Not only that, it was a sundae with chocolate only in the very bottom of the cup, a daub on the side and hardly any on top TIMES TWO! Ordered two and when we got home with them, they were both miserable. Called manager next day, to suggest maybe some quality control, or education employees might be in order. Order DQ through Uber and when my food came it was the wrong food. NOTE this isn't the drivers/ubers fault since my name was on the bag and the order I had ordered was on the receipt but the food inside wasn't even close to what i ordered i order a lot of food and I only got 1 chicken stip basket. Ordered dinner for the family. One of the items was a chicken strip basket. Simple enough. Get all the way back home realize I got what looks like somebody's garbage in a box. You look in the drive-through window and all the girls are just standing there basically twiddling their thumbs. All the rest of the food we ordered was cold like it had been sitting. Normally I don't leave reviews but I was fiending for a nice little treat. I ordered a 4 piece garlic chicken basket with ranch on the side and a nutter butter blizzard. I took this bad boy to the river to enjoy but when I opened the box I was gagged to find 6 pieces of BARBECUE chicken. If that wasn't bad enough, the toast was so dark it looked like it had been rubbed through every crevice of the human body after a 6 hour workout. Also my blizzard was the wrong size. I went to get a banana split and ordered extra hot fudge and peanuts. You HAVE to pay for extra hot fudge in order to get more than a spoon full in ur split. Well they charged me but didn't give me what I ordered. I got all the way home and had NO peanuts so I called and was told to come back and they would remake it. I drove all the way back and asked for it to be remade. One girl stood at the window with her back to my trying to hide the other girl Making the split. I was trying to watch to make sure They put peanuts in and my extra hot fudge. I didn't receive an apology from the snotty girl at the window and when she handed me the bag, She said "Here you go" and she handed me the bag like I had COVID-19!!!! I got home and discovered the peanuts UNDER the bananas drenched in the strawberry sauce and like three peanuts on top. I have had issues before at this dairy queen but I have had it! Fast service and delicious ice cream treats! We came in for a weekday lunch and the place was packed. Nevertheless, they got our burgers and shakes out very quickly and we all enjoyed our meal. This location has been in operation for many years and so the place doesn't look as "brand-new" as some other area locations. Nevertheless, its clean and in good repair. Of course, they have all the same photos that every other DQ has, but that's just part of being a "chain" restaurant I guess. Try their chicken strips or burgers, if you're here for lunch. This place has screwed up out order every single time we have ordered there and we've been there a lot. I have ordered the rotisserie chicken bites several times. Soggy unappealing fries greasy toast. (Seriously how is toast greasy.) I have yet to get the gravy with my order. Everytime I ask they say they are out. GRAVY IS LIKE THEIR WHOLE THING. This Dairy Queen was a complete cluster f@$$. We went in to only order a small blizzard. It took the lady forever to finally place her order. Finally another employee came out and started helping take the orders. Meanwhile, minutes after we had finally ordered I noticed blizzards and cones sitting on a tray the 3 mins we were standing there waiting for our 1 small blizzard. It appeared they had 3 other people ahead of us still waiting on someone to finish making their ice cream orders since the other kid got sent to the front to help. Finally we got our blizzard and got outta there. They need to figure out how to manage their time and how to organize their orders better. read more

I've been here at least 11 times and there food is consistently very good, especially for fast food!! Probably the best Dairy Queen I have had since I've started to visit them in 1985. The staff is super efficient and fast for all the volume they produce. They should be congratulated as they have consistently produced good food and good ratings with the food board of Benton County. Very upset about not having fry sauce with my fries unless I pay for it. I can understand if the first sauce is free but additional sauce will cost you. But we weren't even given that choice! No fry sauce for you unless you pay period! Other buger joints are more customer friendly with their fry sauce- one free is acceptable- having to pay for ANY fry sauce is not. i always love DQ food and ice cream but for some reason tonight when i went through the drive thru, i ordered $25 in food and ice cream and the staff was just really rude for some reason.. never had this issue before but i'm assuming it's just because all the staff is like high schoolers with their first jobs... i know how much it sucks to work in the service industry sometimes but you always have to remember you're getting paid to be there, you can't just have an attitude with customers because of something personal. that's not any way to make money. of course i'll eat here again, it was just pretty unpleasant to deal with read more

We ordered three of the new Triple Chocolate Brownie items and the brownies were very hard and we could not get a spoon through them. They smelled burnt and tasted similiar (at least the part my children could get their spoons through). It ruined the experience of the evening since my children could not enjoy their treats :( The DQ was so busy - that when I called to complain about the treats, no one answered the phone :( Not a good experience either. So I logged on and completed this survey instead at DQfanfeedback.com. I put I would not return to DQ, but they gave me a code for a free dilly bar ??? why? I will be sending this same summary directly to the owner via an email or letter and will be posting on Yelp :( All because I could not get through to the establishment. The establishment itself is nice especially after the remodel, but the service I got was atrocious. I will admit that I don't expect a lot from fast food places, but the girl at the counter blantantly ignored me for 12 minutes while she talked to her friend. The back-up girl was literally pinned between the talking girl and corner of the counter so that the talking girl could be closer to her friend. She acknowledged me but didn't offer to make my order or even to ask the girl to move. After the 12 minutes of being ignored she took my order and stuck her ungloved fingers into the icecream to keep it from dripping. I was annoyed and grossed out. Unless a manager or health inspector is here I will not be back at this particular store. read more

I understand it is a tough time to be in business, but DQ has taken a turn for the worse by nickel & diming their customers. They started charging 25 cents extra per fry sauce, salad dressing or dipping sauce for chicken. Okay, okay, I understand if someone wants like 10, but I simply want ONE. A few months ago I got a large salad and they gave me one packet of salad dressing. It barely covered the salad, I mean... it didn't at all. So, I asked for another one, and they told me I had to pay for it. LOL. So I paid for it. Similar situation happened this weekend. My daughter got kids meal chicken strips with no sauce. She went up to ask for BBQ and they told her she had to pay for it. Granted, she is only 10 and probably didn't tell them that she didn't even get ONE with her chicken. But... I think they should train their employees to always include sauce with chicken strips. Isn't that just the standard? BTW...they also charge for fry sauce. They would not even give me ONE for my fries. I think they have the worst fries in town so I only eat them with fry sauce. I'm a business owner, and I think they would do better if they increased their prices slightly (if they really need the money so bad) and brought back the free fry sauce!! :-) read more

I usually get ice waters for free at Dairy Queen and had asked for two and she had charged me so I had just asked if they were not free which like I said I usually get them for free but it's fine I don't mind paying but I do mind the attitude with her informing they are not free and how much they cost again. While rolling her eyes, and I know she did becuase u can see the people taking your orders. Then while waiting for the car in front of me this kid was talking to I'm assuming a freind becuase I continued to hear them talking about someone saying someone's a dumb b***h and hes f******g stupid. Then when I finally got to the window and they were done talking she charged me and set my change on the counter handed me my cups and I asked for my receipt and she gave me one but not my receipt but someone else's. I will never spend my money at this Dairy Queen again, I literally got a yelp account to write this. On New Year's Eve my family went for a quick ice cream before an event at 9, we got to this DQ at 8:45 15 mins to close, got our ice cream and sat down amongst other customers in the sitting area and were talking and eating our ice cream. The manager a man maybe in his 30s came over to our table and said they were closed and we needed to leave. We said we didn't realize they were closed since they served us but we'd be done in a minute and we'd leave, it was cold outside and we were eating ice cream... we didn't order food just blizzards. The manager replied "okay I'll just call the cops and they can get you out".... shocked, we got up to leave. EACH one of the staff behind the counter talked shit to us as we walked out yelling things like "Get out" "leave" and sure enough as soon as we walked out 3 Richland police cars pulled in... seriously?
