Terrible customer service once again. It's been a few months I figured I'll give the place another shot and that was a mistake. I had to wait to order for almost 10 minutes at the drive through when it was my turn. Then at the window I tried to pay cash and was told I couldn't. So I grabbed my wallet and the girl closed the window and walked away. I was so confused and had to wait for someone to come back so I could pay. I ordered my food at 12:50PM. I was not told that my food was going to take any length of time. The other person in my party it was told her food would take 10 minutes. We were OK with that. She got her food but I never got mine. I went up 10 minutes after she got her food to check on my food. And was told that it was still cooking. By that point we were all done eating in my party. I asked for a refund of my money and since I never got my food. And was told it will not go back on my card for 3 to 5 business days. So now I am out of money. I am also out of not eating today for lunch. Worst experience ever. read more

The food looks dry and burnt. My kid wanted to eat here so i got him food but I'm not gonna eat anything after seeing what it looked like. They are doing some remodeling so it's kinda messy inside. This place seems to be hit or miss, the past few times we stopped it has missed, alot! They seem to constantly be low or out of dishes. If asked to make more they are either annoyed by it or out of an ingredient. The staff leaves much to be desired, treated as an annoyance for coming in, staff sitting in booths, dirty tables, dirty grill, soda area covered in water and soda, and both high chairs were extremely sticky and dirty. read more

This place has seriously gone down hill since it opened. The garbage is constantly over flowing, and the help will walk by and never dream of emptying it. Nice place to eat. Fast food style Chinese, and not made to order, so it can be hit and miss on quality (temp and freshness) even in peak busy times. But when it is fresh, it is hard to beat. Really like the teriyaki chicken! It is my favorite item on the menu. The tea is fresh brewed and has an amazing flavor to it. I even have some family members who don't usually care for tea that like it! I will agree with a couple of other reviews, that they tend to be missing/out of entrees on line quiet often, which makes for a limited availability when wanting a 2-3 item plate. read more

I was hesitant to go after seeing the reviews... my experience was fine in comparison to some others. They had a new trainee who struggled a little with our order, but when we went it wasn't busy, and the staff members were all very courteous. Their were 4 employees and only really seemed like one was running the place. I would definitely beware of the Tea the top lid stays off in the dinning area so beware if you find a floaty . I ate there again 2/27/18 about 1:00 and I'll have to admit the food was pretty good. I couldn't understand the server very well, she had broken English and the place is noisy like a cafeteria. Is was sitting down enjoying my meal and all of a sudden someone drops a big pan lid, then they were moving pans around and then the timer goes off ( really loud and irritating ). I think next time I will get carry out unless I feel like reliving school cafeteria days. The noise is a big draw back for me. read more

Food was tasty, but hopefully you like rice or chow mein because they fill your plate with it and barely give you any of the good entree that you are really paying for. Ate here and I am pretty sure that I had food poisoning afterword. The bathroom was gross. The food kind of looked like it had been sitting there for a while, but I was hungry and looking forward to it. Live and learn they say. Sioux Falls lacks in good Chinese. This is a fast food option with things that Americans will recognize. Everything is fresh and hot, and while service is not wicked fast (especially if you order mixed veggies as the side), they always throw in something if I have to wait too long. Staff is polite and engaging and helpful. They seem happy to be there. I would agree entrees can be a little bit on the dry side but everything the same, we eat here pretty frequently if we have time to wait for the fresh food. read more

I have been to many Panda Express' in my life from Phoenix to Minneapolis & it has always been consistently good... until I came to visit Sioux Falls, SD. You guys are doing something wrong. I don't know if it's a different recipe or what but the chow mein is just wrong. I've not only had it once but twice, in different years. Just got home from Panda Express on east 10th street I go there a couple times a month and always have Teriyaki Bowl always very very good if fresh,tonight it was solid burnt on both sides I was told sorry mam it's all burnt,so the kid cut a bunch of it up put it in my bowl put sauce on top and I paid for it,I took 2 bites and it tasted like eating charcoal,they kept scooping on others plates too,also putting the burnt chicken into to go boxes,another couple went up and said we have this all the time but it's all burnt,sorry all of it is burnt,come on,what happened to I will make you new this isnt fit to feed to people,I cant believe it,when I arrived 3 of the workers were out smoking out the back door,probaly that's when the chicken was burning,pretty sad to say the least,I think workers need to be told they cant serve burnt black chicken.we all work hard for our money and shouldn't have to eat burnt stuff.thanks read more

Panda Express amazed me last night! The employees for being young adults were so kind and willing to cook fresh food when I asked for new. The wait is worth it. I understand what they go through when people think they're just reheating cooked food and it's supposed to be as quick as McDonald's. I see them cook raw meat and they're quick about it. My husband and I usually love going to Panda Express. Being from out of town, we were excited to have some comfort food on our long drive home. Needless to say we wasted our money! No flavor of the fried rice, the orange chicken was bland with no flavoring, and I couldn't even eat 1 of the wontons. I ordered sweet and sour chicken thinking it would be hot as it was in the process of bring cooked but I couldn't be more wrong. It was ice cold with no flavoring. I had more vegetables than chicken and even the veggies had no flavor. We will definitely NOT being stopping here again. Please relearn the recipes so the food tastes better! read more

So I went through the drive through and was asked to pull forward and they'd bring my food out (as most fast food places do)-did that. Waited 15 minutes...nothing. So I went inside, had to flag someone down (it wasn't busy), and then it turns out they just had my food sitting by the drive through window; apparently they were too lazy to walk it out. Rangoon and egg rolls were burned to the point of a brownish blackened look and we're offered for free when it was pointed out as i looked at them in the display . Food shouldn't be offered at all in that condition. I declined even for free... 4 of the main entrees were completely out and couldn't be ordered at all.. Worst I've ever seen in a fast food setting. Over half of the tables were dirty with only one other customer in the restaurant. I have never seen a restaurant or fast food place be so consistently bad on every visit like this place. They're often out of food, give me the wrong item, or take way too long. I sat at the drive through window for 16 minutes one day to get a plate of orange chicken. Just today I ordered a Bigger Plate with fried rice and Orange chicken. The order screen said $9.25, and he asked me if that was correct. I said yes. I drove to the window, and gave him $10.25. I got back $4 in change and not what I ordered. I give up on this place.
