either AA location if this lady is working - no matter how much my boyfriend and I like pretzel dogs. read more

For some reason - Auntie Anne's is something that I always have to have when I go mall shopping. This one is centrally located on the first floor (it's not in the 2nd floor food court). I love this Auntie Anne's!!!!! Monday is double punch day, Tuesday is $1 pretzel day. Mall employees get an amazing discount and everyday, 10 minutes before they close, everything in their hot case is only $2, even the jumbo dog (if they had any left). The employees (most of them) are fun and amazing. The manager is crazy awesome. 4 stars instead of 5 because the line can be crazy long sometimes. && it will be awesome if people can order and then paid first instead of waiting for everything before walking away from the register. Who loves pretzels? I do, I do!!!!!! I think we all love Auntie Anne's pretzels at this point cause there gooddddddddd. Beware the pretzel dog that looks juicy wonderful on the top but has a burnt surprise on the bottom. I ate there today and this burnt surprise ruined one of my favorite on the go snacks. Turn down the warmers people!! They did however have a $1.00 special which was a cinnamon pretzel that I bought as well. And just when I lost all hope for Auntie Anne's they went and totally redeemed themselves w/ that sugary goodness. Loved the pretzel hated the dog. Better luck next time. read more

The staff was friendly, but they served lukewarm and slightly soggy pretzel bites. They must have been in there for a while. The mango lemonade was delicious, but no free refills is kind of ridiculous when it's the standard in so many places. I love Auntie Anne's pretzels but this location has the WORST SERVICE! My 5 year old son really wanted a sweet almond pretzel, but they didn't have any made so we decided to wait the quoted "6-7 minutes". After 15 minutes I went to check on where our pretzels were only to find out they never made them! So we waited again. After another 15 minutes, during which I saw them throw away 2 pretzels, I went back to the counter. This time the 2 employees ignored me and would not make eye contact for a good 3 minutes until I finally said, "excuse me, is this some kind of joke?" They told me they made my pretzels, but forgot to set the timer. They burned them. No offer for a different pretzel that was already done, or a refund, or apology. I requested a refund and left with a disappointed (pretzel-less) child. read more
