Maybe it is just us but we did not care for the subs at all. We did not care for the taste of the bread nor the sweetness of the dressing. The bread had that almost stale taste and very bland. We did not toast our subs so maybe that makes a difference? We did not even eat our subs. I will say the place seems clean and the staff was very nice so maybe it is just a personal preference but we will never be back. read more

Customer service is alive and well at Firehouse in Rincon. I went to pick up a sub I had ordered online and realized I had directed my order to the wrong location. When I called that location, they first misdirected me, then lied to me, then wouldn't answer their phone. Staff at Rincon Firehouse were kind and helpful in trying to help me resolve my situation, following up themselves.
