We got mint Oreo and choco brownie. 2 out of 4 of us have upset stomachs & other uh, not so fun side effects approximately 2-3 hrs after eating the blizzards. The choco brownie did not taste right. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I came here to get my kids some ice cream, I ordered a M&M blizzard and a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard. I travel 15 minutes home give the kids the ice cream to find out the "Cookie Dough" is actually Reese's Peanut Butter and my kid is severely allergic. I called and spoke to Anthony (the manager) trying to be understanding as things happen, and he told me to come back in and I can get a replacement for the blizzard. I travel another 15 minutes to this Dairy Queen trying to get the ice cream for my kid before she gets out of urgent care and when I go I am greeted by this egotistical employee named Richard. Slumped over the counter asking "what can I get ya" is very unprofessional especially since I just mentioned I came previously and you guys injured my child. When I ask for the manager he points and says he just passed you. Out the door. Thinking he would go grab his manager he makes me go and chased down Anthony to help and accommodate my needs. This place is a joke, not only did they get my order wrong, injure my child, be disrespectful, I still left without ice cream . I went to the Sonic down the street instead. The manager needs to hold his employees accountable but how can I expect that when he didn't do anything to help either . 15 minutes there 15 minutes home 2x? An hour for nothing. I was in the mood for ice cream and I knew that Dairy Queen would satisfy my ice cream craving! I went through the drive thru and I did not have to wait long at all to order. The employee working the drive thru was kind. I ordered the choco brownie extreme blizzard. I was thankful that it had lid on it and the spoon that was given to me was wrapped in a napkin! My blizzard was yummy and I was satisfied. I had been here before and ordered a cupfection and I didn't really enjoy it but I was happy with my blizzard! read more

If I could give it less than a star I would. The lady in the drive thru was quite abrasive when asking "What you want?" She interrupted me several times and seemed impatient when I had to decide on what to do when I was informed they no longer offered my favorite blizzard in a mini size. She left the intercom on in the middle of me ordering while she was talking to other employees. When I had finally had enough and said "NO" in a stern tone after her last interruption of "Anything else?" She raised her voice even louder when shouting the total at me. I drove up to the window and she backed up and had someone else take my card. I asked the lady if that was the manager I was speaking to and she said "Yeah, mhm. She sure is! Pull forward." I couldn't even believe it. I certainly didn't feel comfortable complaining since the manager herself was the reason for my dissatisfaction. Went on a quick lunch date with my wife once. Slowest service ever and the food must've been two weeks old. We also got to enjoy the ambiance of the most hood employees yelling and cussing at each other. I think one employee was screaming on the phone at baby daddy. It was such a romantic experience! As DQ's are franchise owned, I would imagine the owner hasn't stepped foot inside the building ever. Please don't shut the place down, rather bulldoze it because it must be built on an Indian burial ground. I've been to this location several times, I'll be back even though I tell my wife every-time we should never come back, but kids and limited local options... There are some very nice workers here, but the restaurant is not very nice. The intercom has issues, it's so hard to understand the people talking and they don't seem to be able to hear me very well ( I see other commenters have brought this up as too so, they must not really give AF). This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I've ever encountered, 2:00 in the afternoon I sat at the drive thru speaker box for almost 5 minutes and when I said hello the girl responds "sorry ma'am there's a lot going on" previously I had visited and the woman taking my order kept saying how she couldn't hear me. I seriously had my head out my window yelling, but the reason she couldn't hear me was because someone she was standing next to was yelling some nonsense and curse words. Cleanliness: This DQ was somewhat dirty. The bathroom and tables especially. Staff: some of the staff is pleasant but most of the staff looks like they would rather be anywhere else. They are barely listening and there is no customer service. Food: this is hit or miss. However recently it seems more of a miss. On our last visit I specified TWICE no whipped cream on my milkshake. Guess what? It had whipped cream on it. Additionally, it wasn't even fully mixed. My hubby ordered an ice cream Sunday. He described it as "dry". What does this mean? Well for starters either they forgot to put on the sauces or their is a major shortage and everyone just gets a drop. Aslo, he noted that the ice cream tasted very ice crystal-like. You know, the kind of fake ice cream you find in a buffet? DQ should not taste like that. I tried some and noted that he was absolutely right, it was BAD ice cream. This was all very disappointing. This DQ sucks. I've been 3 times and every single time my order has been wrong. My blizzard was a mixture of random things and not the correct flavor I ordered, both times. Then today, we ordered a misty freeze, which online and on menu states it is a slush flavor mixed with soft serve. Got to the window and got just a slush, then tried to explain to the worker that this should have soft serve in it, she was extremely confused and asked the guy in there with her and they made up something and said no that's the "freezy".
