I've always had a good experience here. The workers are nice even when they're overwhelmed. If they make a mistake they are usually pretty good at correcting it the best they can. Food has always been excellent. I don't understand people complaining about the soup. That is a corporate decision and the location has no decision in that matter. So we decided to give the company another try. And we were satisfied. The staffers incredibly friendly...very nice. My daughter Spilled her mini bowl and the manager gave her another one and even help clean up. Incredibly nice. The food was still lukewarm at best. Not sure why Q DOBA has this problem with serving Luke warm/cold food. Hope you guys can remedy this. B/c we prefer you guys over Chipotle. read more

To begin with, this restaurant got our order wrong. it was a carry out order so it wasn't discovered until we returned home with our order. what I'm REALLY unhappy about is that the "talk to us" section of the Qdoba App is not an effective way to communicate. it kept telling me that my email address was incorrect. THAT IS NOT THE CASE! I entered, re-entered and entered again and again, my email address and I kept getting the same error message form this "talk to us" section of their app. There is on other email address for Qdoba corporate, so a bad Yelp review is all I can do. We placed a pick up order at 3pm to be picked up at 6pm. sent my daughter to go pick up are order where she waited for 1hr 40 mins before before it was ready. we planned on eating at 6 NOT 8. very disappointed at how the staff treaded us and they only would offer a coupon for one free entrée. So if you have a half a day to waste waiting on your order then check it out but the wait is defiantly not worth the quality of food our poor customer service. Very disappointed with service today. I was purchasing 6 meals and the "manager"asked me why I didn't fax my order in or order online. He told me I was holding up the line with my orders. What difference does it make if one person orders 6 meals or all 6 of us stand in line. He was very rude. You would think they would want the business. I actually had tried to fax order and it was busy several time. Even then they would still have to make the food. I don't think customers should be belittled in front of other customers. My meal was quite disappointing. Both tacos were cold and the tortillas were rubbery. Even the sweet tea was not quite sweet. For the cost of the tacos they are pretty small. This was my first time at QDOBA so I was not impressed. read more

The food was hot and fresh. The employees were friendly. My wife's burrito was not wrapped very tightly and the insides all fell out. When you enter the restaurant you immediately go into the checkout area. They need more signage telling you where the entrance to the line is. read more
