The ice cream isn't being kept at a good temperature because as soon as it's scooped, it's immediately melting. I had to get a bowl because the ice cream was melting so quickly it was falling off the cone in chunks. That was my first warning something was off. The first bite and I knew something was seriously wrong. It was super grainy and the flavor was nothing like it should have been. Went inside and talked to the employee about it and they said that they just changed out that tub of ice cream, so not sure where or how but something was seriously wrong with that batch. Luckily they let us exchange it for a different flavor. Overall disappointing experience, mainly because I was expecting it to be like it was when it first opened. If I had known it was just name brand scoop and serve, we'd have saved the gas and went somewhere a lot closer. I never had issues before it changed.
