Original Pretzel Dog $7.16 tax included
    Erica C.

What I thought was a treat for my bf turned out to be a mistake on my end. The original pretzel dog was quite gross. I was told it was made to order, 10mins. The pretzel itself unrolled very easily as the dough was barely cooked. The inside of the dough was mushy along with the extreme saltiness of the cheapest hot dog quality you can think of. This is one of those things you'd toss to your dog to eat after just one bite. The size of it is small, not even the size of my hand. Opt for the minis as it has better quality sausage. And most likely the dough will be cooked. The place is pricey overall, not worth it.

My favorite is the raisin pretzel and there aren't many locations that still have it on their menu. Even the other Auntie Anne's in this mall down by JCPenney doesn't list it on their menu. They rarely have the raisin pretzel cooked and ready since it's not a popular flavor and probably not many people buy it. So usually when I order the raisin one at any location that offers it, they have to cook it for me. So I don't mind waiting the 5 to 7 minutes for it to be ready. That way I get it nice and fresh.

Help is always nice and polite but every time they do not have the pretzel dogs ready... What is up with that ? I always have to wait... Didn't want to wait today and had the cheese filled pretzel bites.. They were pretty good

We had the sweet almond and a garlic something or other pretzel. Delicious. Cashier was prompt and polite. Food was warm and crispy!

But portion size was pretty small. I'll try the "extra crispy" option next time to see what that's like. I used the kiosk to order. Easy enough. When my order was ready, a few orders were ready at the same time. It was a little chaotic. It's hard to give them a rave review. The burger scene is crowded. Firebite Burger and Katsuburger are tough to beat. And Red Robin is across the street. The "haystack double" at Red Robin is only $12.99, with bottomless fries.. But if you ad a $3.99 soda, it's more expensive with the tip, but not by much, and you get a double cheeseburger, and free refills on the drink. But this is better than the fast food chains in overall quality. Ambience? I don't know what I expected. Interior was kind of spartan, yet kinda loud and hectic. They have outside patio seating if the weather is nice enough. But there is traffic noise and clowns in the parking lot with loud aftermarket pipes.

This time around, they were running a $12 deal which included a chicken sandwich, fries, dessert pie, and a drink. We ended up upgrading the fries to a side of spaghetti which was SO worth it. I've never had an issue with dry chicken here, and I love the freshness of the veggies and the sweetness of the bread (fresh jalapeños too??!). The Filipino spaghetti always hits but don't except it to be anything like a traditional spaghetti. It's much sweeter and comes with slices of hot dog, just the way I like it. Service: (5/5) I always see a ton of staff working at the same time here, so service has never been an issue. They're super nice and are often taking on long lines.

This location stays busy and the turnover on their food goes fast. So you always going to get fresh food. And yes the Filipina in me loves Gerri f their spaghetti or Palabok with my chicken. However, she was gracious when I said NO! 13 Coins had a great menu selection. Nice ambience. When I entered the building, there were tables on the patio that had not been cleared of dirty dishes. When I walked out, 45 mitinuetes later tables were still dirty. Perhaps staff could help each other out. Several times I observed staff leaning, or chatting with each other socially. Disappointed that the first impression was they aren't collectively trying to keep an appearance of excellence and attention . Dirty tables for that long shows me it's not a priority, although it's a basic restaurant nuance.
